A guessing game. Something it's up, but what? What could it be, what could it be?

Folks, do you recall the 8-K last month, on Feb. 20? From it:
On February 1, 2014, Q Lotus Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into a Contract Extension (the “Third Contract Extension”) with Prospect Silica Enterprises, Inc., or PSEI, an Oregon corporation, to extend the duration of the Modified Purchase Rights and Completion Agreement dated as of October 15, 2012, as previously amended on July 5, 2013 (the “First Contract Extension”) and October 29, 2013 (the “Second Contract Extension”)through April 30, 2014.

April 30 is approaching. As the spring begins, and since it was already extended 3 times, most probably we'll find out soon about the start of the silica mining. If that is the case, one can see multi-pennies written all over our little QLTS. What do you think?

Anyway, something is up, and it would be advisable, IMO, to keep our shares, at least up until a smart MB member comes up with a good, or better explanation for the jump (in price & volume) today.
