You are seeking "one word" to describe a determination on a topic which may not apply, as if you were to answer any of the several questions posed and ignored, combined with a knowledge and understanding of the state, it's programs, it's opportunities, as well as the company's activities and holdings, then you would be able to explain why such may not apply, and therefore, not valid.

Either provide an overview of the state's programs, progress, RFA's, company's activities and holdings, (that would support your stance), or it's simply not valid, and a waste of anybody's time.

Here's "one word" for you:
Simple.

I have yet to see one time you display a (any) knowledge of the company's current activities, holdings, or understanding and knowledge of New Jersey programs and requirements and opportunities.

Until you display such, why would anything you state be deemed credible?

We're done here. Know your game and content before attempting to engage me.

It's too personal to be business.
