It means they cannot sell into market. They are here to build and sell the company. They cannot sell the company if they do not hold the shares. That is why the stock price will jump for this company as it has their other companies. They are not here to sell stock. Their profit comes from selling the company. They hold the vast majority of the stock and can't/won't sell it until they sell the company!

The promotion starts soon.. spike always follows - I am trying to move funds, I want those .017s, but have no cleared funds. I expect at least 1000% gain in a 2 day time frame.

Wackers appear to be gone. The pre-FS price of .025 has not even been reached yet. It will fly past there. IMO anyone wanting out is out. Small float with the high demand will drive this quickly. I wish the rise would come after my funds are available, but I think the time is at hand.

IR is cryptic in their responses now. They are careful not to give me too much information. The last time they acted this way, a PR followed soon after. The float is much less than we think.
