Why is the SS here so insanely high???
Yeah everything points to that, I'm just waiting to see if dilution is done. After that's over with way the chart pattern and other indicators look it's a no-brainer.
Are you sure this is bottom? Diluting MM'S still here.
This is a buy n hold...long term. Set it and forget it!
I called the TA and he said to call the company. I don't have time at the moment but I will.
The company needs to get recent on filings, the last 10q was filed in November.
They also need to be more transparent with SS. There is no info on the OTC about any of it...oh except that they like to do RS's.
I see the last two 8k's state that they sold rights to another company for 9 million, the catch is that they don't have to pay them until September 2020.
The other 8k said that the Strikeforce company brass gave themselves a healthy raise.
This doesn't look all that promising to me just yet...we will see though.
Why is the TA_gagged if this is so_good?
Holy crap what happened here? What a joke!
Profit takers!! SHOM!!
I got those 12's.
That's all just manipulation, messing with traders heads.
I don't care what market cap is Fill, the rest of the SS sucks...

I'm not saying that they are at the moment, but BKRT, CANT and MAXM have all been known to dilute.
On a positive note, it looks like there may be some money to be made here short term.
SS here sucks man...LVGI
That's not the real short report. FINRA only shows 3900 shares shorted last reporting period.

It's a stalemate...either it climbs or tanks on-Monday-morning.
It's people taking profits that don't want to hold all weekend.
I didn't say that I didn't like it. I think it's to unpredictable right now and if it's gonna run like everyone thinks there's plenty of time to get in.
Probably will dip Monday morning anyway.
Me...it seems after the dump this morning and then the slow climb back to the 7-9 window it's stalled out.
Almost like the people that lost money are out. And the people that took profits are keeping them. It's like there's not much new money going into this for now.
That's why I'm leary to buy back in and hold all weekend. I can just play it safe and buy Monday if it looks good then.
Yes that stuff was plastered all over this all night and early morning.
I kind of wonder where they get their basis for such a pps prediction?
Oil price isn't going to exponentially rise.
Go ahead I'm not telling you to sell.
It's not crap it's DD.
Like this...
And in NWTR's case, duediligence does not reveal a pleasant sight. Suffice it to say that last time it reported, NWTR had just:
Cash and cash equivalents - $61 thousandTotal current assets - $128 thousandTotal current liabilities – $1.3 thousandOil and gas sales - $18 thousandNet loss – $1.4 million
These mediocre-looking financials more or less explain why the ticker was stuck in double zero illiquid obscurity until some famous names drew attention to it. They also make said brokers' and analysts' claims that the company is worth approximately $27 MILLION absolutely laughable.
Now, we would be remiss not to mention the steps forward that the company has taken in the right direction since it last reported. For instance, NWTR has canceled options for the purchase of 50 million shares of its common stock at a rate of $0.03 per share – so that threat to investorvalue is out of the picture, at least. Unfortunately, as its reports state, “as of September 30, 2015, there were Class E, F and G Warrants outstanding for 18,860,920 common shares that if exercised, may dilute futureearnings per share, 3,000,000 stock options outstanding awarded to employees and consultants”.
In conclusion – media hype has pushed NWTR up the charts, but it doesn't seem to have anything to its name that could help keep it afloat. Let the buyer beware.
Or maybe not if people post stuff like this over the weekend...
Yesterday New Western Energy Corp (OTCMKTS:NWTR, NWTR message board) registered its first truly active trading session in a very, very long time. More than 1.1 million shares changed hands in a matter of six and a half hours which brought the dollar volume up to nearly $180 thousand. The ticker hit an intraday high of more than $0.17 and finished the day above $0.14 for the first time since July 2014. This is almost 32% above Friday's previous close.
Not bad, but there is a rather big problem. The whole excitement wasn't caused by a press release or a decent set of financial results. The volume and the 32% jump came because of some rumors. Apparently, quite a lot of people believe that NWTR will become the target of a promotion in the very near future.
But what if they're wrong?
Well, the people who jumped in yesterday will have one or two things to be worried about. As we mentioned already, NWTR hasn't been the most heavily traded stock over the last few months and without a pump, liquidity might become an issue pretty quickly.
And although the company announced at the end of last month that it's expanding its business, NWTR's financial statements suggest that not everything has been going according to plan over the last few years. Here's what the 10-Q for the third quarter of last year tells us:
cash: $29 thousandcurrent assets: $325 thousandcurrent liabilities: $908 thousandquarterly revenues: $131 thousandquarterly net loss: $270 thousand
It should be noted that the revenues are moving in the right direction, but the historical performance shows that this is not really enough for investors.
But what if the people of the internet are right and NWTR does indeed become a promoted stock?
We read in the 10-Q that some note holders converted their debt at a rate of $0.04 per share during Q3, so we're pretty sure that they won't be too upset if they see some volume and some appreciation of the share price. Retail investors, however, might want to tread carefully.
Some of you will probably find this hard to believe, but NWTR was once a $1 stock. It reached these levels back in January 2013 when it was pumped. Just a month later, the ticker was barely hanging on to the $0.60 mark, and, thanks to a few more promotional campaigns, it has managed to incinerate even more of its value over the last two years. In case you haven't calculated already, the unfortunate investors who bought NWTR shares in January 2013 and are still holding on to them are now looking at losses of about 85%.
This, we reckon, is yet another example of how dangerous promoted penny stocks can be. Put in the rumors, speculation, and uncertainty that surround NWTR at the moment, and you've got an even more volatile mix.
This went from trip 9 to .0096 and then back to .002's in seven trading days.
Can you say Pump n Dump?
I think it is over for today, that's why over 3 hours ago I guessed it would trade between 7 and 9 the rest of the day. Until people take profits this afternoon.
Monday could be a whole different story.
No I'm not in it's to unpredictable now.
FLIP-O-RAMA going on now...my 7-9 window is holding-so-far.
Why? Only will on news cuz most people aren't paying 7 or more on assumption. Then if there's a big announcement or something she can run.
Mm's make it look any way they want-to.
No this isn't a one day play. You may have missed it when it was back when the timer was running.
I'm going to wait until SNMN actually shows something concrete. This has been kind of a smoke and mirrors deal since day one. Things being said and texted, a small investment by the CEO so far for a name change and that's basically about it. No real substance to anything so it's basically a lottery play Imo...buy and wait.
Yup, it could have ran for days but....
Yes I know dude, it was lower.
