Here is the email I received from Serge when I asked him to confirm if they were trying to uplist:

That’s quite clear. First, we are going to pay the accountant so we can come back on the pink sheet fully disclosed. Then we will do whatever it’s needed to go back on the Bulletin Board and then we will start the process to get on a canadian market since most of Viropro investors are Canadian. Everything is set for this, we only need to pay the lawyer to do so.

We should talk about this in the next press release which will be an update about the company which should be released in the next few days.
