It sounds to me like they wanted to release the 10-K and a PR simultaneously so that it hit the market all at the same time.

As for the selling, I don't have an explanation for that. It's probably that moronic buy the rumors, sell the news crap that some traders adhere to. It doesn't make any sense to me with what we saw in the 10-K and what we know is in the pipeline.
