Yep........except that only displays several things.

I see some people here say the NJ greenhouse where EG is will never be turned into a cannabis facility. Is that possible?

1. The only people who state such are doing so as they believe it to be a reason any success in New Jersey by the company just isn't possible.

The truth is it's irrelevant.

What is relevant?

A license.

New Jersey represents now, at this point, 5 completely separate opportunities for operators entry into New Jersey, which is currently in progress of becoming not only one of the top medical markets, but the #2 adult use in the nation.

A. They own said greenhouse, and can be moved immediately to any location they wish if such desired.

B. Current location or new one?
Why does it matter? It's laughable actually.

C. Multiple applications can be submitted on multiple parcels, in multiple locations.

The current site?......who cares.....

Anyone who has spent more a day on this board knows the drill...

First it was New Jersey will never pass....(Just like NV would never, just like CA would never)
Then it was insisted over and over and over (despite documentation otherwise) residency required....
Now it's one specific location may or may not be possible...

The license
is the objective...not stamping one's feet having a temper tantrum "I want this location"....

Anyone with the slightest of electrical impulses in the brain would/will settle for a license. (Anywhere) lol..

They can submit many....and the next process before the end of the year, they can submit (many) again......and then yet again.....and then for adult use, yet again.....lol...

Personally?, and I have stated many times before.....
I'd pull down the current structures and move them merely to leave the (disloyal, deceitful) landowners with an empty lot, out of spite....

I'm an extremist regarding how I deal with those who have displeased me....

I don't want them to use current property. I want them to leave current property a vacant parcel. I'd flatten the non movable structure as well to leave nothing left.

One is welcome to google "greenhouse relocation services"...(isn't that how it was built years ago? ;).....

The current location in no way, shape, or form hinders them from submitting up to dozens of applications in the next 12 months for 3 different medical application processes and adult use...

Any claim otherwise is merely attempting to convey how it is simply impossible the company can enter NJ market.

The facts say otherwise.

It's tiresome to address such nonsense.

The license is the goal. It doesn't matter where, when, or how.

Given the market potential.....any cost is reasonable. (Parcel, local concessions, relocate structures....)

What is also conveniently left out is NJ right now is the most desired market in the nation. Not CA, not NV.....NJ.

Until NY gets pushed through, NJ premiums should be the highest in the nation to date...

Last.....but not least..... ;)
Any and every comment that states otherwise are the very same who refuse every challenge I pose, every day to provide any hint of any degree of understanding of company operations and activities as well as the markets they serve, including NJ...

Grade school children always have quite a bit to say.....
But they're not the ones I would turn to when I need several applications prepared in what will be one of the most competitive state scored processes to date.

Now would they? :)

It's too personal to be business.
