Dave Snydacker has just resigned. The founder and CEO of Lilac Solutions.
hashtag#chile, hashtag#argentina, hashtag#bolivia, hashtag#oscarvargasvillazon, February 25, 2024.
Raef Sully is the new boss. Lilac Solutions is developing a Direct Lithium Extraction technology, a method of extracting lithium from brines that has received a lot of publicity and but never worked on an industrial scale, has never been produced on a commercial scale.
Less so in the Kachi project that they currently share with Lake Resources in Argentina.
Dave Snydacker will remain with the honorary position of President of Lilac Solutions.
Raef Sully
Over the past eight years, Lilac has grown from a multinational technology company providing operational and engineering services to some of the world's largest lithium projects.
With Lilac's technology consistently outperforming the competition by a wide margin and proven in the field, and with a strong cash position following our Series C financing, now is an ideal time to appoint a new CEO to lead the next phase of Lilac's growth: signing commercial agreements. Partnerships and commercial-scale plant delivery.
The first time I met Raef Sully, I was interviewing for the position of COO at Lilac and immediately saw his potential to lead the company. That day, as we talked about the opportunities and challenges that lay ahead for Lilac, I naturally mentioned my desire to appoint a new CEO of his caliber in the coming years. Raef brings a warm leadership style with exceptional experience in mining, chemicals, and oil and gas.
This diverse set of experiences aligns with Lilac's ethos of innovation and multidisciplinary execution.
Raef and I shared this news with the Lilac team today and the excitement was palpable. As President and Chief Technology Officer, I will continue to support strategic conversations with Raef, the board of directors, and the executive team, and reassemble our technology and materials manufacturing teams under my direct leadership.
Amazingly, over the past two years, after declaring victory in technology development and successfully completing our first round of field pilots, the pace of innovation at Lilac has accelerated.
I'm excited to take this work to the next level and support Raef to achieve commercial production at scale.
Please join me in welcoming Raef Sully as CEO of the world's leading lithium extraction technology company.
Cheers, David Snydacker
Great link. I have heard the name before but never checked it out.

Why Solid Carbon is the Future of Energy Storage
"It is clear that very few lithium expansion projects make economic sense at current market prices, and the longer prices remain near these levels, the greater the impact on future supply shortages. As we saw in 2022, this will increase the likelihood of a rapid increase in future lithium prices, although the complexity of the global battery supply chain makes both the timing and extent of such an increase difficult to predict," stated Arcadium Lithium CEO Paul Graves in the aforementioned report.

Thus Chile, or at least the governments that decided to eliminate liberalism.
Economic, Globalization, and always go against the entrepreneur.... development and advancements in a potential economy....... You are going to apply for an exploration permit and I assure you that they will delay it longer than necessary or look for any pretext to reject for the sole fact of going against a system of progress and development ....... We have been waiting months for a permit and they always seek to reject it because of a comma or a period ..... but whatever it is to count on going against and no one dares to authorize ..... That's why it's easier to reject ....... plop.... That's where we are today
E3 Lithium provides update on technology selections for first commercial Lithium
E3 LITHIUM LTD., a leader in Canadian lithium, has providde an update on the selection process for Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology and the design of the downstream refining flowsheet for its first commercial facility.
In 2023, E3 Lithium committed to operating a field pilot plant to test DLE technologies at continuous scale to demonstrate the technical capability of various technologies to extract lithium efficiently from E3 Lithium’s brines. At the pilot, the Company operated its proprietary DLE technology and a third-party technology which produced successful results. In parallel, to ensure the Company had evaluated the available options to select the combination of processes that produce the best technical and economic results for its commercial design, E3 Lithium evaluated an additional three third-party DLE systems. The results of all the DLE technologies were similar to the results outlined from the pilot testing in terms of the recovery and lithium concentrate quality.
The most significant information received from all testing of DLE technologies that E3 Lithium completed was that each achieved technical success, which has significantly de-risked the commercial viability of the of the Company’s Leduc brines and Clearwater Project. The results also provided sufficient data to allow the Company to analyze each of the leading DLE options in combination with the downstream refining process, to select the optimal design for inclusion into E3 Lithium’s Prefeasibility Study (PFS). The Company’s primary goal is to make a decision that will enable immediate progression into the Feasibility Study and onto commercial construction and operations.

Exxon is going to wait until end of year to pick the DLE in Smackover.
My guess they want to see results in the real world.E3 is eligible for grants and so is ibat in Canada..
I read all your links now show an old friend a tiny bit of respect and watch my link, please. Then comment.

If ibat's DLE works for E3 than Exxon will fall inline.
It is in ibat's interest to make E3 work.
You really should watch and learn.

Compass Minerals to halt Great Salt Lake lithium project, at least for now
The company’s plans have come under intense scrutiny from Utah regulators and officials,

My number one lithium stock is Pilbara, buy it and forget about it and twice a year I get dividends. No need to watch or research.
Take another booster shot and fall in line with the EVL BS.
Take a few minutes and ask Alex Grant about PPM and flow rate and contaminants.
Never take my word on it.

E3 is were it's going. You get to crawl back to Stocktwist and apologize to that board soon.
Go back to your Discord insider group. PERMIT LMFAO
If you knew of a PERMIT you would post it. Get out of here with that lie or post a link.,
I don't give a fuck about dilution I want the truth and a permit.
PPM of lithium is not the big issue the high contaminants is the issue.
Low contaminants means a higher flow rate. You are connected to the same people on LinkedIn. Ask Alex Grant he loves to talk DLE.
I sold down early last year my IBATF shares, it did not go up so you are wrong.
We will soon find out if I am wrong we get to find out together, who E3 picks.
Where the fuck is the patent pr???

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173904685
This is my guess what the $15-million is for. Might be why ibat is waiting to do private placement need E3 to announce who they are picking for the DLE. E3 says they are not going to pay for the DLE they want the DLE company to pay up front. Hence the $15-million.
E3 would be the better buy, if IBAT and E3 hook up.
Never in my life have I ever seen a company NOT REPORT/PR on their new patent NEVER.
Burba, did video after video the last 2-years that the DLE had a home just weeks away. Why so the "CREW" could sell their warrants for the last two years?
They beat the price down to .50 to issue more share with more warrants. We were at .95 and IBATF decides to put out in the monthly that they are going to do another cash raise, why? Does Jacob not think IBATF is not worth .95 to expensive for Jacob? I thought the money the month before was to move the DLE was that pr bullshit?
Why, knock the price back down so Jacob can get cheap shares? FUCK THAT BULLSHIT.
They are still going to dilute another $15-million. For what, an "imaginary spot with a permit". SHOW ME A PERMIT AND I WILL BE A BELIEVER. I've been here 7-years for this BULLSHIT.
By the way Buba, has options due soon just in time for the next pr? Also 5-million shares for selling IBATF the patents. Must have been why they did not release the "TERM' name? I wonder if Burba, is going to sell into the news?
Stay off the private planes Burba.

Form 9
Just in time I was going to sell tomorrow and buy NVDA after 7-years and no brine, one more month no name on term sheet I would have to move on. Not sure what this is all about a no name property (Silver Creek Resources, LLC)? Permit anywhere? Frustrating, not going to waste my time searching, this crap... Brine PPM??? 😠
https://thecse.com/listings/international-battery-metals-ltd/
The problem is promotion or marketing of the stock.
Management continues to market the Company’s technology to customers who have brine resources from existing chemical, mineral and metal production, and brine aquifer resource holders. These marketing efforts are focused in the near term on the Western United States, the Central United States area referred to as the Smackover formation, and Canada. Longer term, management will continue to monitor the markets in South America for potential opportunities.
Supporting these efforts, management is developing a 2nd generation MDLE Plant which will provide customers with the option to significantly increase the volume of production based on the quantity of their brine resources, the concentration of brine in their resources, the available land to place a MDLE Plant and their financial resources.
Management is working with bankers to complete a private placement to raise $15 million with banker option to upsize by 15%.

🔋🇺🇸🇨🇳 Battery costs are the Wealth of Nations.
For all the flaws and complexities we've pointed out in the US Inflation Reduction Act, one part is working as intended: the 45X Advanced Manufacturing Production Tax Credit.
To produce battery cells in the US, you get up to $35/kWh against the cost of labour and processing, both of which are otherwise systemically more expensive in the US compared to China.
Note that the cost of materials is excluded - this is clever as it avoids effectively subsidising a mine or cathode plant outside the US, and only counts the value added in that step domestically.
This is having a profound effect on company operating profits - see Panasonic/LG/SK reports.
It also means that, even with pessimistic parameters in our cost model, it can enable cost-competitiveness with that of the average Chinese counterpart.
Reach out to Aaron Wade - who is at #NAATBatt today - if you want to understand how battery costs are influences and how the CRU Battery Cost Model can help you.

Even Faster Charging in the New QS patent
12.5 minute 0-80% in figure 5
The rest of the patent is their annealing process in a noble gas like argon which removes unwanted impurities on the separator after their fast sintering process like excess lithium oxide/carbonate etc.
They continue giving the 10 minute sintering time which is FAST fast, and they seem to show that they can do the annealing process with a BUNCH of separators stacked on top of each other with gaps in between. So the throughput should be good.
