I think there are a lot more items Sulja can provide the UAE projects than merely lumber. I've built a dozen or so houses and I was a good customer of the building materials company for hundreds of products. It's encouraging to know our little pinkie has a wider scope than most others. If they back this up with good financials and keep expanding, profit from LFWK is going to pay for my next house!
Please take your games back to RB. This board is for more intelligent discussion.
Since I didn't take Bobwins advice months ago, I'm in this thing for the long haul. He lost faith in Dial... Good reason. It took his "partners" calling him out to even issue any clarification on company plans. I don't think Dial has a clue about running a public company. But I still believe this ugly mess will prosper despite bad management and I, too, have averaged down lately.
I guess as long as Cramer says, "It's all good," then I should be more patient. Sorry. And what's wrong with "Being like Bill?"
I understand Rome wasn't built in a day... But doesn't it seem like it's taking about the same amount of time to get these freaking financials out? For goodness sakes, companies ten times bigger produce these things over a long weekend at crunch time.
Only two reasons for the share price.
1. There are people selling their shares
"en masse."
2. Sweaterboy pissed off the MM's so bad they are on a personal vendetta.
Bashers out in full force. What a beautiful sign! Yes, Consultech is the elephant in this deal, for sure. And what a bargain they made. They are able to go public within an established company (LFWK) on the cheap, bring in their own materials subsidiary, put the ideas guy where he will do the most for the company, insert their own "known" CEO. It's a win/win for everyone. Heck, they can use the 200 million remaining shares to bring more Consutech divisions under wing or buy whatever they need. Who cares if all 500 million are out- this is going to be a 500 million dollar company a year from now.
One thing, for sure, Dennis and Petar had different timelines for dealing with the short problem. I think Petar has the much, much bigger picture in his viewer. To the dismay of short scope shareholders, Petar and Company are too busy building a real estate behemoth to babysit the flippers and speculators. Hey, they own a boatload of LFWK- do you believe they don't want the share price higher? But they can eliminate the problem entirely by executing this incredible business plan. I, too, do not like seeing the walk down day by day, yet I see three entities merging into one that will enjoy economies of scale and solid profits for years to come. I truly believe this little penny will make my wife a millionaire because I'll be dead of stress long before she starts spending it!
MarionPolk- You are so transparent no one can take you seriously. Please go over to the RB with your nonsense. This thread is for more cogent discussion. Interesting name choice, however. Are you one of those Earth Muffin-Green Party folk living in a cabin outside Salem, Oregon making a home based living to support your psilocybin mushroom habit?
Patience- Listen to your own name. There are two folks here, the flippers, who make money going up and down (with risk) and the long term investors who buy the story, management team and vision and wait for their return. This company already has more transparency than ANY pink I've seen. Hang in there. Who cares if it goes to a penny as long as it's 10 cents at Christmas. I would be more worried right now that we're "aquired" before we see the huge return.
Thank you very much for all your efforts, Clever!
The good Dr. is the most misunderstood guy on this thread. I just wish I would have met him earlier! I'd be in my GFCI shares a lot cheaper, that's for sure.
I tend to agree with 10 Bagger on this one. I've gotten some good tips from him on other boards and I've given up, not on the stock, but on defending Grifco. Dial is woefully inadequate when it comes to running a public company. I believe GFCI has business, have technology, have tools people want now, have good international contacts and have a chance of really "making it." But how can you defend his stealth mangement style in a public forum? He has hung us out to dry for months when a simple PR would have cleared up oodles of loose ends.
It finally took his Lyamec partners publicly calling him out to release even a vague PR. And look what happened? I'm long, somewhat regretably, and still confident this guy may succeed in spite of himself but he's shaken out of me the last vestige of confidence. Live and learn. This guy could screw up a wet dream if you gave him enough time. I look forward to our report from Cleverox as this has become one of the few ways to DD this enterprise... the detective work of the shareholders. Pathetic.
RC Sundevil, Please post your loft property web site again. I want to get in touch with you.
I am extremely long on Loftwerks so would like some help in understanding just how the MM's are going to cover the extras out there. I've never really bought in to the myth that MM's have this power to do whatever they want. Granted, they manipulate in their own interest, possibly under the guise of maintaining an "orderly" market. But I would like someone to explain, over the long term, assuming LFWK executes their plan and share price rises, how the apparent naked shares will be covered?
Dr. Bill- keep pumping this dog because I'm still breathin' through a snorkle
B2B- You made me laugh. Not because of the good Doctor's consistent, well intentioned grinding. But rather, the image of the bitter divorcee went right to my gut. Glad I can laugh about it now. Thanks for making my day. See you at a buck!
I feel for Dennis. He's worked hard to build a business but has seen shareholder value fall, not due to his incompetance or failure to deliver quality, profitable end products, but rather, the manipulation of stock by pond scum market makers who, by regulation I believe, are supposed to provide for "orderly markets." I don't see how borrowing shares from accounts without permission (allegedly), is the best vehicle for "orderly markets." I'm no authority on MM's and their tactics, but something has really stirred Dennis up on this particular one and I hope it ultimately leads to a resolution of this kind of manipulation. More profits and more mergers will solve the problem in the long run... and that's what I'm looking for.
GFCI- Should have taken Bobwin's advice a long time ago when he began to doubt management's integrity. As a CEO, how can you watch your share price go down the rat hole and say nothing? Thank goodness for rrufff who helped me get back my loss and more on LFWK.
Slight of Hand- Bankrupt
Ammerman is gonna put the "hurt" on the shorts once and for all. Just hope he doesn't BK the MM who has my shares.
rrufff- Are you still high on HOM, even with a $6 entry price?
LFWK- Wow, what a wild ride today. Thanks for the shout out rrufff. I liquidated some stagnant stuff and tripled my money in two days. Needed it too after the horsewhippin' I took on GFCI.
VPHM- Any reason to not keep accumulating at these somewhat depressed prices?
Tempe is totally unwired and Goog is, most likely going into an area in extreme South Scottsdale, where it meets Tempe... about 2 miles north of ASU. Maybe this will get the City of Scottsdale on the ball talking with MOBL. If Scottsdale falls, so will Mesa, Gilbert and Phoenix. Yeah! The Valley of the Sun goes NeoReach!
TCLL- Who was excited a while back on this one?
I was told by the folks at WazTempe that the entire rest of the city will go live by February 28th. They are offering an "Unlimited" plan for $29.95 that is discounted to $19.95 for the first three months if you pre-register. It's amazing they can blanket the town with only 440 of them, but you see them everywhere. I was told CPE units would be available soon and their "partners" would be offering a bundle of services for home connections.
Seal, you are correct about Arizona. The repeaters are everywhere in Tempe now. There's one about 100 yards from me but not turned on yet. The ASU Research Park is packed with them. Chandler is next. Yes, home of the Intel Fab plant for the new Pentium chips. Gilbert, Mesa right next door and flat as a pancake! Remember, Cox has a HUGE exposure in this valley. Nothing but good things coming from the Valley of the Sun!
Dr. Bill- I don't have any "hard earned" money invested in Grifco. I used the 3 Bagger profit on IVAN that Stock Peeker gave me in December. So little up a little bit.
I agree with Dr. Bill. I hope he is wrong because I've got a decent stake in this "tube dream." But the company sure hasn't given us much to go on. Silence is the death of a pinkie and the silence grows deafening as months go by with no movement. If their auditors were doing my taxes, I'd have to start them today to get 2006 filed in time!
Could this mean that "kennerflip" and a couple of the others who have attested to actually being at the HQ, talking to Dial and associates are blowing smoke? That's a distressing thought, isn't it? My bigger question is: why do YOU keep hanging around this dog of a pinkie?
TCLL- Timmage, thanks for the insight on this little cruiser! Where do you see it going in the next six months?
IVAN- No kidding! Stock Peeker on the Zip Code Changer board turned me on to this one in December as tax loss selling had beaten it down to 99 cents. Had a three bagger in less than a month! There is still a lot of room for this one and I'm accumulating on dips.
TCLL- Does it have a new symbol. I can't buy it on Scottrade because there is no Bid-Ask on it.
Wow, that was a stunning amount of research you did there! Thanks for the effort.
HRBN-Thanks for the update and the tip. This one has been a huge help to my portfolio since recomended here!
I emailed WazTempe today about when they would get to my area in South Tempe and how much the CPE would be. Her response, which was immediate! My question is WHO are our retail partners?
"The outdoor, nomadic service in Tempe will be complete by the end of
February. Our retail partners will begin their service offerings this
Summer, including fixed service to homes and businesses. They will be
offering a CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) that serves as a signal
booster to bring the nomadic network indoors and also allows clients to
network more than one computer to an account. Bundled service offerings
will also include voice, data, video capability and more. The CPE device will be
offered directly through the retail providers and associated fees for such device
have not yet been determined. Thank you for your interest in WAZTempe!
Have an Unbelievable Day!

NeoReach Wireless
A MobilePro Company
Checking weather in the airport is one thing, providing a seamless wireless experience for the entire valley is another. I am bummed to discover Scottsdale going a different direction. However, 95% of all the residents of Scottsdale, and 99% of the money, live well above the downtown area, miles north of downtown.
Goomba, Phoenix hasn't inked with anyone to my knowledge.
Goomba- Had not heard any plans for Flagstaff. Some challenges because of topography. If we get Mesa, Gilbert to go with Tempe/ Chandler- Scottsdale will fall into place and then deliver Phoenix and Glendale. That's probably 2 million prospective customers.
