rickbeth, that is fine, just don't be too reliant on one poster and please don't base any decisions on them. If MTG doesn't show up for a week, does it make this a good or bad stock? Be careful is all that I am saying.
GLTY
gman
Rickbeth, do you realize that 5 out of your last 12 posts on this board are asking where Trend Green is?
Maybe he has a life
I'm pretty sure it is like cutting off all your toes and fingers leaving one finger. Assuming you started with 10 fingers and 10 toes.
I was hoping you were looking out for out best interests by asking "tough" questions. But when you use sarcasm mocking the type of business Aero is in, then you must have an agenda. Have a nice life.
gman
btw "Mufflers" are a big enough business to support a stock with 76 million shares, with surely enough potential to get it to a higher board.
analogdog,
I, too am drawing my own conclusions. My money is down and this is still my bet.
TFN,
Wouldn't it be neat if FCCN did everything they are supposed to as they could very well be doing right now and this could be a very cheap stock floating so obviously in front of people's noses this long. JMHO
gman
So,in other words, they can use many different means to fund an operation. That's good. I was worried they would have their hands tied and the company wouldn't be able to grow.lol
gman
I concur, I believe we are building a spring to go further. 6.5 cents is the hurdle. IMHO
gman
My opinion or two cents.
Nothing has changed. Aero Muffler has a good product and is a sponsor of Nascar. Peacock has been successful at these reverse mergers before. This is not a one week play. There will be people playing the swings. This can be bad for morale because there can be pumpers and bashers. You will feel like poop sometimes. Those who were reading charts and saying this is going down were correct. The way they presented the information was damaging. Any stock will have swings whether it is going up or down in the medium or long term. Posters don't have to make regular people feel foolish, however. You have to keep your focus and remember why you bought the stock in the first place and remember your goal. Just remember, however, it is your responsibility for whatever decisions you make. Only you can push the button. Whether I'm right or wrong, I'm holding my modest purchase through this process. Do not take this as a recommendation.
gman
I count 76 million like Surfer.
gman
It doesn't take a big man to cry "dilution" on any pink sheet stock board. If you posted on 100 pink sheet stock boards, you would have some form of dilution on 90 of them(or more). Yak is not breaking any ground anywhere. What he is doing is like going on a weight loss message board and yelling at people because they are fat.
That being said, Surfer put you in your place anyway.
gman
there were no indicators on that chart that showed overbought, it could have only been an assumption.
Midwest,
Not usually intelligent to announce when you dump your shares.
It certainly doesn't help you get a better price.
gman
Problem is, it wasn't where you thought it would be when you sold. that is why you are here, now, for some silly justification of your original bad trade.
Yes Mustard waiting on the breakout. My 1st post on this stock but have been accumulating.
gman
If this thing gets back to .013 at EOD, this will throw a nice hammer signal on the charts
gman
Stupid question, can SMMW now buyback below .0001? If they can, they can almost wipe out 15 - 20 billion shares.
gman
You're probably right. I didn't realize that. We all better dump as soon as we can, NOT!
gman
Holdnolonger, I believe "Oaks" will be a definite upgrade. IMHO. I also hope that its a signal that they want to have themselves together and acting like a professional organization.
gman
I believe Oaks was an IR person before. Don't know what company however.
gman
Zen, If they had walked CMKX up to even .0004 or .0005 and then had this happen, would have had greater impact. IMHO
gman
Zen,
A suitable punishment for those who believed tender offer or cash dividend rumors over the weekend should be forced to pay for a room at the Vegas party. Imho

SGGM - Any thoughts on SGGM being our merger that gets us to the AMEX. I'll be interested to see how quick it gets to $3.00 with the tight float. Then a good Valuation and bammmm, drop 200billion on that float and it may hold. IMHO.
Food for thought.
Gman
Hey look, Mom and Dad ran to the store. Lets go in that room where we're not supposed to go and play a while. Uh-oh, I hear a car in the driveway, lets get back into the other room where we belong.
gman
I hope Mommy and Daddy come home soon
Meeke, possibilities are endless. Glty
gman
Al E. Gator,
My original post was just to give some numerical possibility to the idea that the float could have been retired while at the same time maintaining 51% control of the new A/S. A very interesting scenario to think about. If the new 300billion is being used in a merger, than maybe we have no float. Just a possibility amongst many.
gman
Pedro, maybe the float was retired. Just a thought. Those numbers are very ironic. imho
gman
I guess you are admitting that this isn't a scam because a scam would be illegal. Thanks for the info.
gman
No Problems, I understand what you are saying. However, It is a little interesting how the number of 408 billion has some ironic tie in to both the 483 billion O/S and an 800 billion A/s.
Thanx Mex, I find it interesting how this 408billion number has meaning in both a 500b and 800b A/S
gman
Pedro, your a numbers guy, take a look at my idea and see if there is any validity to it.
*********************************************************
Does UC need to control 51% of the new A/s of 800 billion?
If he does that means he needs to own 408 billion (800 x 51%)
If he accomplished this before raising the A/S to 800 billion
then he owned the float because 408 billion + 75Billion (restricted shares in Nevada Minerals deal) = 483 billion.
Does 483 Billion ring a bell to anyone?
Just a thought. I brought this up when the A/s increased a few days ago and was ignored. Any opinion would be appreciated.

gman
What if there was no float?
What if UC controlled 408billion shares?
408 is a very interesting number
500b A/S(previously) - 17b (retired) = 483b (we all know this number)
483b - 75b(rule 144 stock in nevada minerals deal) = 408b
If UC owned 408b there would be no tradeable float.
UC authorizes 300b more for a total autorized of 800b
Guess what 51% of the new A/S happens to be.
you guessed it. 408b
To me, these two little math problems are eerily similar. He could have had no tradeable float before and then authorize 300b more and not lose his 51% control. IMHO, there is a huge naked short.
gman
CMKX: New Math Problem
500B - 17b (retired) = 483B
483B - 75B (rule144 stock in Nevada Minerals) = 408 Billion
Keep 408 billion Shares in Mind.
new A/S 800B X 51%(Majority Ownership) = 408 Billion
Isn't that nuts? What does it mean?
What if UC owned 408 billion shares originally?
Then the float would have been zero.
Could the MM's cover?
Not on your life
What could the A/s be raised to help MMs cover and UC still maintain 51%?
800 billion
Just food for thought
gman (IMHO)
800 billion A/S Theory.
1. Would it be possible that UC controls 51% of 800billion which equals 408 billion. You would think so. He doesn't want to be taken over.
2. What if he owned those 408 billion prior to raising the A/S to 800 billion. That would mean with share retirement and the latest Rule144 deal with restricted shares, the tradeable float would be close to nil assuming the original 500b A/s
3. As being talked about, there wouldn't be enough shares in the float on the retail side for the MMs to cover a short of any sizeable proportion. He would have to raise the A/S and issue more shares to allow covering to avoid a massive collapse of the system.
4. UC must've went to Roger with something good like, "Hey Roger, look, there ain't no float!" in order to get his attention.
5. JMHO
Let you imaginations run wild.
gman
Prospector, not if there isn't enough shares to cover.imho
gman
USC, if you bought for vendetta purposes, then by all means I can understand how you feel. I believe, however, that there would still be a short squeeze, just not one of epic proportions. The largest gains might have to come from CMKX's own merits. IMHO
gman
CMKX: Possible theory is that the 300billion extra was authorized to help the short covering. Real basic but a possiblity. Any thoughts
gman
TFN and Zent, unfortunately, I think once in a while we all do something that reminds us why we need to be disciplined in this penny arena or stock market. We all need a wake up call.
I don't believe this stock is destined to stay in the toilet. These are very good prices but I'm not certain its finished falling yet. I do believe there is still great potential here.
