The wussies on RB had me tos'ed because they couldn't take the heat in the kitchen, it's only suppose to be for a week. That is why I have not posted there. I'm not MTR. I hate that guy. I'm around at night because I am not around a computer during the day.

Companies used to file electronically, now they file in paper so you can't read it! You have no way of knowing how many shares are being issued. Whatever number it is, they are being sold into the market, not retired. You don't file REG D to retire shares! It may have only been the 3 billion that showed up in the float, or it could be more.
Bottom line is nobody will buy this stock at or over .0002. You will wind up with no bid in the end. You will have to sell at .00001 (5th decimal) to get out. We went through this last year.
