In May of this year the CEO stated it would be completed in Q2 of 2019 which is a year away.

This has been addressed, links readily available.

In May, Q2 2019 was cited when retail applications had not yet entered Phase 2, which occurred, mid June, approximately 35 days after those very statements.

In May, it was not known when the non retail application process would open, which was announced 24 days after said commentary.

Why would one utilize statements made prior to events occurring, made without knowledge of such events, and still be citing May comments based on such when it is now August 16th, with latest updates being one week ago, August 9th.

As such, the above quotes are outdated, no longer applicable, and irrelevant.
