Apparently a stock increasing by $0.005 over the course of 2 days constitutes a pump in this day and age. Crazy.
But seriously, congrats on your $600 profit. We're all very impressed. Don't go spending that all in one place.
That's a little better. But, you should probably head back over to AEYE and polish up on your bashing before you bring it back over here. I'm sure there will be plenty of people waiting to buy your shares when you're ready to sell. Have a nice night!
Wow! So you've already made a 10-bagger? Nice!
Unless that investor is Donald Sterling.
There is an amended 3Q13 10-Q out.

If I could just pay off my mortgage this year, I'd be happy. That's not too much to ask, is it?
I haven't seen any yet.
I'll monitor and post any tweets that look important. But, up to this point, most of the Good Gaming tweets have to do with individual video games and tricks on how to play, which doesn't mean much to me. There also doesn't seem to be a lot of interaction with others to this point - he rarely gets any responses to his tweets, which goes back to the whole awareness thing, I think.

That's mostly true. Once you create a Twitter account (which is free), you can search by name or organization and choose to follow the person you are interested in. It's not like Facebook where you have to send Friend Requests and they have to accept - you just click follow.
You don't necessarily need to follow someone to see their tweets. You would just have to search by their name each time you wanted to see what they were tweeting. By following them, their tweets automatically come up on your timeline any time they send one out so that's nice.
I tend to agree with you. Based on the unaudited financials, I see about 160MM shares alone that were converted in 4Q13 and 1Q14. That's a lot of shares to hit the market once those people decide to start setlling. Plus, they issued another 13MM shares for rights to the Judy Garland show. People can talk about share structure all they want but that sounds like pure dilution to me.
And keep in mind the financials that are on OTC are unaudited, so some of the numbers in there could change once the auditors have a chance to comb through them.
Should I not take that to mean dilution? It seems to me that Ed has issued an awful lot of shares to people over the last year and a half. If these people decide to start dumping them, that wouldn't be good.
Gotcha - thanks!
Cool. I'm not a tech guy so when you say "beta site," does that mean the actual, live web site where people can sign up and play? Or is that another phase of testing before it actually goes live?
I don't. But I'm not one of the guys in the know so I'm just playing it by ear like everyone else. I thought I read at one point the Good Gaming web site might move to the next stage sometime in May so that may be a catalyst. But I'm not for sure on that.
It is due 5/15 (45 days after quarter-end) +5 days if they file an extension, which would be 5/20.
I remember seeing that. I don't doubt that the auditors have the financials and are currently working through the audit. But my whole point is that if the auditors were working on other audits up through 4/15 in order to keep those clients current, as IR and several posters here stated, to think they are going to have tested and signed off on several years worth of SEGI financials in only a week does not sound plausible to me (nor is it what Ed tweeted).
Now maybe the auditors started their preliminary testing months ago before they got busy on other audits so that now it won't take as long to complete. But I doubt that was the case.
I just don't want newbies reading the board expecting financials Monday or Tuesday and then start selling if we don't get them. Setting too high of expectations can be just as harmful as bashing if/when those things don't come to fruition right away. That's just my whole point.
I think these financials are going to take longer to get than people think, especially if you're having to go back several years. As a former auditor, I can tell you that before you even start testing the validity of the numbers that management provides (and who knows what the quality of those numbers were), you first have to test all the important internal controls in order to determine the extent of substantive testing to be done.
This is something, for a large public company, that is not usually done in only a couple of weeks. I'm hoping they started this process several months ago but if management just gave them numbers a week or two ago and auditors have been busy on other companies, I think it'll be at least another couple weeks before the auditors sign off on them.
Hopefully it'll be sooner rather than later but I for one am not holding my breath.
Charts don't work in the pennies in any form. They may work on the big boards (and even that is suspect) where you have a more solid base of investors, but in pennyland, where you have people constantly coming in and out of stocks for a quick flip, they are completely unreliable. I laugh when I hear people say "such and such is going to happen now because of the chart...." because 99% of the time it doesn't happen.
I use Schwab and it let me put in a GTC order for $1. That was interesting to hear about the MMs using our stocks to short - kind of scary actually.
Nah, the sooner we get new eyes and new money in here to buy him ( or them) out, the better. If we sit around and wait for him to get done, who knows when that'll be. The markets are open 1/2 day on Friday.
That would make sense to me.
I think it depends if/what time we get a PR/udpated 10-K today. If we get it soon and the market has time to digest it before the close, I think that's a possibility. Otherwise, I doubt we close above $0.02. But either way, whether it's today or tomorrow or the end of the week, I'm guessing we see the upper-2s or maybe the 3s going into the weekend.
It sounds to me like they wanted to release the 10-K and a PR simultaneously so that it hit the market all at the same time.
As for the selling, I don't have an explanation for that. It's probably that moronic buy the rumors, sell the news crap that some traders adhere to. It doesn't make any sense to me with what we saw in the 10-K and what we know is in the pipeline.
I assume you meant to say "not" dilution? Big difference there.
I don't believe Ed said they financials were complete. He said they were on deck, meaning that is the next thing to be done.
Nice - very solid!
I especially liked this line:
"Already, XA’s preliminary un-audited numbers show that its revenues have increased by approximately 66.67% for the three months ended March 31, 2014 as compared to the three months ended March 31, 2013 and its net income have increased by approximately 91.20%. We believe that this trend can continue through the remainder of this year."
I think once we see the 10-K, we'll be able to plow through those pretty easily. I'm just hoping we get that today and this change in auditors won't delay the filing much longer.
They just changed auditors, nothing too exciting for us.
I haven't been able to find it anywhere so I assume they're still working on it?
One thing I did find, and I'm not sure if this is old news or not so I apologize if it is, but I went to OTCMarkets.com and they listed Variathus as the Investor Relations firm. Is that who they decided to go with or is that outdated info? Below is a link to their web site. I know they've been trying to find a firm to handle their IR stuff.

#5 on the breakout boards.
Well said. I don't know a lot about this stuff, but from what little I've read and seen, it seems that when people really get in trouble for securities fraud, corruption, etc., one of the first punishments is always that they not have anything to do with running public companies, SEC reporting, etc.
Obviously, the fact that Mr. Laken is in the position that he's in should tell you a lot about how strong the case against him was.
I'm still a little skeptical and I want to see him deliver some results, but I think he deserves the benefit of doubt for the time being.
Assuming I got the right guy, you can follow Mr. Laken on Twitter at @GlennBLaken
Sounds good to me - thanks!
Well, on the bright side, it looks like we're down to just 3 more business days until we SHOULD see the 10-K. Still not sure why it takes them until the very last minute to get them completed.
