NEWS!!
In November Viridis had 10b subject to lock up. Now they have only 8b. What happened to the other 2b? possibly cancelled???
It confuses everyone the first time they see that. Someone else can probably explain it better than me but here's what I understand:
There is always a buyer and a seller for every trade. If the buy goes through at the ask(bullish) they list in the buy column. If it goes through at the bid, they list it in the sell column. If it goes through in between the bid and ask it gets dumped in the ? column.
You'll hear people say, " all buys today" or "all sells today". What they are really saying is all trades at ask or bid today.
yeah - im sure that will be part of the pitch.
GBIQ PRd its plans to aquire control of BRWC to their shareholders much the same way that DMGM did. I think BRWC's reaction to DMGMs PR was a bit over the top.

ok - happy to help
This is a great post and summary of why the longs are here.
(don't worry about the other posts, Im sure 12thman will delete them when he is back on line)
Everything they've done so far, from the outside looking in, appears to me as though they're following an action plan ie Corrective disclosures and making sure the right people are in the right jobs. The have, in my experience, identified as part of the action plan that we had to rectify shortcomings in staff/skill sets(technology too). Sadly, NOT an uncommon problem.
It was. The fully diluted s/o was reduced by 25%.
PPS poll
So far we only know about 3 proposed acquisitions for just one of the subsidiaries. Ask again in a few months. I believe a lot more will be known by then.

More on share structure:
Yes, there were 430MM before the removal of the reserve.
So the float is around 100MM shares since I know where are 50MM that the Canadian investors can’t deposit in any brokerage houses.
Cheers
I agree with you. This compnay has:
*Award winning business plan
*Deal with Spectrum for biosimilar with huge market
*25% reduction in outstanding shares
*Strategic acquisitions forthcoming
Updated share structure from IR:
330 MM shares
185 MM owned by our main partner Intas

on the Viropro website their headlines reads "multi million development contract..."
From my personal experience, when the SEC and/or FINRA are doing an 'investigation' there is open dialogue with the company and they are clear with you about what their concerns are and they also typically have the expertise to help you form your action plan to address any issues that need to be rectified. There is usually some back and forth negotiation between the regulator and the company until an action plan(steps the company must take to rectify a situation) is agreed. Long before any matter is considered closed by the regulator, the company usally begins working on their action plan.
Yes there are the "storm the offices" variety of regulator investigations where people are taken out in handcuffs but,so far, it doesn't seem like that's going to happen with EIGH.
wow. Well blind-siding them was not good but i'm certain there's more to this deal than 1 share(old DMGM) for every 1000Boreal. I mean, come on. Boreal may be wise to have a meeting and discuss terms. If not they may regret it in a year's time. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Im trying to make a list of all the upcoming events that we should be hearing about in the near future:
*Boreal Water Collection:In the very near term (coming week) we'll see a filing related to the Boreal Water Collection deal. This would have to be accepted by Boreal and I believe they have other offers they're considering.
*Developers Bank of Nevada:There is now a bank that Randy Hudson will be creating, Developers Bank of Nevada. Im guessing there will be some pr if the application gets final approval.
Not mentioned in today's PR but in other communications from the company we are awaiting:
*merger with Montanna, share exchange, exchange uplist and name change to Corporate Management Solutions
*Acquisition of Mike Grande's businesses
Am i missing anything?
With all the events to take place over the next 3 months and beyond we should see PRs/filings in rapid succession. With each I hope we get more detailed information on the revenues each acquisition will generate.

Message from Randy Hudson dated 11/9/2010 id#15939
Mike and I propose to trade each of the successor corporation's subsidiaries' stock under a separate class of the Company's common stock, so as not to dilute the Company's principal Class A common stockholders. In other words, only as an example, as any other statement might be construed to be a release of non-public information, Mike and I intend that the Company's current primary shareholders remain as shareholders of the Company's Class A Common Stock; then, that Mike and I propose to retire certain of the Company's debt by the issuance of non-voting Class B Common Stock to the Company's creditors; and, thereafter the acquisition of any other company will each trade under separate symbols (following the filing of appropriate registration statements with the SEC and applicable regulatory filings, as required) under seperate classes of the Company's voting equity securities, i.e., Class C Common, Class D Common, Class E. Common, etc.
The first acquisition (in a predetermined and scheduled series of acquisitions that will occur over the next three months) by Historic Destinations, Inc. (a DMGM totally-held subsidiary)
Basically, the 251(g) reorganization permits us to leave the debt behind [in our subsidiary] and move forward as a clean, debt-free company."
And...isn't it true that our class A will not be diluted it will be shares in one of the new subsidiaries that is used for the aquisitions...
Boreal OTC status: Pink sheets current information
From the Boreal 3q report:
Authorized 350 million
S/O: 250,605,139
Freely trading: 617,441

I agree. We all just want facts here. We really don't want to see anyone lured here for the wrong reasons(baseless pumping) nor do we want anyone with inside info posting here.
Best to all.
I wonder if it is possible that the consent order might involve a distribution to shareholders?
The Company accepts that it was careless in some of its actions and that it will likely need to (i) enter into a consent order with regard to its publicly issued press releases
Good question. I hope they think carefully about what they're doing.
"You shall not steal"
pretty plain and simple, no escape clause
Hello - I may not be up to date on all the news...
...but that 8k states that he resigned from the board, not the company.
A number of posters were saying he left but i do not know that to be true.
He has been responding to emails i've sent which leads me to believe he is staying on with the company in some other capacity. I don't know for sure.
from the 8k we also learned he SOLD shares. There is some webiste that folks keep quoting which seems to have incorrectly reflected this transaction as a BUY.
Serge has been very responsive so you could email him and ask him his status with the company. My last email to him was returned because his inbox was full! so hope that you can get through to him.

Morning all,
Here is the email I received from Serge when I asked him to confirm if they were trying to uplist:

Subject: RE: Can you confirm some good news?
That’s quite clear. First, we are going to pay the accountant so we can come back on the pink sheet fully disclosed. Then we will do whatever it’s needed to go back on the Bulletin Board and then we will start the process to get on a canadian market since most of Viropro investors are Canadian. Everything is set for this, we only need to pay the lawyer to do so.
We should talk about this in the next press release which will be an update about the company which should be released in the next few days.
Thanks
I think you are absolutely right...
from one of my emails from VPRO investor relations, they said:
We are a team of business managers and our goal is to make Viropro an integrated company with a lot of revenues and quote our company on a real market, not a market where we can’t even not deposit our shares in brokers account. We are managing this company as you would manage your small business, we are looking for real growth, fundamental value, not to do some paper game on the market like it seems to be so many times the case on this market
Thank you!
Thanks Slash
btw, can you translate that price per lb. of corn oil into a price per gallon?
i know there was some debate earlier about what producers are getting for corn oil.
Thanks
personally, I wasn't expecting them to. In general at a presentation like this you might mention partnerships with recognized names but not with smaller, relative unknowns.
True-no mention. However, i was glad to hear him refer specifially to the press release last week and he spent a good bit of time on the rituximab initiative. Any analyst that follows up on this presentation will no doubt learn the role Viropro will play.
I think they'll pay some fines and move on.
I'll ask him- but he may not be at liberty to tell us anything about his motives. If his employment is ending that would explain it.
Hello Alphavol, actually Serge is a very nice man who continues to work for the company and has been terrific at giving me timely responses to all my questions..as recently as yesterday.
Accorging to Investor Relations an update about the company will be released in the next few days.

GO VPRO
Im very pleased they gave us an update and the reorg is progressing.
The future is looking brighter for this company.
We need a mod so we don't end up like the yahoo board for GERS - thanks for volunteering. You get my vote. As things heat up here over the next year the board could get pretty active. If you need an asst. mod I can help out.
Thanks and Good Luck
