I'd taken it as it would be quoted on Friday and Monday. They never mentioned greys, Only that shares would be cancelled on 12/13, which for some crazy reason they published that as the 'Ex' date as well

I agree that the Finra U3 was the right thing to do. But I will admit, they told investors that the stock would continue to trade even though purchases after 12/8 would not be entitled to a worthless private share divy. Twice actually.

Welp, they cancelled my GTC buys orders too. And I can put them back in (without any questions being asked on the buy side), but now I lost my place in line.
