Update of post from Christian Traders board...
Let's clear this all up.
I am an American with certain unalienable rights.
Those rights allow me to purchase all the shares I can afford of AMGJ or even IBM, if I so desire.
If I decide I only want to buy shares from people whose last name begins with Z, I have that right.
If I only want to buy shares from fellows wearing pink shirts, guess what.....right again.
I am not a publicly traded company.
I am an individual.
I am not required by law to disclose anything to anybody until I do in fact become a beneficial owner. (which means you own 4 1/2% to 10% [dependingon interpetation] of a company's outstanding shares per the Securities Exchange Act of 1934)
As a beneficial owner I would be required to file with the SEC.
All AMGJ shareholders have rights, the most imprtant being -
"You have the right not to sell".
No one will force you to liquidate your position. I think some folks would rather hang on to their shares so they have something to moan about..........
As a shareholder, my rights include the right to do whatever I think is in the best interest of my investment.
A) Sell it all........
B) Buy all I can to dry up supply........
C) Do nothing and go sit on the moaning bench.....
Life is not a spectator sport.
Coach put me in the game for a reason and as a good steward, I have an obligation to Him, to "make hay while the sun shines".
So far, I've seen no indication that anyone really wants to sell their shares.
I hope this clears everything up.
If it doesn't, Mark explains things better than I do -

Possible Letter of Intent / SEC Filing
We are currently discussing the possibility of filing a notice both with the company and the SEC of our intent to become beneficial owner of AG Media.
Should we move forward, we would look to acquire all outstanding shares of AMGJ common stock in certificate form only. If you are a shareholder with a vested interest in this matter, feel free to contact me with any questions.
In the event a decision is made to move forward, a press release will be issued.

BB any thoughts on BIGN making a run?
sinkhole
There were two large trades after hours on BIGN must have been mm's stocking up the price was lower than the close? 2.6 mil shares
http://host.businessweek.com/businessweek/Historical_Quotes.html?Symbol=BIGN&StartDate=11%2F29%2...
Just because compnay did not communicate with shareholders much in the past does not mean that they will not the future. I think they have their act together now and will show their hand to the shareholders now. It is part of fully reporting company duties. Do you think they would go to the OTC.bb and not report their business plans, and progress.
Remember past history is not indictive to future actions.
This company is already making progress as per the 3Q's they just put out. Even without a imediate deal they will be profitable next quarter. With a deal the sky is the limit!
Hold on to your shares their will be many who will try to get in on this at a lower price!
If they announce good news, there will be plenty of volume. Just remember they have not gave a meaty pr yet! When they do the price will move swiftly and the vol will be there! It would be better to be in than trying to chase this stock don't bet the the farm on this or any stock. But I fell this stock has more potential to go higher than down in the next few months.
The move should be coming soon, Why else would they go through all the trouble and expense of filing for this move and I am sure they must have a story to tell. They most likely will tell that story soon!

Nice chart Looks like IVFH is ready to go.
Another Q is out today! We are on our way!
Mick I sold all my MRK call options for a nice profit, brought some put options today on MRK. Just a little bit.
Buy the way IVFH looks like it starting to move in the right direction again. It is a buy and hold stock not a trader!
that is not true we all know about his posts, it is the newbies that that will take him serious.
IVFH up 32% today! more to come when they complete filings for OTC.BB!
BB can we get a chart on IVFH looks like they will be going to the OTC.BB soon they are staring to file their Q's.
PART III NARRATIVE
State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K,
10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report portion thereof could not be
filed within the prescribed time period.
The registrant was inactive and delinquent in its filings for many years.
New management has begun the process of bringing the registrant into compliance.
To that extent, an Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended
December 31, 2004 was recently filed and the registrant is currently preparing,
and plans to file shortly, Quarterly Reports on Form 10-QSB for the quarters
ended March 31, 2005 and June 30, 2005. Following such filings the registrant
plans to file the current Report.
PART IV OTHER INFORMATION
(1) Name and telephone number of person to contact in regard to this
notification
Jonathan Steckler 239 596-0204
----------------- ----------- ------------------
(Name) (Area Code) (Telephone Number)
(2) Have all other periodic reports required under Section 13 or 15(d) of
the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or Section 30 of the Investment
Company Act of 1940 during the preceding 12 months or for such shorter
period that the registrant was required to file such report(s) been filed?
If the answer is no, identify report(s).
|_| Yes |X| No
As disclosed above, the registrant has not filed Quarterly Reports for the
quarters ended March 31, 2005 and June 30, 2005.
(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations
from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected
by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion
thereof?
|X| Yes |_| No
If so: attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both narratively
and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the reasons why a reasonable
estimate of the results cannot be made.
The registrant expects that its results of operations will be
significantly better than for the corresponding period inasmuch as the
registrant is now fully operational and, on a strictly operational basis,
profitable, as compared to the corresponding period last year when the
registrant was not fully operational and operated at a loss. However, since the
financial statements have not been completed at this point, we cannot quantify
the amount of the changes.

Hi Mick, I picked up a few Jan Call options on MRK. It is risky but so are pennies and subs, however you can made a few bucks on a trade if you get in at the right time the chart says it is a buy, and if good news hits it will move a bit. I also like IVFH chart is shaping up nicely.
Mick, Looks like MRK is a gapper for Monday!
Nice chart, IVFH is looking for long term investors for it's next ride up!
