I'm gone. Like a steam locomotive rolling down the track, I'm gone, gone, and nothing's going to bring me back. I'm gone. 06/29/2023

Some use the existence of shorts in the market as an excuse for poor stock performance, especially in the OTC market (and the mentality of investors in this equity is very OTC-like, make no mistake).
Some are absolutely wedded to the concept when the fact of the matter is stocks perform poorly purely because the company performs poorly.
Gelsinger will be on CNBC in the 11 AM hour.
Sure wish EP, WBMW and others were here to chime in.
Monk was a self-ordained trading genius who scammed a lot of people out of a lot of money.
I REALLY enjoyed watching him go down.
When i was in the Yukon territory some years ago, there was a small town that had streetlights. The ravens would land on the streetlights and spread their wings to block the sunlight in the daytime so they could warm themselves from the light fixture.
I got the two initial COVID-19 shots and one booster Dec, 2021. I'm 70 but it is 3 and done for me. Not because I know more about COVID but because I know more about what the vaccines do (and do not do).
I did take the high dose geezer flu vaccine this fall though.
Right to repair gains... mentions Apple but it's the overall:
https://www.bbc.com/news/business-64206913US farmers win right to repair John Deere equipment
This is huge for farmers. Deere's machines are very tech advanced. Pretty close to autonomous. They use cameras and AI to spot and kill individual weeds now cutting down on herbicide use. Lasers and GPI to level fields... big money machines.
Increasing pressure on tech companies.
Unsurprisingly, the satire of the post to which you replied flew right over your head.
Yes, 218. Sorry, I shouldn't post when on the run.
They keep going until one person gets at least 118 votes.
Happy New POOF®!
If one has access to really good tenderloin (filet mignon), use a cut 1 1/2 inch thick. Dress both sides with fresh-ground black pepper. Grill each side 7 minutes on a hot grill. Cook each side only once. That's it.
Barbara Walters has died at 93.
She was a trailblazer.
It is a life not many understand. That's probably a good thing.
The last part about the idiot was funny as hell!
I really respect our ranchers down here. You're right, they don't take any $h!t.
They are what make our little corner of the world real. They work hard, are good folks. They graze responsibly and scientifically. He!!, this place would have gone up in blazes long ago if not for the grazing. We are a "fence out" state. I happily pay to keep my fences strong & tight. It's the least I can do.
Wow! Though I'm not a cattle rancher, I live in cattle country down in southeast Arizona. Most of my neighbors are ranchers through many generations and I understand the economics of the business (and how hard the work is).
We have coyotes but no wolves thank Zeus. We do have bobcats and mountain lions but they aren't the die hard killers wolves are. And our weather is much more forgiving than yours. A year of losing a lot of head must hurt badly. Here's to a profitable 2023.
On average, how many head do you lose per year (out of how many total)? From the photos I've seen, you live in rugged country.
In my experience, it will pay to invest in a good vacuum seal machine. The one I use is so old it's not available. It's a workhorse. Sorry I have no recommendations.
Trust me, vacuum sealing is excellent, just like k9narc and others say. It is worth way more than the cost of the machine+bags. Get a quality machine.
I like Bluegrass. Especially the musicianship of many and the tight harmonies that suck me in. I grew up in the Shenandoah Valley but never got into the genre until I heard Grisman, Garcia and the Seldom Scene as a young adult.
If you are game, try the Whiz sometime. I never liked it either (in fact, I hated it) until I tried it on a cheesesteak. The folks at Frankies encouraged me to try it. It also disappears into the meat. But on a cheesesteak it is REALLY good! Oh, yeah, the folks at Frankies taught me to order using the word "Whiz". not Cheese Whiz. They told me I would be laughed at in Philly otherwise!
If this was real, heavy handed promotion would not be necessary.
