Alleyba says..............
............that he always tries to post the facts on this board. I have been involved in penny stocks where the story was good and yet they never panned out because everything was contingent on financing.

In my opinion this is a horse of a different color. They had the product and they needed financing. They had the joint venture set up to sell in China but they needed financing. They had a government contract and had agreement for cooperative sales but had no packaging or distribution or production facility.

In my opinion the CEO pulled a rabbit out of his hat. He obtained the financing and acquired the facility all in one week. He can now sell the Rapimeds domestically and in China whereas Johnson and Johnson cannot for 1 year. This acquisition is a revenue producing plant. China is a potential goldmine as is Rapimeds. This is a stock poised to make a run and is a real company. I believe 2013 numbers will be miniscule compared to 2014.

I also happen to be of the opinion that something soon will be announced with regard to China which was in prior release and believe cooperative sales will further increase. It would not surprise me if the CEO had more beneficial news to announce that I have not thought of. Art, you are getting in on the ground floor at these prices because if you read teh public filing warrants are exercised at much higher prices so I put a but on this.
