.............you are speculating on the toxicity of the deal.The fact remains is the company is real and has what it has.I do not know what we had to give up but I know what we have. Stock acted very well today in my opinion and has presented itself with another buying opportunity. Lets us look at your view and say it may have been somewhat toxic. The reality is how the company plays the carsd it is dealt and right now CEO appears tome to be making right moves:
1.Financing secured;
2.Does not piss money away but goes out and acquires company to cut down costs and ramp up Rapimeds;
3. Makes announcement and brings us up to date on China;
4. Makes applications referenced in filings so generic controlled dangerous substances can be marketed;
5.Ramps up the cooperative aspect of business.

Toxic? Maybe to a point..........but who knows how to play the cards dealt? I give edge to SCRC
