Whether these stocks are pink or otcbb, there are offshore accounts that sell into this market. What the T/A reports isn't always the whole story. A tiny float (after a reverse split) or massive buying with a larger float are your only hope. This stock has neither. If it doesn't work in the beginning, you might as well give up.

The failure of this stock to run doesn't rest on the fact that it is a scam, all pinks are financial scams whether or not a legit business is residing within the shell. It is because of the failure to properly promote the stock.

Try GMOC @ .70, it is otcbb and if the deal is closed with Telecommunictions plc it should do well despite the high price. All future dilution is spelled out in an 8K. Only those that get in during the promotion stage while the stock is rising are at serious risk if they buy and hold. There is less than 1 million O/S to begin the game. The deal is suppose to close before April 13th. The owner of that shell should promote it properly because it is a large business competing with British Telecom for suscribers. BT isn't up to speed yet with their VOIP.

What good is a stock that trades near 10 billion shares and goes nowhere! CNES traded a billion or two and went from .0005 to .0028 in a couple days. See the difference?

HighLite, other than the last REGDEX, they simply diluted by issuing restricted shares. The common shares sold into the market were considered to be either convertibles that existed before the takeover in Sep 2004, or common from the previous REGDEX.

The SMMW/PRRM stock was originally owned by Astrom, a known pinkie con. What is strange is that the last filing on Feb 6 2006 has an address in Miami which is where Astrom was located via PRRM. Dan has been saying Astrom is out of the picture (more lies). Astroms brother runs a scam in Orlando FL claiming to be a media company too.

RJ, Reg D (REGDEX) is utilized for sale of securities, plain and simple. It could be the remainder of the A/S because restricted 'usually' requires form 144. With pinks anything is possible! But the Reg D is always required.

Mat, there were about 3000 shareholders when Dan Burgess took it over Sep 2004 with 15 billion shares @ .0001. Now there are 68 Billion. Companies used to file electronically, now they file in paper so you can't read it! You have no way of knowing how many shares are being issued. Whatever number it is, they are being sold into the market, not retired. You don't file REG D to retire shares! It may have only been the 3 billion that showed up in the float, or it could be more.
Bottom line is nobody will buy this stock at or over .0002. You will wind up with no bid in the end. You will have to sell at .00001 (5th decimal) to get out. We went through this last year.
