I wonder if any regulatory bodies read these bulletin boards. There seems to be photo evidence that could be used to show that the publicly traded company is not being managed in good faith. It seems apparent that there is fraud, waste and abuse. Seems like there should be some regulatory actions against the company but I guess this is still the Wild West.

Your words are chosen so carefully, "None show the activity of the plant in production." However... the pictures do show activity.

So what you're saying is... those pictures are 4 months old. And... those pictures don't indicate anything one way or the other. Just as many indicators of operations and nothing clear indicating that there are no ops. Everyone has to wait for proof.

I haven't been paying attention... Has ZENG kept up with their PR'd intention to publish quarterly financial reporting?

I feel sorry for you if you sold at this level. The general consensus of many is that this will rebound. Still a lot to be unraveled here. You haven't heard the last of ZENG.

It's important to not pigeon hole or stigmatize biofuel just because of the "fuel" tag. Don't forget that supplanting oil with biofuel does not only mean an alternative fuel source. It also means the potential to green up other manufacturing processes which is a significant factor for demand:

And if that's the case then it will be very easy to prove fraud and this whole drama/soap opera will be over.

However, no one here can prove anything one way or the other. The negatives, the positives and those inbetween all have to watch and see.

But since you mention it, "was" being the operative word, even by your comment you acknowledge advancement of their business plan. So you seem to be saying that they are not in production but no longer in "mothballs". Well, if they moved out of the "mothball" stage wouldn't it make sense that they will move into the "production" stage? Me thinks so mmmhhhmmmmm...

Do any of you think for a second that Zenergy won't be investigated for fraud if the allegations posted on this board are true? If Zenergy purchases a facility under the pretense that it is to PRODUCE in the interest of shareholder value and they don't have a drop to show for it or any indication of production then you can bet they won't be here to stay. I'd say we'll know the answer by early summer at the latest.

You have nothing proving Zenergy is or isn't "here to stay". There is a plan to be profitable as Zenergy has clearly laid out and acted on. You can not verify your statement that Zenergy has not made "a drop of biodiesel".
