GM, all OTHM holders; time it's on our side, & running out fast. Many potential goodies are waiting for the patient ones. As a remainder, all promises have been kept as of late, now just waiting for the big one(*). The "merger confirmation," expected in 2 weeks should make it all possible.

What is going on at Oriens today is clearly setting the tone for a totally different, improved, and, much more valuable Oriens tomorrow. We are on the cusp of delivering to our shareholders a multi-million dollar hospitality, technology and real estate development firm. A company that will be co-guided by one of the industry’s most talented developers. This along with a stable of experienced international consultants and advisors from around the world, will help to define and maintain a steady pace and trajectory for OTHM.
