.........this presented a good opportunity to buy for everyone whether you are CORE for long or looking for a nice trade. If it was paper selling they are entitled to recoup or make their money. After all they took risk when they lent money to SCRC. But the future will show they were premature in selling now because long term this stock is at least a 10 bagger from where it is now in 12-18 months. In my opinion big things will happen in China and I have to assume big things are in store domestically due to the license applications made as per 8-K
Alleyba says..............
............that he agrees with GUTS. When people are looking for cheap shares they hit the bid in small volume. We had 610K today so there was a lot of buying here. The stock is consolidating very nicely. Once Rapimeds hits the shelves "to the moon Alice". Also China still on horizon, CEO finalizing licenses in Florida,increase in TN. I think we are in for a home run and the CORE needs to stand strong and not let the day traders snake away shares from us on the cheap. This is long term hold
PEACHMAN...no feature to reply to private messages. There is 1 poster when he reads this can give you my cell number. I believe in the potential and I am a long.Want to add on to position but do not want to be taking people with paper out. You must have idea of float.Give me name and number of market maker and I can call and get that information from him. My concern is paper. I know you have 20,000,000 and are not selling. There is certainly someone who has been and I know why but I do not know how much he has left and if there are others like him out there. Do you know if the plant and facilities they have are debt free or were they paid for by financing which included stock?
Baja.......not when you paid my prices and stock being promoted knowing 70 million UNRESTRICTED shares out there for a $12,000 debt?They made all the money and sucked a lot of people in. So if you have patience I hope you do not own a lot because there are millions left to sell
Alleyaba says............
Peachman....I am long and hols shares. I asked a simple question which you danced around it. I would like to know float and how much paper unrestricted shares are out there. Those are the only questions I have as I like product. I just do not want to keep buying and selling to someone who is selling unrestricted paper that they may have got at .0001.I want to know how much of it is out there, what is float and where can I verify this information.
Alleyba says............
............GUTS I could not have said it better
Alleyba ..............
...........GUTS is probably right December or January domestically maybe even sooner in China
Waiting and willing to go where? This was a clear con and luckily someone posted that there were 70 million unrestricted shares. Got out of almost all of it in the .08-.09 range but paid from .08-.13 for it. Then someone said they spoke to Dobicki or whatever his name is an allegedly he said "there was going to be campaign" following week which if he said that he is in fact a complete idiot and no wonder his company was chilled in 2005. The campaign turned out to be a reverse pump to unload the unrestricted shares
Alleyba says....................
............he agrees with Martin. Last week I had order for 100,000 at .0092.The bid ask was .01. It was not being touched. All of a sudden 200 shares hit which had to be MM or someone trying to paint it short. I held in all day and then got my price. Martin is right...make them come to you.
Anyone know the exact float and whether there is any paper out there, both restricted and unrestricted?
Alleyba says..............
.............that he liked the way the stock held strong at the end of the week and believes the trend will be more buying next week resulting in a positive week. I am not sure but do the cooperative selling revenues for the month get released next week? I just have a feeling that there is more positive news to come and I am hoping for some next week. I agree with Martin that the base has been formed and this is a long term play. I think the CORE group has hung in very well and I like when the board is nice and quiet like this. Usually means big news coming imo
Alleyba says...............
......before he leaves for work. he read your post and agrees on the sale of the stock by Urbanski. He had millions of shares and
no one should question him for wanting to sell that small fraction of shares given the time period it was done as no one knows his financial circumstances and surely he has the right to sell particularly after holding it for 18 months or so.
Alleyba says..............
,,,,,,,,,,,,,that without seeing a copy of the lending agreement that post was pure speculation but since it is a lending agreement PERHAPS there is lending for collateral purposes. I still think it is in the best interests of GEM to promote stock and make sure they get it high enough so they can exercise their warrants.I think this CEO is very honorable, a man of integrity and I think he really cares about the shareholders.I think that was evidenced when the stock was manipulated down to.08 because there were forces trying to squeeze him into a toxic deal which is in my opinion..but every day stock was being painted down to make it look bad until GEM deal was done.Their involvement lends credibility and strength to the stock.
As to Urbanski his selling did not come in July when we ran to $1.05.He had that stock for at least 18 months. He is entitled to make money and perhaps there was a reason unbeknownst to us why he sold.I am not bothered by it. I think his selling is a non event and did not hurt company and maybe as I said there was a purpose behind it thatwe are not yet privy to imo
Alleyba says...............
...........that he finds it unusual he chose to sell now rather then July when we went to $1.05.He chose not to sell.How can you fault the man for selling here.He is entitled to.Perhaps there was a good reason behind it. I do not know what his original cost was so his sale does not bother me.A man needs to live. He had held those share for over 18 months so he decided to sell some now.No big deal.Stock holding up great.I am guessing the way information is coming out more good news is on the way
Alleyba says,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
..............that he believes crooked neck and malc should show some support for a CEO who appears to be making all the right moves.So the question I ask myself are we better off than we were on July 12th and the answer is yes.We keep getting positive announcements...what more do you want him to do? I am a very satisifed shareholder in for long term, but that is not to say there may be some good trading opportunities buy you either believe CEO good for company, you believe in company or you do not own it. I for one beleive in the product, the China market, Rapimeds and the revenue streams that have been created and I believe there is more to come. Plus we have neglected to talk about DOD revenue contract we also have in a while. I bought stock today
Alleyba says............
.............that item 3.02 is clear
The rest of the filing appears they can buy $2,000,000 of SCRC stock maximum.It goes to talk about share lending agreement which I suppose is the missing piece, but I believe that is collateral for GEM.
IMO GEM wants company to obviously succeed and be abler to exercise warrants. I would not be surprised to see a lot of buying coming in over the next few days due to contacts from GEM and its partners.65 countries..lots of foreign buying and we are getting prepared for China.I am looking for a nice move
NOW, THEREFORE , in consideration of the mutual covenants and other agreements contained in this Agreement the Company and the Investor hereby agree as follows:
1. Purchase and Sale of Common Stock. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Share Lending Agreement and the Subscription Agreements, the Company shall issue and sell to the Investor (or any of its affiliates) and the Investor shall purchase from the Company (or cause one or more of its affiliates to purchase from the Company) up to a maximum of $2,000,000 of Common Stock (the “ Maximum Limit ”) during the term of the Share Lending Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the parties expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not, and is not intended to be, and shall not be deemed to be or construed as, a commitment by Investor to purchase any shares of Common Stock from the Company or to provide any other financial accommodation to the Company, or by the Company to consummate such transactions. Investor’s willingness to purchase shares of Common Stock will be solely pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Share Lending Agreement and one or more Subscription Agreements, and is subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth therein.
Alleyba says..........
.............looks more like stock is collateral in the deal
Alleyba says............
................that he does not believe that GEM can short the stock. I do not believe it would be in their best interests to do so. Secondly, I disagree that this is a "spec" play based on my previous posts. They are poised to make a BIG splash in China and they have significant revenue streams as GUTS has correctly pointed out in previous posts.
In my opinion, CEO by doing everything the right way and acting in shareholder best interests took this stock FROM a spec play to the real deal......again evidenced by plant acquisition for manufacturing, packaging, distribution,etc. in a location that is very well situated for shipping by virtue of plant location. Let us not forget that acquisition THEMSELVES was doing $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 in revenues so not are we only cutting our costs, we are increasing our profit margins with our own product in addition to selling their products. That is not speculation it is fact.
It is also FACT that Rapimeds will soon be on shelves domestically and internationally ..........BIG REVENUES.
It is also a FACT that the 8-K said application has been made to distribute controlled dangerous substances which will be another revenue stram for generic drugs.
It is also a FACT that the cooperative selling has been huge success. I am not saying the numbers will keep doubling, but there is no reason not to think they will not continue to increase. I do not remember if I left a revenue stream out or not.
I have to believe that CEO has other things in the works and I think GEM fund and their other partners will actively promote SCRC
stock in the 65 countries that they have a presence in and that can only produce more interest in the stock. I would also guess it to be in GEM'S best interests to get stock high enough so they can exercise their options.
So in my opinion all of the above takes this stock from "speculation" to the real deal unlike every other penny stock I have played. And one more point ....CEO not diluting...at least since I purchased stock in July.
Furthermore I have orders in to buy tomorrow
Alleyba says........
.............you are speculating on the toxicity of the deal.The fact remains is the company is real and has what it has.I do not know what we had to give up but I know what we have. Stock acted very well today in my opinion and has presented itself with another buying opportunity. Lets us look at your view and say it may have been somewhat toxic. The reality is how the company plays the carsd it is dealt and right now CEO appears tome to be making right moves:
1.Financing secured;
2.Does not piss money away but goes out and acquires company to cut down costs and ramp up Rapimeds;
3. Makes announcement and brings us up to date on China;
4. Makes applications referenced in filings so generic controlled dangerous substances can be marketed;
5.Ramps up the cooperative aspect of business.
Toxic? Maybe to a point..........but who knows how to play the cards dealt? I give edge to SCRC
ALLEYBA SAYS:
This stock generated a lot of volume today as there appeared to be shorts covering along with profit taking yet we still managed to close green today. So why so much interest in SCRC?
1.This is a real company. We have financing and we have the exclusive to Rapimeds with no competition in sight.Johnson and Johnson cannot sell their product until 4th quarter of 2014. We are not a mining stock waiting for financing or a drug company waiting for trial or FDA approval on a product. WE HAVE IT.
2.The entry into the China market will bring the company millions of dollars in revenues;
3.The recent acquisition of the new company as announced is located less than a mile from Miami Airport and 8-10 miles from Port Everglades so shipping is made much easier;
4. The new company which on its own website claimed to do $1,000,000-$5,000,000 a year in revenues has to triple or quadruple when packaging and distributing Rapimeds, domestically and internationally;
5.The cooperative selling to the mom and pop operations has been doubling each month and I am not saying it will double this month but I have to guess that will increase;
6. The 8-K stated that company has applied for license to distribute controlled dangerous substances.Can anyone fathom the amount of revenues to be generated from a generic ambien or pain killing drug or a generic valium?
7. Company obtained financing from GEM FUND which if I remeber correctly has a presence in 65 countries and has financed over $3 billion. They must like what they see as they have 3 higher levels to exercise wants a double and more than closing price of stock today;
8. We have a CEO trying to build a company without further dilution;
I may have missed some things but long term you need to be in it to win it as they say and it appears CEO is pushing all the right buttons in my opinion. The CORE is holding. 12-18 months $2-$4 dollars. Anyone disagree and if so specifically why
Alleyba says............
............that GUTS is 100% correct. If I knew where the price would be at the end of next week I would just sit and day trade all day long. I am CORE holder and if you want a 12-18 month guess $2-$4 maybe higher. The key will be the licenses per the 8-K.Once they get those licenses this can go anywhere. Read the 8-K and know where the acquisition plant is located. I think revenues for 2013 will be blown away in 2014. It should not be long until Rapimeds hit the shelves (guessing January). Cannot wait to see latest on China joint venture.I am also certain company working on other positive things.The important thing to remember is that this is a real company with real products.........not some company "waiting on FDA trials for new drug"or some mining company waiting to get financing.
You need to do your own due diligence but these are some things that separate us from the fake penny stocks.
There could be billions of dollars in gold, but if it too costly to mine then what good is it? I remember statements to effect "you could pick it up right off ground". If so where is it? Also if FCX mines right next to land why have they not made offer to buy it?
Not bashing, not criticizing anyone, just stating opinion
Alleyba says..............
...........I am not completely understanding your post about GEM shorting. Under the filed agreement do they not have the right to exercise right to buy shares at three levels which are double the price here? Why would GEM not want price to go much higher. I am not understanding why they would possibly want to short stock. Deal is done, acquisition has been made, 8-K very very positive and it is not unusual to see a stock back fill and retrace 50% on a move from .10 to .33 so the flippers could get out. It makes this stronger stock for the CORE holders in my opinion
Alleyba says............
...........he agrees with GUTS and others that Rapimeds willhit shelves in January. The shares are not falling in a horrible way.Some people taking profits that do not see the future of this stock and those people are making mistake.
What mistakes specifically has the CEO made? How can one criticize the 8-K? Be specific in your ramblings. Why would GEM short? Why would there be more private placements? They have the financing in place, the acquisition, applying for the licenses per 8-K. Any negotiating Bob needs to do he has more power and control to have things structured his way. In my opinion GEM made a very wise investment.
In 8 sessions this stock ran from .10 to .33 so a 50% re-tracement is healthy so we can rid ourselves of all the flippers. That is their loss because in January and February when we start posting the big revenue numbers they will feel foolish for flipping out of this stock. This is a long term hold and I have never said anything to the contrary.
I cannot help it if there are those who cannot read into the 8-K to see what SCRC has planned going forward. In the interim I expect more positive news to come out and I for one look forward to do what we will do in China once that is underway. Everything is going along as planned by CEO and I see no basis for bashing the man. Anyone who average down in the low teens still has almost a double. If it went straight up like it did those 23 days in June-July I would be nervous but these prices here are steal in my opinion.........and who is to say since it has backfilled it will not double again from here very soon?
Alleyba says...............
Below is a copy of the 8-K which in my opinion is very explosive and states, in my opinion, the direction in which CEO intends to take this company. First of all, the closing conditions are not unusual and SCRC must be confident that they will obtain the licenses in Paragraph 2 which clearly indicates to me the financial positive impact this will have on the company. Shareholders we are talking about more than Rapimeds here. We are talking about drugs that are "controlled substances" as well. This is a potential mind blowing stream of revenue for this company once license is received domestically and abroad.
Personally I was happy this stock gave back a little today because today presented itself with a good opportunity to get back in for the long term play particularly if this all comes to fruition. We do not want to go straight up and why shouldn't some shareholders take a gain from .10 to .30 which is a 3 bagger. They made a mistake in getting out because I think long term this is a 20-30 bagger or much higher. This is just my opinion and everyone has their interpretation of the 8-K. To me it is a real positive. There was no stock involved, we now have a plant positioned perfectly for shipping purposes and the most important aspect was that I did not see any stock dilution. Again, great job by CEO and great job and thank you to CELTIC who recommended I buy this stock! Again I am just stating the facts as I see them but can anyone argue with me if PIMD now does $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 in revenues they will not do 10X as much now? There must be more explosive news to follow and I am anxious to hear China update, etc. I think all shareholders should do their own research but that is my take on 8-K. Moreover, those who were bashing CEO when stock was .10 or less owe him an apology now because he never buckled and went for a toxic deal when this company needed financing. It was clearly evident at the time that pressure was coming in at the end of every day to paint the stock down on down ticks to get people to sell hoping Bob would take their toxic deal. THe GEM deal is exactly the right word , A GEM OF A DEAL
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On October 18, 2013, the Registrant entered into a purchase agreement with P.I.M.D. International, LLC ("PIMD") and Vanessa Gonzalez, the sole member of PIMD (the "Seller"), pursuant to which the Registrant agreed to purchase 90% of the outstanding membership units from the Seller for a purchase price of $262,000. Upon the execution of the purchase agreement, the Registrant paid a deposit of $37,000 on the purchase price, of which (i) $25,000 is non-refundable unless the Registrant terminates the purchase agreement as a result of a material breach by the Seller or PIMD and (ii) $12,000 is refundable if the Seller terminates the purchase agreement or refuses or neglects to close. The balance of the purchase price of $225,000 will be paid at closing.
The closing will take place promptly upon the (a) Seller entering into an employment agreement satisfactory to the Registrant (which occurred on October 18, 2013) and (b) PMID (with the Registrant as the 90% owner) has received governmental licenses from the (i) U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (Controlled Substances Registration Certificate), (ii) Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (Prescription Drug Wholesale Distributor license) and
(iii) the Florida Department of Health (acknowledgement of Seller as Certified Designated Representative). The Registrant expects that it will take 12 weeks to secure these licenses.
To the extent that the Registrant is able to secure the issuance of all three government licenses in less than 12 weeks, the Seller shall credit to the balance of the purchase price $1,000 for each week that such licenses were obtained prior to the 12th week.
The Registrant expects the closing of this transaction to occur in January 2014
Alleyba says...............
.............that our CEO not only does what is the best interests of the shareholders but the new company acquired is 1 mile from the airport in Miami and approximately 10 miles from the shipping ports making this a brilliant acquisition. The acquired company does $1,000,000-$5,000,0000 in revenues now. Think of the numbers SCRC will do now particularly if they can package and produce own product and leverage the products of new company. This will surely increase profit margins and I would guess that there will be future revenue announcements concerning this acquisition, the China joint venture and whatever Bob is working on to bolster revenues. This is a very good ling term play and anyone thinking of doubling down should based on the filing pertaining to the financing this company received and the prices warrants can be exercised. I would not be surprised if Bob took some notes out along the way. This company is one that does not believe in dilution of shares.
I know CELTIC took a lot of heat from people for recommending stock when it got to .10 area but I think he has been vindicated after the way the stock has climbed back for all who averaged down. CELTIC did his due diligence on this one and we all owe him.
What happened in July was not his fault. When money runners saw stock running up every day they promoted the stock themselves and with all the momentum the stock got way ahead of itself and in a 15-20 minute span they all dumped along with a core holder who has a habit of selling into stocks he touts. I even bought in the .80's so I got caught as well when all the stock hit the market. Thereafter, I heard a rumor that there were forces trying to pressure Bob into taking a toxic deal for financing and when he refused they brought stock down from .40 to .10 trying to get him to buckle but he never wavered and now things are starting to break for us. GEM fund came along and now we are in full throttle.
My problem is I can only post at night now as I cannot post from work.I am blocked so I may be repeating but I am trying not to.
Alleyba says..............
............that he always tries to post the facts on this board. I have been involved in penny stocks where the story was good and yet they never panned out because everything was contingent on financing.
In my opinion this is a horse of a different color. They had the product and they needed financing. They had the joint venture set up to sell in China but they needed financing. They had a government contract and had agreement for cooperative sales but had no packaging or distribution or production facility.
In my opinion the CEO pulled a rabbit out of his hat. He obtained the financing and acquired the facility all in one week. He can now sell the Rapimeds domestically and in China whereas Johnson and Johnson cannot for 1 year. This acquisition is a revenue producing plant. China is a potential goldmine as is Rapimeds. This is a stock poised to make a run and is a real company. I believe 2013 numbers will be miniscule compared to 2014.
I also happen to be of the opinion that something soon will be announced with regard to China which was in prior release and believe cooperative sales will further increase. It would not surprise me if the CEO had more beneficial news to announce that I have not thought of. Art, you are getting in on the ground floor at these prices because if you read teh public filing warrants are exercised at much higher prices so I put a but on this.

Company sells medications and medical supplies. This will most likely be converted to distribution and packaging center. Being close to the shipping ports I am sure medications to China can be routed through here. Just guess on my part. Significance here is the 1 to $5,000,000 in revenues acquired and to be built on, imo
ALLEYBA SAYS................
..............GUTS is right on point. You have to admire a CEO who made the best possible deal he could make under the circumstances. Like a good quarterback he stood in the pocket. If I had to guess when the stock was under .10 there were forces unknown trying to steal this company from CEO......but he hung in, made a great deal, RESTRICTED the stock and structured deal in such a way that they can only make money if stock moved up to certain levels and once the revenues start to pour in they will have no desire to sell as they will hold for long term. I would not be surprised along the way if paper is taken out and in 12-18 months we are $2-$4. CELTIC ALWAYS SAID IT WAS A LONG TERM PLAY. When CELTIC thinks a stock is a garbage can and pump and dump he will come straight out, based on his research and tell you that is his opinion. Here he always said long term and real company and his words have not been lost by me.
So it is my opinion that everyone tell as many people as they know about this stock and you will see your credibility rise
ALLEYBA SAYS..................
.............he personally knows buyers who purchased today and the news about the plant in Miami, although not surprising, was exactly the type of acquisition the company had to make to add to the bottom line; moreover, it was a very savvy move by our CEO. The importance of the acquisition was recognized and the stock rose sharply today. I, for one was glad I averaged down, not as much as I wanted to in hindsight, but very happy nevertheless.
I would have to guess that shortly there will be an update concerning China, a market which I believe is HUGE. Since J&J cannot sell their product until the end of next year we are poised to pick up the pieces and make a nice run. For what it is worth I believe whatever numbers we come out with in the year 2013 will be blown away by the profits and revenues in 2014.
In sales there always has to be the pitch to the customer as to "what is in it for me" WIFHM in my industry. Well we have the BEST AFFORDABLE AND BEST PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET. Now who can compete against that?
Alleyba says.............
...............I gave you every opportunity to respond to my post but here are the facts:
Hi pasqualee, first of all, the reason for the rapid ascent of this one was because it was pumped by Money Runners Group, and then, they got out as soon as they found out that they haven't been approved by the FDA
FACT: NO FDA APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR OTC PRODUCTS AS MANUFACTURING FOLLOWING MONOGRAM.
That approval finally came on September 30, 2013, the day before the US Government shutdown. In other words, a pump and dump happened back in July,
FACT: THAT STATEMENT IS NOT TRUE
Now, they are left to their own devices without any pumping whatsoever. I've had numerous posts deleted because of my criticism of this company, some of which was justified, some of which was not. They have just released news last Monday, October 14, 2013 that GEM Global yield fund, a venture capital firm, will provide up to $2M worth of capital to get them started, and on Wednesday, October 16th, they announced the first round of revenue, which was very impressive to say the least. I have been one of the biggest critics of this company, and as far as I know, I'm the only that stuck around to see whether or not this company is real. They are. No doubt about it. I have over 500,000 shares. Back in July, I had only 400 shares and sold them at a slight profit. Back in late July, projections were made that this stock would hit $1.00 by the end of September. That didn't happen, BUT I also saw that while that prediction was way off in timing, it wasn't too far off. IF (and it's a big IF) this company keeps going on at the current trend, then we'll be seeing upwards of perhaps $1 or more by Wednesday, November 27, 2013, but everything has to fall into place. There have been numerous glitches in their marketing plan, but that plan is still in place, is rock solid, and is finally bearing fruit. RapiMed was supposed to start shipping in late August, but once again, they faced more gremlins in their system than they were originally prepared for. But they are getting it under control. The product is packaged and ready to ship, and in some instances, shipping is under way, but as far as I can tell, not in the USA just yet.
FACT: ANOTHER STATEMENT NOT TRUE
There have been numerous glitches in their marketing plan, but that plan is still in place, is rock solid, and is finally bearing fruit. RapiMed was supposed to start shipping in late August, but once again, they faced more gremlins in their system than they were originally prepared for. But they are getting it under control. The product is packaged and ready to ship, and in some instances, shipping is under way, but as far as I can tell, not in the USA just yet. There have been numerous attempts by Scripps to get the ball rolling at a warehouse in Colorado to get things rolling and finally, on Monday, October 7, 2013, they got it moving. The warehouse, which was completely full, was completely empty by the end of the following day. Now they have product moving much faster than they can keep up with. But don't fret, this is normal for a start up company like Scripps.
FACT: TOTALLY FALSE. NO OPERATION IN COLORADO AND NO SHIPMENTS AS OF YET.
They hit a gold mine on this one. And there might be people on here that don't like ObamaCare, and for those that don't, consider this: ObamaCare could end up paying for about 90% of this. That means huge profits. This stock could very well end up on NASDAQ before the end of 2015.
FACT: FROM YOUR MOUTH TO GOD'S EARS.
Yes, that's a stretch considering the current price, but things are changing fast. The ordinary Joe really can get rich on this one and that scares the living daylights out of some politicians simply because their campaign donation source could dry up. But watch out for this company. Things are finally beginning to fall into place, and if they do, you'll love what you see. I won't go into detail about everything, because I'm limited to only 1 post daily on this board. When those limitations are removed, I will be more than happy to share my findings with everyone.
FACT: SINCE YOU ARE ALLOWED 1 POST A DAY PLEASE SHARE YOUR FINDINGS WITH EVERYONE, BUT PLEASE BE FACTUAL AND SPECIFIC
Alleyba says..............
........Harvey,please provide your link to the FDA because the FDA approval not required for our product. Plain and simple....money runners saw this run up for 23 straight days and helped promote this so stock ran too quickly and then pumped and dumped it on July 12th
alleyba says............
...........HaasCat hit the nail on the head. I believe the stock will run up in due time. And you are exactly right about what you said about the FDA, particularly in China. They will buy our Rapimeds like hotcakes as well as anything else we sell over there. Although I believe domestically we have hit a home run, internationally it will be a grand slam
Alleyba says..............
............that he is somewhat confused by your post that generally is positive, but I would appreciate your linking me to some of the statements you made or substantiating them by providing additional information since you are allowed one post a day.For example, please provide the link relative to the statement as to FDA approval on 9/30 and please provide the address of the plant located in Colorado along with the telephone number. I would also like to know what the November 27th date you referenced is all about and I would like to know the date you purchased the 500,000 shares you said you have. I hope you are not claiming that we are sitting with an empty warehouse because I am thrilled to hear that all of our product would have been sold in 1 day, but I am also certain it would have been restocked the next day. I agree with you that this company is a gold mine and I hope your words are prophetic that you see stock at $50 in 18-24 months, but please back up some of what you claim
alleyba says..........
...........have the confidence in the game plan of the CEO.I am anticipating good volume next week not only based on the financing deal but because I have been recommending everyone I know to buy this stock and they hear the confidence I have when I talk about it because I can talk about facts not "ifs". I think more and more brokers will start to become aware of this company and start selling it; moreover, I would not be shocked if we were updated with an announcement in very near future possibly concerning the China venture

...........have the confidence in the game plan of the CEO.I am anticipating good volume next week not only based on the financing deal but because I have been recommending everyone I know to buy this stock and they hear the confidence I have when I talk about it because I can talk about facts not "ifs". I think more and more brokers will start to become aware of this company and start selling it; moreover, I would not be shocked if we were updated with an announcement in very near future possibly concerning the China venture

.........that he agrees with Martin. Alleyba did not it when the stock went up 23 days in arow only to collapse for reasons known to all of us. 3 steps up-1 back.3 steps up-1 back and soon and so forth. I am guessing that since we have momentum company should continue with releases as they begin to align with CEO's vision. I would think that possibly we are due for an update on China or some type of update as to date Rapimeds will be on shelves. I think once we get into the 20's we will keep rolling ahead.I know I had some people I recommended stock to buying today after I went through history of company. Everything they are doing is real and is not "on the come" as they say. We have DOD contract, we have financing, we have Rapimeds, we have J&J out looking in for a year, we have streaming revenues from cooperative buying which is paid COD, so we have cash flow.
The difference between Alleyba and a pumper is that a pumper makes up things as he posts....this may happen or that may happen. Alleyba posts facts that are in black and white or that have already occur or will occur based on things WE ALL KNOW have already taken place. CEO is putting the puzzle into place very nicely.Give this one 12-18 months and then think about POSSIBLY taking a profit because they as Motley Crew says may be a HIDDEN GEM stock
Alleyba says..............
.........he has never had any luck with trading penny stocks over the years. Most of them are story stocks with millions, even billions of stock outstanding or there is so much paper even on good news the stocks have no real value. This is a real company, with a real product, with a CEO who has a vision and a plan and has been able to create a solid company and obtain financing, unlike all other penny stocks that I have been involved in where financing is "imminent" (most hated word in my mind), subject to this and subject to that. SCRC has made it happen with GEM and a hedge fund and made sure to doit in a non-toxic way.
Again, I would not be surprised if the ultimate goal is in house production and distribution GLOBALLY. The cooperative is obviously working, Rapidmeds is an easy sell, J&J cannot compete for a year, department of defense contract for anthrax, hedge fund poised to move the stock with warrants at 3 different levels and the best part of what I am saying is all factual.
I would have to guess, in my opinion we see volume pick up, price of stock rise with update soon on China joint venture. The stars are starting to align and this stock down the road will soon start showing substantial revenues and I can see this not being a penny stock down the road but a $2-$4 dollar stock based on revenues and profitability because as I said this company is real
Alleyba says.............
..........that he believes this is the same 590 Capital Partners LLC
involved with SCRC .If this in fact the same hedge fund then we have the power of a fund pushing the stock and the price. I am guessing that this is the 590 Group from the address and fact I had heard CEO was in NY last week. If this is the case, which I think it is because they have done other deals with GEM we are off to the races so everyone strap their seat belts and get ready for the ride. Hedge funds usually know what to buy and looks like CEO has really positioned this company very well and all I have been trying to is state the facts. Now, if in fact this is the hedge fund does it not stand to reason that their brokers will be pushing this stock? They will want to exercise their warrants...so I expect the stock to move up and all should be accumulating for the long term as CELTIC said awhile back .Hedge funds are very good at making money for their investors.

So the bottom line as I see it is increase in volume and increase in price of stock

...........news out.CEO has done it again!!. Cut and pasted recent filing. What does it tell me ? It is obvious to me that GEM believes the stock is going much higher long term than .75 and that they believe Rapimeds will sell in BIG volume in China and domestically. They will want to exercise their warrants and this is showing us that .75 is attainable at some point unless I am misreading something.
Bob Schneiderman has engineered a deal, it appears to me which is not toxic at all. I am sure , imo, we always have option to prepay the $2,000,000 and not worry about their exercising their right to exercise the warrants. If one reads the entire filing the purpose of attaining the funds is to get Rapimeds on shelves domestically and abroad. In my opinion CEO is turning his vision into a reality. This is all on Yahoo news
Item 3.02 Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities.
In connection with entering into the financing agreement, the Registrant issued to 590 Partners Capital, LLC ("590 Partners") and GEM Global six (6) common stock purchase warrants to purchase collectively up to ten million (10,000,000) shares of the Registrant's common stock. Each of GEM Global and 590 Partners received (i) a warrant exercisable to purchase 2,000,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.41, (ii) a warrant exercisable to purchase 1,500,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.55 and (iii) a warrant exercisable to purchase 1,500,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.75. All of the warrants expire on October 10, 2018 and are only exercisable on a cash basis (they do not contain any cashless exercise provisions). Additionally, the Registrant granted registration rights to 590 Partners and GEM Global to register the resale of the shares underlying the warrants.

........he would be remiss if he did not give KUDOS to CEO for making this deal happen. I have been in a lot of stocks that failed because they could not get financing. What does SCRC do?They get it. Not from a local bank but from a fund that operates in 65 countries, has done $3.4 billion in deals. I am in sales, finance and legal end and in order to sell not only must you know your product inside in out as well as your financials but you have to sell them on the WIFM---Whats In for me.
It is appearent CEO has been able to lay out the business plan and vision for this company to the extent that GEM must be of opinion this is real deal.GEM sees rapidmeds in US and China. drugs sold in China, anthrax contract, the taking off of cooperative buying which can only be bolstered by Obama care and the vision to see that SCRC can be a cash cow witht he potential to manufacture and distribute their own product
