I have spent allot of years in and out of the Dominican Republic. I actually have a doctor friend who graduated from medical school in San Pedro Macoris many years ago. Actually, there were once four or five supposedly accredited medical schools down there. Some time ago there were major news paper features about these schools following which all but one or two closed down. Don't know what the status is now. One thing I can tell you, foreign cancer patents don't go to that country for treatment. Its the other way around. This got to be some kind of cruel joke. Very old PhD and a very old now worthless patent. Please, with proof, correct me if I'm wrong.
