Starsrx made a forceful case in a post below that there are no formal charges yet against Feldenkrais or CATV and that there is no formal acknowledgement by the FBI that Feldenkrais or CATV are under investigation.

Arresting Svorai could be what has saved the CATV investors from the unfolding of a scheme to defraud them. Starsrx went through the list of indications for a CE and there is nothing about being mentioned in an affidavit prosecuting a person with no management position in the company. CATV was the intended victim of a crime that got thwarted by the FBI it seems. That is why CATV got mentioned.

The OTC properly would need to lift the CE for now and then re-instate the CE if and when Feldenkrais gets charged with a crime. People are innocent until proven guilty in the USA and Feldenkrais has not even been charged with anything.

Down 47% today. If the IP gets sold to pay creditors then there could be nothing left over for any shareholder value at all. There are no assets of value except for the IP.

What would be the thesis for buying OWCP stock?

Once Corticotropin is approved for sale, do board members here at IHUB think the pps of around 28 would remain? Would it likely double from here? Triple? Or maybe up 50%? I remember perhaps 3 years ago before the “Refuse to File” debacle that JTFM estimated that Corticotropin would bring in $200 million per year in sales. That was a fairly long time ago and things change.

What do people here think that Corticotropin could bring in per year in sales for ANIP once established as a manufacturer and with distribution lines developed?

The pricing for all expensive drugs may be forced to come down appreciably by political pressures (Democrats mostly) and negotiation perhaps becoming allowed by Medicare Services.

It is amazing that Libigel still has a possible future and that the company never discusses Libigel since maybe 2014. Why is it that no analyst would ever ask about Libigel and the company would never ever mention Libigel. Was there ever a no disclosure agreement? I do not think so.

I compound that stimulates libido and lowers heart disease would be a huge product to own and a huge asset to society.

There are employees and Hospital/ research expenses that they never paid. DGF is likely also in this line up? Where does DGF rank next to the other creditors?

What happens to the common shares? Are the shares just worthless or nearly worthless or are they cancelled? How do trades happen on the grey/expert market?

PNAX-IL is the company called Panaxia. It is in Israel and sells the skin cream for psoriasis that OWCP won the patent for. It does not seem to trade in US exchanges but I could be wrong about that.

I wonder whether an email to the CEO of Panaxia could get a reply about how well the cream really works. As OWCP investors we never got to see the clinical effectiveness of the cream on the psoriasis skin condition.

It was stated that the CEO of Panaxia doesn’t care about IP infringement enforcement. Ziv Turner wanted to sell the cream patent pending. That was perhaps 4 years ago. That would have sufficed until the patent came in which it actually did surprising many.

They never PRed the critical US patent grant for a broad IP protection for the cannabis based psoriasis skin cream. I think that was Bignitz. The company never paid the fees to get a final US issuance. Australia was abandoned. Europe I do not know. Couldn’t the $5 million cover these small fees?

If this cream works it will be good for patients and I am grateful for that, but its not good for OWCP shareholders in recent times. If you sold OWCP in Feb 2017 that is a different story.

Does PNAX-IL only trade on the Israeli stock exchange?

What would be the charges against Feldenkrais for doing what Smallville outlines below. It looks like a major felony, loss of law license and years of jail time.

All this risk for him to make $6 million. With legitimate success Feldenkrais could make more money and not go to prison.

I am a CATV shareholder. I have not sold because I am not yet convinced that Feldenkrais is a criminal. He has not been formally accused. I am frightened though.

If Feldenkrais goes to prison could the shareholders go on without him by assembling a new management? We do have some assets and we have CIGN with actual revenues if those revenues are real.

He also had a business plan that he would disclose to shareholders only after the vote if the vote was yes. If investors had seen the great future plans perhaps they would have been more convinced.

There could have been another run up in price where shareholders could have bailed at a profit and DGF could have dumped more shares at a higher price and then more and more shares at ever lower prices.

Who knows, if the skin cream actually works this could have been a unicorn success story but only if DGF toxic financing had never been signed.

Someone should write up the history of OWCP for the American Greed series though this one was more Israeli Greed. Once you take on toxic financing there is no longer any long term hope. Why would management do that to the company that they have a fiduciary duty to protect and serve?

The market cap is around $2.5 million. DGF already has a part of that market cap. They could buy the rest for cheaper and cheaper prices as the OWCP ticker faces delisting. If the patent were worth $2.5 million or more then it might make sense for DGF to purchase the ever cheaper shares.

I think though that they are limited to less than a 9.99% ownership stake.

It was posted on Stocktwits that Schwab has banned any more purchases until the CE gets lifted. If this were true and Schwab was the last brokerage to allow purchases how do the sell trades go through? How does the stock tick up in price periodically which I have seen late in today’s session?

What was the motive for backdating the resignation letters?

The estimated value for the IP would span a large range of values by different investors I suspect. Perhaps a range from a low of $50,000 to a high possible value of over $10 billion.

I always wondered whether in clinical practice the skin cream really worked or not to a marketable degree. That would be good to know in addition to having a patent. We knew it was safe. We did not know with any certainty whether it worked.

Are there other cannabis skin creams that are being used to treat psoriasis? Are these enterprises infringing on the cannabis skin cream patent owned by OWCP shareholders?

If the news was good with the NASH data why is the stock flat to down?

With no CEO or management for OWCP how is it possible for shareholders to negotiate with DGF to move forward? Why was it not possible to pay off DGF so that they would go away? Wouldn’t some money be better than no money for DGF?

It is not currently known for a fact that Feldenkrais is the target of an FBI investigation as IG says. However it could be true. We just do not know either way.

Feldenkrais is a prominent attorney. It is improbable that he would throw it all away to commit risky crimes in my estimation.

Someone else said that he could actually be assisting the FBI in their investigations. When you look at the real business of CATV it does not look like a pump and dump fraud.

Does DGF already own the OWCP IP?

With the DGF pressure for OWCP to file financials, could that result in OWCP shareholders being benefited by current DGF legal actions?

Could Ziv Turner face criminal charges for taking $200,000 from DGF to post financials over a year ago but instead doing something else instead with that earmarked money?

Is it only at Schwab that investors are allowed to buy CATV?Those people that sold their position during the panic from other brokerages are now locked out or switching to Schwab.

Why is it that Schwab gets to be special in this regard?

People are selling OWCP so as to get something rather than nothing. Others are resolved to go down with the ship.

Once we are on the grey market it might still be true that shareholders own the topical use patent for skin conditions.

A judge might be reluctant to give potentially clinically valuable intellectual property away to a toxic convertible debt lender who destroyed the company and may not be properly registered and reporting to FINRA. This is how it would work if justice is a real thing.

IG says that MF is guilty of corruption and will take a plea bargain with the FBI to lesson his penalty or prison time. This would be consistent with no PR or declaration of innocence having been provided even after one week of the vaguely worded allegations by the FBI.

The FBI could perhaps also have put out a statement that Micheal Feldenkrais is not a person of interest to clear up the trading mess for CATV which has harmed innocent people. They have not done this.

The business is a profitable business. The shareholders still own this business. There is an enterprise value owned by the shareholders.

Going back 6 years gets you $12,000 invested in NVIV then being worth $0.82 now.

Taking a view back 5 years I see a drop from 5000 to 0.81 when reverse splits get accounted for.

Once nerve growth factors and stem cells get used with the neuro-spinal scaffold NSS it could and hopefully will result in a dramatic improvement in nerve growth or axon growth outcomes.

Something like that could have broader uses in other neurodegenerative diseases, stroke or various psychiatric diseases perhaps.

The current Inspire 2.0 is only using the scaffold I think (correct me if I am wrong) that gets implanted into the spine. It alone shows improved spinal function scores and clinical outcomes.

I do not know of any direct competitors. Again please correct me if I am wrong about competition. I would expect a rising interest by investors and larger biotech companies in NVIV if clinical outcomes stay positive or become more positive.

Early investors have lost more than 99% of their early invested capital in NVIV so far, talking long term. It is the most negative performance , or one of the worst, that can be found for any stock long term that is not yet delisted.

Could this long decline reverse itself?

If nobody would be able to buy shares in OWCP after August, wouldn’t that pressure out toxic convertible debt lender DGF to settle with our CEO Ziv Turner. Wouldn’t something be better than nothing for DGF?

There were 3 cases, one in Delaware, one in New York and the one that people talk most about which is in Israel.

It is only proper to announce something to shareholders in my opinion. Is it because we are in litigation that we hear nothing?

Before Michael Feldenkrais became CEO of CATV who was the previous CEO? When did he resign? There was something about a backdated document being refused to be signed. What could that have been about?

I do not yet see MF or CATV decisively implicated in corruption. Now would be a good time for upper management to communicate with shareholders.

228 million shares. Went from 0.0167 to 0.0019 and then back to 0.0162 and then dropping again. These are large percentage swings. I didn’t think so many people read the IHUB CATV message board.

It remains unclear whether CATV is a scam or whether CATV was the intended victim of a scam. Michael Feldenkraus is that mentioned as a potential coconspirator. He is a lawyer and probably would not want to be committing crimes.

This is declining rapidly. No recent news means impatient traders will likely sell. Is there any bad news recently with CATV? Or is this a bear raid of some sort by naked short market makers and their minions?

A name change might help for CATV. When might that occur?

After Dr.Otiko , who is our founder and CEO/President, who is the next most important person conducting the business or planning at VDRM?
Is there a marketing person? Is there a science person other than Dr. Otiko , who is a licensed clinical podiatrist? Is there an IR person who gets paid to inform investors?

Now would be a good time to be sure that investors are kept informed of developments as they occur. Just a part time PR person could do wonders here, especially given a shady sort of history for VDRM’s past actual execution of promises.

Many investors could feel dubious if they knew the history of VDRM and the promises or PRs that have been stated in the past, that is all I am saying.

I am long and hopeful that this time real things actually happen for VDRM.

A 6% incidence of brain inflammation seems problematic to me in light of only a slight cognitive benefit to patients in only one of the two phase 3 studies.

The BIIB drug is certainly not a cure in my estimation. Better treatments are still strongly needed it would seem. UCSF has recently shown and reported that inflammation of the brain is implicated as a root cause in the Alzheimer’s Disease process.

Does the drug from AVXL block brain inflammation? I recall that Anavex 2-73 was a sigma 1 agonist. I don’t know however what that means biochemically or how it affects the cell physiology. If anyone knows the mechanism of action please elucidate.

Anavex 2-73 seems to be almost completely safe. Does anyone know of bad outcomes or severe side effects occurring directly as a result of Anavex 2-73 use?

Do investors in PALI still have any hope for NSI-189 in Alzheimer’s Disease which is shown to be safe and induces anatomically proven neurogenesis in human hippocampus?

The drug failed in phase 2 for Major Depression several years ago. Perhaps dementia treatment is where the drug belongs.

Being shown to be safe, is there any chance of a “Right to Try” of NSI-189 for patients who are experiencing a cognitive decline and have no real treatments other than the BIIB drug ,recently approved, which has shown a minimal clinical benefit in the phase 3 trials? The BIIB drug showed a 6% rate of worrisome brain inflammation. NSI-189 is already shown to be safe and did help patients clinically in cognitive tests, but did not help with their depression.

NSI-189 was developed when our company was called NeuralStem I think.
