Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. Files 10-QSB For Third Quarter

NAPLES, Fla., Nov. 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:IVFH.PK - News) has filed its 10-QSB for the third quarter of 2005 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and received digital confirmation from the SEC.
President Jonathan D. Steckler stated, ``We are pleased to announce to our shareholders and the financial community that we have filed our 10-QSB for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2005. This filing brings IVFH into 'current' status. We have begun working with a market maker to file Form 211 and the required documentation under SEC Rule 15c2-11 for a move from the Pink Sheets to the OTC Bulletin Board.''
