Can only speculate, but I think they realized the 22M shares from past had become unrestricted so they’ll wait for the share price to recover before a “new deal” ... at this point nobody knows but it will be interesting to see what the SP does from here... something tells me this is good news as this COULD have resulted in “Toxic Dilution” quite possible that we see another run up before the next “offering”. It’s anybody’s guess.
