Possible Letter of Intent / SEC Filing



We are currently discussing the possibility of filing a notice both with the company and the SEC of our intent to become beneficial owner of AG Media.

Should we move forward, we would look to acquire all outstanding shares of AMGJ common stock in certificate form only. If you are a shareholder with a vested interest in this matter, feel free to contact me with any questions.

In the event a decision is made to move forward, a press release will be issued.
