Charts don't work in the pennies in any form. They may work on the big boards (and even that is suspect) where you have a more solid base of investors, but in pennyland, where you have people constantly coming in and out of stocks for a quick flip, they are completely unreliable. I laugh when I hear people say "such and such is going to happen now because of the chart...." because 99% of the time it doesn't happen.
