...........I am not completely understanding your post about GEM shorting. Under the filed agreement do they not have the right to exercise right to buy shares at three levels which are double the price here? Why would GEM not want price to go much higher. I am not understanding why they would possibly want to short stock. Deal is done, acquisition has been made, 8-K very very positive and it is not unusual to see a stock back fill and retrace 50% on a move from .10 to .33 so the flippers could get out. It makes this stronger stock for the CORE holders in my opinion
