I would request the edited and incomplete version be removed. (And have previously)
This has been addressed several times by myself, as well as I cited numerous sources including state officials themselves which confirm your repeated assumptions are false.
Links were also provided to companies that provide 5 year templates for cultivation and dispensary for as little as $150 that applicants nationwide utilize daily, but an established and experienced group would not need such as already in possession.
Statements by company were also provided that all aspects of their application(s) were in progress prior to the period opening.
One is free to review my post history for easily located and labelled posts addressing these matters.
Why is that funny?
You don't see the humor in people posting 24/7 on a board of a stock that they can't provide an overview of?
Although, actually, even funnier is the absolute refusal to do so since all is readily available.
Challenge of the day:
I challenge anyone to provide a thorough overview of all current holdings and activities, including the overview and specifics of New Jersey licensing opportunities.
Isn't it odd that day after day, week after week, not one has been willing to provide a response. :) LOL
Hundreds....(thousands) of posts with company commentary, but not one providing the above. :) LOL
It is indeed such. Every license issued in the state was a temporary license, therefore, any claim otherwise not supported by any facts.
Furthermore, pointing out a license is "about to expire" is not an indicator of anything other than a calendar actually works.lol
One only has to scroll to see highlighting.
Should be removed with an accurate, full, unedited one in it's place by a reputable source.
Well aware and not enough time in life to narrate the issues with that group and property.
Additional NJ application note(s)
I'd personally like to see them end up submitting several. (With a seasoned team in house, much easier to draft multiples)
What has been conveniently excluded from all commentary offered on the topic is they did clearly state they were aggressively moving on (NJ) far before RFA opened, with documentation they have been involved with state officials since early (Jan/Feb) 2018, and probably of course well into 2017.
NJ property owners and commercial brokers with eligible/suitable properties have been aggressively shopping them to every source they can find nationwide for about the past 6-9 months. (I've personally had dozens upon dozens of calls and emails)
There is absolutely no shortage of suitable properties in the state of New Jersey. One should easily be able to assemble 6 applications if they desire to do so. (enormous cost and effort of course). We're charging $500k (minimum) for NJ apps (and that's with $500k annual management and 20% equity attached, and as always, bonus on victory ;)
There is much more (favorable) fine print to this topic and the strategies involved as well.
Which is of course the theme as of late.
Thank you. That being said....
This is going to be their toughest yet...
Corrupt state, (extremely) limited licenses, immense nationwide interest...(I know majority of multi state operators, and all going for NJ....)
Not impossible......but a hard one......(I've been involved in similar in the past. One we had 12 direct competitors that were billionaire groups....we took top 3 scoring (out of hundreds) and beat all 12 mentioned ;)....(Not as hard as it sounded, we're one of deepest benches per se in the country, if not world...staff on app had about 40 cup victories ;)...
Not impossible.......just quite the challenge...
As stated......right now?, this second?....probably the most desired in entire nation this second.
Yep........except that only displays several things.
I've got 30 (eligible properties) in my inbox right now.Which of the 3 areas would you like? Or would you like 2 in each region to submit the full 6 applications permitted?
That's not the full passage of the transcript either.
2nd challenge of the day:
Please state your competitive state application experience, as well as experience with commercial properties, special use permits, and commercial zoning.
Frankly, I'm a little surprised the Q2 transcript was stickied given that source tends to edit as they see fit, and no one ever probably checked to see if it was actually the full (unedited) transcript.
There is only one group who insisted it was sold at a loss prior without such data available, which is the same group that insists such even after that information available.
Someone's clearly playing with (one of many) spare handles.
Virtually every state and program is independent third party facilities/businesses, and often the (state specific) regulations will also spell out the requirement of such a facility. Costs of tests depend on exactly what those are (cannabinoids, terpenes, pesticides, residual solvents, mycotoxins, microbiologicals, etc, etc, or any specific combination, per regs as well as per producers desires, etc)
Varies from state to state but reasonable figure is $100-$300 per, which depending on further specifics (regulatory, how much, frequency required) can be a little, or quite a bit.
In house is more a matter of convenience and operational, ie: Testing various plants, new products, product lines, methods, etc...
We just got a new 65k cultivation we're taking over and first question was their ability (equipment) to test in house as we'll be a large amount of strain and product line (concentrates) R&D, so...In house is more just the ability to test out a couple hundred things (without the cost of outside labs), as those couple hundred tests might , in the end, be just to establish 10 strains/products/pheno's (individual plants, "keepers")....
With the overseas projects we're actually putting together and setting up our "own" "external/independent" lab simply out of cost efficiency, etc.
Of course, one reason this is a factor is people manipulating lab results (independent, third party required), but even then, it's common knowledge many labs will manipulate the results for a fee, which in some markets is quite annoying...(ie: They lie.....)
One of the things we're doing with above engagement is replacing all their genetics (strains) with 30%+ ones/cuttings...(true, authentic, honest ones) and it's a little annoying to see people running things which are actually in the 15%-20% range and just paying labs to call them high 20's, 30's (to fool, trick consumers.......who know anyway :) LOLOL...so....
As stated, that site now at 11-12 weeks veg, which is quite a bit of time....(Enough for entire facility to be approaching weekly staggered pulls (harvests),and that is, indeed, a multi ton facility, coupled with the manufacturing awaiting approval.
Of note as well is there is also starting to be activity on the SA P1/P2 Non retail on the city side, so, some additional info their soon as well. (WeHo has also, as recently shared, began their updates on the 1st and 15th, but I would think probably still another 45 days or so give or take until done. I don't think they specified exactly how many applications were kicked out in compliance review process, so they're still at 300 apps/5 people reviewing and scoring.
Would not repeatedly posting for weeks about something not company specific indeed be the textbook definition of "off topic"?
You're of course attempting to address a post which has been answered, in detail, and cites dates and statements that were no longer valid, accurate, and outdated as of this past June, despite a post date of late August. lol
I'm curious how such is considered remotely "ON topic".
When anyone is repeatedly addressing May statements, when 2 weeks past August statements, and 1 week from September, refusing to address any and everything current, this indeed speaks for itself.
Challenge of the Day:
I challenge anyone to provide an overview of all current company activities, in all states, including those processes and the status of such.
If anyone is unable to do so, they lack the ability to provide any commentary of substance regarding the company.
Quite the endorsement and success story.
Challenge of the Day:
Any "well versed expert's" wish to outline all current activities and holdings as well as licensing processes and specifics currently pending?
Because your utter and complete spamming nonsense is being ignored, as it should be.
Such has been stated many times, and no secret whatsoever.
I have been an industry operator as well as trader/investor for 30 years give or take (both).
My initial stopping in was merely to see what people had to say, and once I witnessed the very clear and obvious coordinated efforts by many I was so fascinated, I remained. (PsyOps is a large portion of my professional life)
I laugh at the efforts I see here. I address such in real life face to face every day of my life. I'm the guy who addresses 100% of everything posted here every day of my life.
Otherwise, I would have very little interest, nor anything to add.
I merely view the majority of this as "practice" and "exercises" (and poor ones at that) of my day to day professional life.
Taking on an entire board of "professionals" at their own game is just another moment of my day.
Personally? You'd think they would have learned something by now LOL.
My entire life is conflict, operations, PsyOps...."The Game"...be that operations, applications, turnaround engagements, market.....just one long competitive game to beat another...lol
No. I'm a realist who addresses what is.
You are seeking "one word" to describe a determination on a topic which may not apply, as if you were to answer any of the several questions posed and ignored, combined with a knowledge and understanding of the state, it's programs, it's opportunities, as well as the company's activities and holdings, then you would be able to explain why such may not apply, and therefore, not valid.
Either provide an overview of the state's programs, progress, RFA's, company's activities and holdings, (that would support your stance), or it's simply not valid, and a waste of anybody's time.
Here's "one word" for you:
Simple.
I have yet to see one time you display a (any) knowledge of the company's current activities, holdings, or understanding and knowledge of New Jersey programs and requirements and opportunities.
Until you display such, why would anything you state be deemed credible?
We're done here. Know your game and content before attempting to engage me.
Please provide a link to one of my posts from entire post history where I have proclaimed such.
Should be easy. 1 out of 1,700.
If you can't, that would be yet another false claim lacking any support. lol
You have avoided responding to and answering every TRTC/NJ question posed while presenting your own which has now somehow become "compare TRTC to others". lol
I thought we were talking about TRTC and New jersey specifics? lol (and your "overview" of such) LOL
How can such be done:
New Jersey: I challenge anyone on this board to produce an honest, accurate, and unbiased overview of all current New Jersey opportunities, specifics, and the mechanics of the processes.
Anyone, anytime, just once.
In 2 years here, not one of my challenges has been accepted. Ever.
Somehow I doubt today's the day, and you're the guy. :) LOLOLOLOL
New Jersey: There is not one single related matter today that has not been discussed, documented, and clarified as 100% false and/or misleading in some cases up to dozens of times.
It is absolutely amazing to watch the same content which has been proven false appear day after day after day. (Correction after correction after correction).
Any reader is free to simply scroll anything with "New Jersey" in title to find such documented.
As seems to be the "theme" of this board:
If there is supposedly so many valid issues and concerns with the company, why would one find the need to completely fabricate issues?
Personally, while extremely inconsiderate of every member and the entire board (to repeatedly post false information day after day), I find it amusing one would actively seek to establish themselves as people with zero credibility by doing such......(Anything posted is most likely 100% false :) lol
Incorrect. Tarukino Post #266290
You mean besides this one?
Jones was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in jail, even though he was a legal medical marijuana patient at the time of his arrest. Jones appealed to have the conviction overturned but two of three judges ruled against him on his appeal, citing the language of the bill.
Or maybe you mean this one?
Possibly,your referring to this one?
Or maybe this one?
One if free to pursue in their endless free time the thousands of cases across America annually where state authorized medical patients are, as above, sentenced to up to 2.5 years in prison.
Any hint otherwise is not supported by daily facts.
May quotes Post #266266
I see the nonsense continues........
Multiple new licenses and locations in progress......no discussion of such.....
Nevada cultivation week 11-12 (?) now?, manufacturing going live literally any day...
Nope.....no discussion.....
New Jersey app as mentioned in progress......still nothing....
But a deal to release a drink line everyone starts picketing with the bullhorn with any and every possible (negative) aspect they can conceive....
(Which, btw, is actually one of the fastest growing and most lacking product lines nationwide for the most part....)
Just came back last night from pitching (and securing) management for a (another ;) 65,000 sq. ft. cultivation and implementing drink lines was one of their first questions.
My only comment and concern is it shouldn't be out of the Dyer for various reasons, should be the Carnegie, but that's another discussion which one will never see....(current events and activities, relevant ;) lol
New Jersey Residency Post# 266236 (And Post #264006)
Meaning given current events I would think much sooner.
Industry could very well have 280e exemption by the end of 2019 at the pace we seem to be moving.
More or less, all current activities should double revenues entering 2019, depending on what they can get live, and that's not taking numerous other things into consideration. (additional things in pipeline would triple it...ie: NJ, additional NV licensing, WeHo, etc)
All they have to do at this point is simply come to work and do their jobs.
I know people don't want to discuss anything deemed as remotely positive, but the fact of the matter is, currently, their holdings and interests are about to possibly double by the end of the year.. (as current share price is about the level when they had nothing lol...)
I wouldn't necessarily agree....
Far too many things in pipeline at the moment as well as numerous operations live prior to years end of significant value.
The events of the next 60-90 days alone will be quite significant.
(WeHo, NJ, SA, NV cult/manufacturing, NV licensing, Pete Sessions seat's up, and so on....)
Their holdings could very well double by years end and further political shift as well.
I just don't see it. (end 2019)
News of the day....
$200MM for 2 dispensaries and a cultivation. (CA)
$40MM+ for Nevada 22k indoor (and a 29k CA currently non operational/not built out yet)
New Jersey preparing final adult use draft this week...
5 years? They had minimal medical/limited medical holdings until 12 months ago lol..with the past 6 months in the process of doubling such....
From my standpoint the actual, real business/company now entering yr. 2...
If one actually reviews the last 36 months, 3 yrs., and what was done each period, only the last 12 months is anything of substance and value.
Yr. 1, what?...Oakland?
Yr 2, limited/small Nevada medical program?
Yr. 3/last 12 months:
NV rec, CA rec, Blum OC, 2 Santa Ana permits, SA cultivation permits, NV cultivation online, manufacturing about to be, 2 NV permit processes in progress, WeHo in progress, NJ now in progress.....
They had nothing until 12-13 months ago worthy of any note...
5 yrs ago?......they had a handfull of basil LOL....
