So what are they pulling up? If SFRX is in fact ON this shipwreck site, it doesn't take weeks of constant excavation to produce some serious artifacts and treasure. I've dove with the pro's on some very interesting Spanish wrecks in Florida so I do have a realistic opinion.
Why do you continue to show artifacts SFRX didn't find? With exception to ann iron cannon that some are saying was also found before, where's the new stuff?
The company believes otherwise? To state fact, the company batting average is not at all impressive. Again, the Juno Beach wreck was always a looser, is a looser and will probably on going prove to be a looser period. The site #3 game plan is the potential winner. That's only my opinion. The case for Juno is fairly well established.
Why mislead people regarding the Juno wreck? It's a joke. Past, present and (in all probability) future. In my opinion, SFRX is wise to concentrate on their site #3 and those probabilities.
That's probably there too. Time will tell.
Well you just apparently clarified it. The cannon is iron.
Its a bit sad when you've got to use photo's of what other people found 15 years ago. With the limited amount of information I had on this site #3 many, many months ago, my comments were ones of optimism. To have been actually on site working for several weeks and the only recovery is a cannon (I would bet its not bronze) is not very encouraging in my opinion. Possibly this has something to do with the State and prohibiting further disclosure. I'm trying to be kind.
So what's the difference? No problem promoting an iron cannon. What does UNESCO have to do with this? The U.S.A. never signed their treaty. This is between SFRX and the State of Florida. Right?
As I went on record here before, I have little doubt that this site will prove very interesting. What does puzzle me is that only a cannon (presumably iron) has been found. Are there other things? You would think SFRX would be most eager to disclose this????
These plate photos that are frequently shown - Are they plates SFRX has recently found or are they those found by Heartland years ago?
The Juno site was investigated many times over by real pro's well before SFRX jumped into the picture. They and other creditable people in the field very well knew that.
With perhaps the exception of the "piece of Jade" (?), (when it was still legal) you could dive most any of the 1733 wrecks in the Florida Keys on a week end and find as much as they did at Juno. The Juno wreck was a proven loser going in and it's hard for me to understand that some competent "stellar" consultants didn't already know that.
Well, what were these stellar reputation paid consultants positions on the Juno Beach wreck? I've never seen that. You of all people would know that site has been an east coast joke wreck for decades. If any of the two endorsed this site, they aren't exactly stellar.
Being curious I ask what was the Sinclair and DeBry position on the Juno Beach wreck? Everyone in this industry in Florida knows what a joke that was from the start. Always was and still is.
Don't need SFRX for anything. Really? Ever hear of consulting fees? Although creditable, that's what these guys do for a living and there just aren't a whole lot of companies out there with workable contracts paying consulting fees.
Sorry but your quite wrong on that one. In the past I've dove on a number of the 1733 Spanish galleon shipwrecks in the Florida Keys. "Capitana - El Rubi", "El Infante", "El Lerri" and some of the others. These ships were returning to Spain and were loaded. Didn't sink as violently as 1715 fleet so they were pretty thoroughly salvaged. My point is that these wrecks have very big ballast piles. By the way, the Atocha ballast pike wasn't exactly small either.
Absolutely right its time. Its time for the SEC to close this scam down.
Webber and many others were seeking a contract with Haiti to search for the Henry Morgan ship "H.M.S. Oxford". In partnership with Pat Croce owner of the Pirate Soul Museum, Webber came closest to getting that contract based upon his reputation and endorsement from the Dominican Republic. My understanding is that contract was almost in hand when Haiti signed the UNESCO treaty. Scaglione or MEI had nothing to do with it.
You seem to be confused Count. Webber got screwed like all of us and never paid. As I recall, I was privileged to post a copy of the Notice of Default Webber (Hispaniola Ventures) issued to MEI (Goldberg). I was there, knew and know what's going on and like to keep the facts straight.
Be assured, the old company is the new company. The CEO Mark Goldberg a proven liar.
Reliable source in Puerta Plata say their are negotiations underway to sell the boat for scrap in order to cover the marina bill. That means non of us who worked for and with MEI will ever see any of our monies due to us. Got stiffed without even an apology.
I was there so I know what I'm talking about. The R/V Hispaniola was a fine and well outfitted vessel. Had lots of good things to do but never any money to do them. So one may ask, where was the money going? The ship is not an old rusty bucket. She's built of aluminum. Aluminum vessels need constant anode replacements every couple of months and dry dock on an annual basis. The Hispaniola hasn't been dry docked in over six years and anodes haven't been replaced in close to three years. The hull is now dangerous. Besides that, she is now renegade, meaning without U.S. Coast Guard or American Bureau of Ships documentation. She can't get documentation thus MEX faces very high fines. The Dominican Navy will not allow her to leave port even if she could. So now it inevitably appears to be scrapping time. What did Goldberg say once. Moments away from leaving the dock? If I'm not mistaken, their still misleading people to believe their in the treasure hunting / marine salvage business. How long can a con deal like this continue?
Anything to do with Goldberg think the worst. He's already proved that over and over again.
Your right Something is going to go BOOM SOON but in Puerta Plata, D.R. The derelict, renegade ship R/V Hispaniola (only known asset of MEXP / INOH) remains in the marina with a unpaid bill of in approach of $150,000.00 dollars. I'm told negotiations are underway for the vessel to be sold for scrap to a commercial Dominican Salvage Company. Apparently still very complicated legalities still going on. So much for the treasure hunting and marine salvage business. More time to concentrate on save the world water makers, spiffy new light bulbs and a breaking into the medical world with 40 year old patent cancer detecting instruments. This CEO is low but this last one is really as low as you can go. Thats my opinion.
"You have not seen anything yet" Really? Those of us that have been here long enough watching this scam have seen it all.
I have spent allot of years in and out of the Dominican Republic. I actually have a doctor friend who graduated from medical school in San Pedro Macoris many years ago. Actually, there were once four or five supposedly accredited medical schools down there. Some time ago there were major news paper features about these schools following which all but one or two closed down. Don't know what the status is now. One thing I can tell you, foreign cancer patents don't go to that country for treatment. Its the other way around. This got to be some kind of cruel joke. Very old PhD and a very old now worthless patent. Please, with proof, correct me if I'm wrong.
No its not hard at all to see whats going on here. All one has to do is look at Goldberg's track record.
SAME CEO - A PROVEN AND PROVABLE (IN COURT) LIAR.
Apparently too much truth causes "disarray" with some people here.
Mark Goldberg CEO (MASTER LIAR) Very provable here and hopefully some day soon in a court of law. Where's the SEC when you need them?
No, not joking around. This CEO is about as low as they come. I know personally. Money is the name of the game so lying comes naturally for him. Really sad.
I do believe you got the ends of the horse mixed up. So you talk to Goldberg and then tell all what he said which makes it all alright. The facts is he's a provable liar.
How right you are. This CEO has never done anything legit since I and others were stiffed on our back pay owed us for now going on three years. This guy has run scam promotions one after the other. Great deals in the Dominican Republic not one of which ever turned out to be true. Then he went to water makers then light bulbs, miracle medical cancer detection and what's next, new innovation in vacuum cleaners? BEWARE.
Goldberg is a proven liar over and over. I can assure you he doesn't want to show up in court to prove otherwise. When the veil on alias poster/posters is lifted, I'll be the first one there to testify and willingly.
I question what might have gone amiss in this mans life that he would fall in with the likes of Goldberg. I have personally met this liar (Goldberg) and am one of many who got stiffed by him, not being paid our back pay and not even airline tickets out of the Dominican Republic. A man with these alleged prestigious credits to be associated with the likes of this huckster can't help but raise some very big questions. That's my opinion.
Apparently they were never pulled up from Juno Beach wreck either. Allot of chatter here about how that was going to prove a big winner. What's happened?
My Google search produced two full pages on one Dr. (dentist) Melvin Ehrlich, accused child porno person but strangely I find nothing about thee INOH Dr. M. Ehrlich alleged inventor of medical marvels. So what goes here?
An association with the likes of Mr. Goldberg kind of says it all.
Yes, you are so right. Its coming. THE SEC IS COMING. Hopefully soon so other people aren't defrauded into investing in this time proven scam.
Why is it that certain posters here know the CEO is a liar and the company is a scam but for the sake of the buck become accomplices to what they know is a fraud. For starters, phony Website photos to mislead the naive. Creditable persons (or companies) doing just a little DD on this guy's track record for telling the truth wouldn't touch this with "the ten foot pole". That's my opinion.
Inoh moving soon. Where might that be? Perhaps to Baku, Azerbaijan used in their fantasy land banner photo on the new Website.
