800 billion A/S Theory.
1. Would it be possible that UC controls 51% of 800billion which equals 408 billion. You would think so. He doesn't want to be taken over.
2. What if he owned those 408 billion prior to raising the A/S to 800 billion. That would mean with share retirement and the latest Rule144 deal with restricted shares, the tradeable float would be close to nil assuming the original 500b A/s
3. As being talked about, there wouldn't be enough shares in the float on the retail side for the MMs to cover a short of any sizeable proportion. He would have to raise the A/S and issue more shares to allow covering to avoid a massive collapse of the system.
4. UC must've went to Roger with something good like, "Hey Roger, look, there ain't no float!" in order to get his attention.
5. JMHO
Let you imaginations run wild.
