The first acquisition (in a predetermined and scheduled series of acquisitions that will occur over the next three months) by Historic Destinations, Inc. (a DMGM totally-held subsidiary)

If the acquisitions take place in the next 3 months as stated we would see some of the income generated from these propoerties/companies in the first quarterly report.

This part i really liked:
