Well said. I don't know a lot about this stuff, but from what little I've read and seen, it seems that when people really get in trouble for securities fraud, corruption, etc., one of the first punishments is always that they not have anything to do with running public companies, SEC reporting, etc.

Obviously, the fact that Mr. Laken is in the position that he's in should tell you a lot about how strong the case against him was.

I'm still a little skeptical and I want to see him deliver some results, but I think he deserves the benefit of doubt for the time being.
