Probably so, but why would they sell here? Don't you think they would continue pumping PR's to offload shares VS going completely dark? Just not adding up here... either your right and this is going to .0001 OR a bigger plan is being negotiated and they withdrew because they realized a few million shares had just become unrestricted... so withdrawing was a F U to the note holder... once they offload at these BS prices and all is clear, we get a positive update we might see a monster run... nobody knows... just trying to be optimistic here. GLTA.

Old news, this filing has been withdrawn. People are blindly selling here just because of the unknown, truth is nobody knows the future, only time will tell.

Can only speculate, but I think they realized the 22M shares from past had become unrestricted so they’ll wait for the share price to recover before a “new deal” ... at this point nobody knows but it will be interesting to see what the SP does from here... something tells me this is good news as this COULD have resulted in “Toxic Dilution” quite possible that we see another run up before the next “offering”. It’s anybody’s guess.

OR they found a better way to finance vs shares and therefore withdrew the form 10 which to your claims would have been “toxic dilution” should be good news according to your previous claims right ?? Company update, could result in massive short squeeze, assuming people shorted/sold because of the Form 10. Only time will tell... $NDYn
