'TigVT,' the UDHI's CEO has purchased(*) all those 45,880,200 shares (and never sold any of them) from 2006 through 2009.
(*) I'll like to emphasize the fact that he did purchased and was not being awarded with all those shares; the way, most of the scammers penny level CEO's do. Doesn't that tell you something?
Mike
(*) Released on the opening day of the annual SEMICON West exposition in San Francisco, CA this quarter, the mid-year edition of the SEMI Capital Equipment Forecast shows an improving outlook for the chip equipment industry. Following two years of conservative capital investments by major chip manufacturers, SEMI forecasts equipment sales will reach $43.98 billion in 2014, a 21 percent increase over estimated 2013 equipment spending ($36.29 billion).
....................
(*) It’s thought that front-end wafer processing equipment will grow 24 percent in 2014 to $35.59 billion, up from $28.70 billion in 2013, while test equipment and assembly and packaging equipment will also experience growth next year, rising to $3.18 billion (up six percent) and $2.9 billion (+14 percent), respectively.
(*) For more info, see: http://www.gasworld.com/features/report-cites-strong-growth-ahead/2002661.article
Note: The first line of the first Table should read "Wafer Processing(**)" & not "Water Processing," an obvious typo.

Good points, 'bjoern1975,' and in good agreement with recent trends & expectations. I also see: (i) the "additional source of revenues", & the (ii) "medical technology sector as a potential target of next acquisition" as distinct & realistic possibilities for the new WAFR.
For instance, here're the main points of a recent semiconductor industry survey:
* Seventy-three percent, compared to two-thirds last year, anticipate an increase in the number of merger and acquisition deals in the industry in 2014.
* More than three-fourths expect semiconductor-related R&D spending to increase in the next fiscal year, similar to last year.
* In the medical technology area, about half say medical imaging/scanning will create the greatest revenue opportunity three years from today.
* Of several auto-related areas, roughly one-quarter say body electronics (remote control, HVAC, etc.) will provide the most semiconductor revenue in three years.
New concepts like software defined networking (SDN) are based on more intelligent network control and are therefore new markets for semiconductors. Spending on smart grids and intelligent metering applications is expected to see particularly strong growth (19% CAGR through 2016 according to IC Insights).

FYI" "Silicon Innovation Forum to Expand in 2014"
Following a successful inaugural at SEMICON West last year, the Silicon Innovation Forum (SIF) is set to return to San Francisco this July in conjunction with SEMICON West 2014 (July 8-10 at Moscone Center) and expand to SEMICON Europa 2014, to be held this October for the first time in Grenoble, France (October 7-9, at Alpexpo).
Coordinated by SEMI, the Silicon Innovation Forum is organized by leading strategic investment groups in the global semiconductor industry including: Applied Ventures, Dow Ventures, Intel Capital, Micron Ventures, TEL Venture Capital, BASF Ventures, and Samsung Ventures.
Discussing the needs of and requirements for next-generation microelectronics, and gaining insight to strategies regarding technology, capital, partnership, and collaboration are critical for industry growth. The goal of the Silicon Innovation Forum (www.semiconwest.org/sif) is to connect early-stage technology companies and prospective investors from industry and the investment and venture capital community, providing a platform for companies to demonstrate their technologies and business plans, for investors to identify new business opportunities, and for both communities to explore the technology and business challenges shaping the future of microelectronics.
Companies and investors well-received the first Silicon Innovation Forum, held last year at SEMICON West 2013. "SEMICON West and the Silicon Innovation Forum gave us entre to the key decision-makers we needed to reach," said Bob Lloyd, CEO of Bright Spec, "As a result of the discussions, we now have the right contacts within semiconductor makers in Asia, Europe, and the U.S." Dadi Gudmundsson, president and CEO of Sensor Analytics, added "We were impressed with the caliber of both the companies selected and the industry/investor attendees. In addition to renewing contacts, we made contact with new investors and industry players that focus on and understand the semiconductor industry. We also successfully used the publicity from our SIF participation to secure business from companies attending SEMICON West."
Based on the success of the SEMICON West program, SEMI will expand the Silicon Innovation Forum this year, hosting an additional event in conjunction with SEMICON Europa 2014 in Grenoble. The SIF Europe will be included as part of the new "Innovation Village" exhibition and presentation area on the SEMICON Europa show floor, showcasing start-ups and other early-stage technology companies from across Europe.

January Semiconductors Break Sales Record
The Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) today announced that worldwide semiconductor sales for the month of January reached $26.3 billion, an increase of 8.8% over last January’s sales of $24.2 billion. The month posted the industry’s highest-ever January total and the largest year-over-year increase in nearly three years.
The numbers represent a 3-month moving average compiled by the World Semiconductor Trade Statistics (WSTS).
January sales were not the highest month on record. Revenues were down slightly from those of December, with a 1.4% drop, but this is in line with normal seasonal trends.
Sales in the Americas region grew the most and were 17.3% higher than a year ago. Other regions grew more slowly, with Europe increasing 11.3% and Asia Pacific up 8.3%, but Japan’s sales declined by 4.7%, partly due to last year’s devaluation of the yen.
Semiconductor Industry Association
The team at my company, Objective Analysis, is unsurprised that 2014 started the year by breaking records. We have been notifying our clients that this would happen for some time now, since capital spending on new semiconductor plants (called “Wafer Fabs”) slowed starting in 2011, and hasn’t yet turned back on. Over the history of semiconductors booms and busts have been triggered by reductions and increases in capital spending two years earlier.
The uneven growth between regions is sure to change shortly, as Asia Pacific and Europe rise to match the growth level of the US. Over the course of the year growth will improve across all regions, leading to a year-over-year increase exceeding 20%. Semiconductor growth will be turbo-boosted in 2014.
Investors need to take a hard look at the semiconductor share of their portfolio to ensure that they are aligned to take advantage of this growth. It will impact not only semiconductor makers, but also semiconductor capital equipment companies, since semiconductor makers will soon try to right past wrongs by spending at a significantly higher rate than they have in the past couple of years.
Objective Analysis helps members of the semiconductor ecosystem to understand when industry up-cycles will occur and how long they will last. We welcome opportunities to help management to plan their capital spending and investors to time their investments to their best advantage.

'Dutch,' & 'MWFM,' I just though some folks will wish to spend some time over the weekend doing some WAFR DD - a time well spent, IMO, for everyone not familiar enough with this good growth potential company. That Basic DD sketch, should help, & (hopefully) by Monday some other people will bring new things about it to the MB attention.
Mike
A guessing game. Something it's up, but what? What could it be, what could it be?
Folks, do you recall the 8-K last month, on Feb. 20? From it:
On February 1, 2014, Q Lotus Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into a Contract Extension (the “Third Contract Extension”) with Prospect Silica Enterprises, Inc., or PSEI, an Oregon corporation, to extend the duration of the Modified Purchase Rights and Completion Agreement dated as of October 15, 2012, as previously amended on July 5, 2013 (the “First Contract Extension”) and October 29, 2013 (the “Second Contract Extension”)through April 30, 2014.
April 30 is approaching. As the spring begins, and since it was already extended 3 times, most probably we'll find out soon about the start of the silica mining. If that is the case, one can see multi-pennies written all over our little QLTS. What do you think?
Anyway, something is up, and it would be advisable, IMO, to keep our shares, at least up until a smart MB member comes up with a good, or better explanation for the jump (in price & volume) today.
Mike
Not yet, 'roger wilco.' ITKH has just released its 2-nd Q (& 6 months) finances last month. Q3 10-Q is only due around May 15.

It looks like our little OTHM is starting to grow it's wings, & it better hurry. It will need them once the big "MERGER/ACQUISITION" news come out.

Good job, 'jwez,' & Jim! A good FRCN start, and in their line of business it's just the beginning of expanding it fast.
Mike
GM 'smitter!' The OTHM merger time is getting closer & closer. As for the noise here, oh well ...

After one of the nastiest winter on record, for a while, "they'd have to work 24-7" in most of the continental US, including Texas.

Nice going; too bad some people either do not know to read ("between the lines") or do not understand the value of a good PR.
PS: I was glad to see you edited your first answer to my (positive) post this morning.

In order to understand the future, one has to know the past:

Not a nice picture (that I only discovered last week), which fully explains what's going on right now. Once embarked on that series of R/S's path, they get addicted, & most probably won't stop; in some not very distant future (contrary to what they claim) chance is good they will do it again.
Mike
Not anymore, @ least for now. The FRCN's diluter (VNDM) has moved its fake 10K Ask, & is sitting now @ 0.02.
Low volume EWSI p/s dropping = someone is having a panic attack. Forgive him/her/it for he/she/it does not know what he's/she's/it's doing. Time, again, to take advantage of it, IMO.
Mike
In 2 weeks time, or even b4 that, you'll get your chance.
Mike
Really? All I can see is: (i) the Bid price, & (ii) the B/A volume ratio starting to go up.
Mike
Is precisely "the lack of volume" that's encouraging. It means more & more folks did their DD on FRCN, and starting to understand the huge potential here, & it's why they don't sell @ these depressed price; on contrary, they're start crowding the Bid (with less & less chances to get their Buy order filled & that price). It also means dilution is starting to be brought under control.
Not really, expected good news will soon start putting more @ more air in a bigger & bigger FRCN balloon. Do your DD, & do it well ...
Those CFGX 000's in Jan/Feb looking good now. It should be a good day here 2day.
Mike
GM, all TEWI holders! Maintaining the p/s @ 0.07's level is a good sign.
Mike
But of course, 'love your neighbor!'
Mike
GM ITKH holders. Patience shall pay handsomely here.
Mike
GM, all OTHM holders; time it's on our side, & running out fast. Many potential goodies are waiting for the patient ones. As a remainder, all promises have been kept as of late, now just waiting for the big one(*). The "merger confirmation," expected in 2 weeks should make it all possible.
Not everyone is tech knowledgeable, you have to agree. EWSI is in a hot, much needed recycling field, & so the exponential growth potential going forward is real. It's why I believe the grand opening should indeed be the turning point for this company.
Mike
3 more days till EWSI's "Grand Opening of State-of-the-Art Recycling Facility." This should be the turning point for this little gem; not "little" for too long, IMO.
Mike
