I'll bet a great many people who wouldn't use any other kind of stove will mind a great deal, if anything comes of this.


Not to mention commercial kitchens which are major users of gas appliances. Gas is infinitely more controllable than electricity (quicker response).

And where do they think the electricity for "clean" cooking comes from? Fossil fuels. It is all a shell game (no personal slam intended).
