Pedro, your a numbers guy, take a look at my idea and see if there is any validity to it. ********************************************************* Does UC need to control 51% of the new A/s of 800 billion?
If he does that means he needs to own 408 billion (800 x 51%)
If he accomplished this before raising the A/S to 800 billion then he owned the float because 408 billion + 75Billion (restricted shares in Nevada Minerals deal) = 483 billion. Does 483 Billion ring a bell to anyone?
Just a thought. I brought this up when the A/s increased a few days ago and was ignored. Any opinion would be appreciated.
