I still believe that they are eventually going to pull off something major. As long as they are not diluting much at all, I have no problem exercising patience. I'm usually not a volume poster so you won't see me post a lot unless there is something positive or constructive to say if it's negative. And then it still would not be a lot. I'm not going anywhere with MGON. I'm just waiting for the fireworks to start.

I think such could happen too here with CHIF. I've been holding this one for a long time. Beautiful share structure:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CHIF/security
Its sister company (NSAV) that I'm still holding, has been getting a lot of attention. I'm guessing that at some point in time, the management team will be coming back to CHIF to put something of substance inside the company.

All I can say is... WOW! I think all should read your very powerful response to get an understanding of what has been going on here. It's unreal with all of the time that the bashers waste with trying so hard to discredit such a little unknown to the market stock. Heck, you would think that MONI was a Top 100 NASDAQ stock or something. I am still confident that MONI will transform out of its caterpillar stage to become a beautiful butterfly. Let the bashers laugh for now.

Trying to say that Bloxcross has gotten in trouble with the SEC before is simply not true and is wrong. uber darthium, here's the truth & the whole story...
Here's the truth and the whole story. The posts, accusations, threats, bashing, and all that you have been doing have been ignorant, stupid, incorrect, and so far from the truth that it is ridiculous. I would love to tell the truth... again, since it has been a while since I have publicly explained this. Your actions are looking very foolish. You see, I have saved quite a few of my old RagingBull posts too so that I can have the proof of what happened over 20 years ago because some of you were so ignorant and wrongfully hateful and twisted back then, I just knew that some of those like yourself would be trying to bring this up over 20 years later trying to twist the truth. As one can see, I was correct. Well... here are the facts... about what really happened... back then... again...
Since you have publicly stated that you have saved all of my RagingBull posts, go to the post that I made within my forum years ago below, post #70263:
I never received free shares to promote it/Tell the truth/Pay it Forward!
I'm still hoping the company follows through.

I hope they file and get current, but I have zero control over what they do. I emailed PBYA a long while ago and they basically told me that they were waiting for market conditions to get better. In my opinion, what the heck are they waiting on?
I'm still holding because I have no choice. Still, I do and always have believed in their operations. They just need to file to get current.

Over the years when you are wondering what's taking so long to get names up on OTC Markets with a stock, you simply call them and someone there will break you down on the process.
Also, I don't remember what company I called, but well over a year ago or so, a company's lawyer broke me down on how the process was too. Also, I'm sure any CEO or person you get within any company you would call and reach will explain this to you since they would be the ones going through it.

Jaxxm, with PLPL, something else very important to note...
We should be seeing some updates from the new company soon. There are lots of updates that have taken place on OTC Markets to include a "Change of Control" kicking in. The process for adding Officers and Directors to OTC Markets has changed. I suggest those not familiar with the process to call them and have them explain it to them. It is much more stringent than the days of old. You just can't simply go into the system and just start adding people to the profile of a company on OTC Markets during this new transition. There is "Background Check Paperwork" that is filled out to verify that the person is real and legit for being added. The Background Check is perform on that person with that person providing proof of their existence with providing a Drivers License, Passport, etc.
For PLPL to have all of those names added like they did on their OTC Markets Profile page, this leads me to think that they are much further along and much closer to launching their new direction than what some might realize in my opinion:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PLPL/profile
I would suspect that we should start seeing some news from the company soon elaborating a lot more on their new direction with their operations coming in here. At least that is what seems logical to me.

alstocks, here with PLPL...
I have always respected you as we are in another stock together to where I know you are not a basher. I wasn't going to post here because I didn't want to attract the bashers here that usually stalk me from time to time to clog up the forums with their usual BS false claims about how I'm behind everything in the market pumping and dumping. When I saw you post here, I figured I should respond to you publicly.
I've been trying to see if this Wang Wei is the same guy that is listed within the company's registration that's coming in here in a few places and within OTC Markets. Some spots have Song Wei Wang instead of Wang, Sung-Wei, but I know they are referring to the same person. Some places, like this old article in 2017 referring to the third richest man in China that was worth over $23 Billion, just says Wang Wei:
https://money.com/wang-wei-delivery-man-richest-billionaire-china-ef-express/
Within that article, instead of the word "catering" that's within the OTC Markets filings, they used the word "delivery" within that article of which could be considered synonymous with each other. I'm doing some more digging to try to confirm, but I haven't been able to confirm if it's the same guy or not. Maybe someone else can dig a little deeper than what I can to see if this is our guy that is listed for owning San Global Dining, Ltd. aka Sanjian Capital Co., Ltd., the Chinese name for the company that's coming into PLPL per their filings within OTC Markets.
The new management bought the preferred and 80% of the OS. In my opinion, you don't buy that huge amount of billions of shares that they bought unless you have a huge purpose. That would lead one to believe that they must believe them to have huge worth. There are a few other reasons as to why something pretty good could be happening here. I think if you peruse through the forum, you would read some of them.

mahatmapaul, here is what I previously posted...
The tone in your response is a little strange to me, but here is what I previously posted here within the SPZI forum regarding John K. Park with what you mentioned and why I believe there is no concern:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173588790
As for Mark A. Thompson, he is neither an Officer nor Director of the company so none of that matters with SPZI. It would only matter if they look to bring him on board as an Officer or Director of the company. I think it's fair to see what happens before that is delivered as a major concern.

No I have haven't. I don't think they would tell you anything more than what they have recently tweeted. Currently I'm seeing NWPN as a Lotto Play until they confirm otherwise. I'm taking the risk that what they tweeted is going to manifest into massive amounts of debt eliminated and some huge healthcare company coming into NWPN as what was sated from the company's official twitter. Right now I'm just here hoping like all others that are here pro NWPN.

What these bashers are posting is very sad and very untrue. They have their info and stories twisted. Chartmaster & lakers17, respectfully...
Thanks as I am glad to be here taking the risk here with NWPN. Hopefully it pans out for us shareholders. As we all know, that will be up to the company to deliver to keep any potential moves in the future sustained.
Chartmaster and lakers17, respectfully, I like both of you and I think both of you are cool. I am humbly asking that both of you make peace with each other and put your differences aside. Look, I've been doing this for over 30 years and both of you are probably far more successful and smarter than me. I think there are different styles and different strokes for different folks of which everyone's choice for style should be respected.
Both of you do share the same goal of wanting whatever stock you are posting about to be successful. I think that is the positive thing that should be focused on and not fighting against each other. Neither of you are bashers so why bash each other? Besides, there's going to be enough fighting with the bashers if NWPN truly does deliver and if the price starts to increase substantially because of such. If not, then we all would likely move on in search of the next stock with potential for success.

Murphydog25 & All, understanding uber darthium and his comments...
With understanding uber darthium and his comments, it's important to note that he should not be taken seriously. I have never robbed anyone and I never will. His continued stalking of me for years looks very desperate. He is a deflector. According to him, nothing in his life is ever his fault. It is always someone else's fault for his failures in life. He is still upset about a stock (CMKX) that we believed in over 20 years ago that failed and let its shareholders down. He still blames me for what happened with its failure. You would have thought that I put a gun to his head to make him buy it. I didn't. I was simply a shareholder that simply believed just like how thousands of others had believed. Anything that ever went wrong with CMKX was my fault according to uber darthium and some of his cronies. Regardless of how many posts they conjured up from RagingBull, I was nothing more than a shareholder that believed in some stocks and posted why I simply believed in those stocks. The success of any of those stocks and any stock today depends on what the company does and not because of what I say or post. I appreciate the compliment of those bashers thinking that I have that kind of power in what I say and post, but I don't.
This is where his anger for me had grown again for more incorrect reasons. When I stopped believing in CMKX, I made it known. The CEO had dumped not millions, not billions, but hundreds of billions of shares on us shareholders. After I had learned such, I immediately stated in Paltalk and other forums that we were scammed as shareholders by CMKX. He had a nephew that was in the military, the US Army, that died that believed in CMKX who was also a shareholder. CMKX was a little different. The majority of the shareholders that had believed in CMKX... REALLY BELIEVED IN CMKX! I used to hate when the bashers would say that it was like a cult, but after I saw how shareholders turned on me when I told them that I believed we had been scammed by CMKX, I definitely understood why some would think such. I forgave them because CMKX was very dynamic and a very out of the ordinary situation. I said what I had to say about CMKX, good and bad, after believing in it for years, I simply moved on. I also suggested that ALL move on too and start looking for other stocks to invest in. I'm saying all of this because I am very confident of two things. With his nephew being a CMKX shareholder, he likely strongly believed as like how myself and all of the rest of the shareholders had believed at such time; and that he probably would be turning over in his grave if he saw how hateful his uncle, uber darthium, was being towards me and everyone that is not a basher. He told me that his nephew believed in my posts. Heck, I believed in my posts too! That's why I created them. Anytime I post, I post because I think I am doing so in an effort to help people. If what I post turns out to be wrong because of the company not doing what was originally or initially believed, then I can't help that. I have never intentionally made posts trying to hurt or manipulate anyone. I have made some bad decisions which I believe I was stupid for believing in certain stocks after the fact, but haven't we all at times?
I'm sure that his nephew that died would be very disappointed in his conduct. He would be embarrassed of his uncle and his disgusting behavior. All uber darthium needs to do is really take a deep hard look in the mirror at himself. Look at all of the things that he had done wrong in his life. I spoke to hundreds, maybe even thousands of people back then about CMKX. I helped a lot of people to be just as stupid as I was for believing in it. It turned out to be a bad investment. I had said it before and I say it again with any stock that I was wrong about believing in... I'm sorry for being wrong. It wasn't the first time I have been wrong and I'm sure even now there will be times when I am right and when I am wrong. It simply comes with the territory of taking the risk here in penny stocks. Most of them are not going to pan out. The odds are in favor of not succeeding.
From remembering everyone that I spoke to in the military, they all had great attitudes and were very respectable. Because I am confident that I did not have a bad rapport with his nephew, I will not disrespect him by showing hate towards his uncle. I know that if he was alive today, he would not expect such conduct from me. One thing I had learned was that all of the CMKX shareholders I've met and spoke to were all good people. I do understand why many were upset because of the outcome. I'm sure his nephew was a good person too. So even though uber darthium doesn't deserve my respect, I will always do my best to give it to him. I will always try to not fight hate with hate. Usually, it's just not my style.
All of the threats from uber darthium are ignorant at best as he clearly does not have all of his facts in order. I have never done anything illegal. I have always told anyone that if they have anything of any kind of wrongdoing from me, then post it publicly. Make me look bad. If I can't defend it, then I deserve what is being said. I've been an open book for over 30 years of investing and being on stock message board forums. I've always posted my phone number and I have never hid behind an alias on the boards and I have met thousands of shareholders in person over the years. Why would I do anything stupid to put myself at risk. Again, I wouldn't. Just as an FYI, NWPN will do well with its new direction that is believed to be coming if they deliver what they are claiming.
There is more to this from some things I have stated. Read this post on the NHMD forum where I explained my SEC encounter after some CMKX shareholders contacted the SEC about me:
GetSeriousOK, with your NWPN thoughts...
I do understand what you have posted and I'm hoping for the best. I took a starter back into NWPN today simply as a Lotto Play in hopes that they finally get things right this time. If they don't, I will lick my wounds and tough it out as a loss as I had done before. All they have to do is to get it right once. The massive debt reduction was spoken of in past tense as they said that they "have performed a massive debt reduction as we await a large merger in the health care space" within their tweet below. So, I'm guessing and hoping that the share structure is going to remain the same which could mean that the shares that are already out there are out there. Having well over 500 million shares at the Ask at .0002 per share could take some chewing through, but with the right news, they could be gone in 5 minutes or less. The ball is in the company's court to deliver...

I've always posted my phone number and I have never hid behind an alias on the boards and I have met thousands of shareholders in person over the years. Why would I do anything stupid to put myself at risk. Again, I wouldn't. Just as an FYI, I still think that MONI will do well with its new direction that is believed to be coming.
There is more to this from some things I have stated. Read this post on the NHMD forum where I explained my SEC encounter after some CMKX shareholders contacted the SEC about me:
Maria56, let me de-obfuscate this for you...
Go back and read where I stated to you this below for my response regarding your MONI question...
Maria56, let me answer this for you...
First, I don't know where any cash from any filing here with MONI went, but I have an idea. I'll tell you what I think of which I'm surprised you and others within this forum don't understand this. What MONI did was simply provide an extra layer of transparency. Those transactions that you are referring to were nothing more than private transactions from one shareholder to another shareholder. It's pretty obvious to me as this is not the first time that I have seen something like this done. I think it is important to first understand that MONI's Transfer Agent, (Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co., Inc.) has filed and remained current with the T-1 and T-2 filing requirements with the SEC to be registered with the SEC:
https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=0000882734
The Transfer Agent is not going to allow MONI to transact anything that is considered illegal or wrongdoing to jeopardize their existence for continuing on as a "legitimate" Transfer Agent. They have many independent clients and not just MONI. They will not allow any one company to jeopardize their existence by allowing something illegal to transpire. They are in business to act as a third party to make sure the bookkeeping for many companies are legally in order. They are very wise and experienced at this for quite a few years.
Also, OTC Markets would not have allowed them to remain current if there was anything wrong with how they logged such under their Disclosure Statement within their Annual Financials. They too have a scrutinization process that is much more stringent than the days of old or more stringent than what some of you here within the forum seems be claiming to know.
Here's a better way to explain this for you for how things happened in my opinion. Maria, imagine if you had "restricted" shares assigned to you by the company sitting in reserve in book entry at the Transfer Agent. Now imagine if you sold those shares in a private transaction to one of your personal friends. They would be issued by the Issuer (MONI representing you), but the Issuer would not receive the money because it was a private transaction. The person selling the shares (you Maria in this example) would get the money, not the Issuer. Because of the Transfer Agent getting involved, the company can be "extra" transparent and reflect such as like what MONI had done. Since it was not a transaction by the company and since the company did not receive any money from such transaction, you won't see it reflected to show up in their Income Statement or Balance Sheet of their financials. Those parts of the financials show those financial transactions directly transacted by the company. The negative chatter that was going on about this topic within the forum to spook shareholders as if something wrong or illegal was done was 100% redundant and very wrong.

RIGATONI, here with DKSC...
I do agree with some that it appears to be a no brainer here with DKSC. I do think that more is definitely in need of being released from the company although things are looking up compared to the days of old. I do believe that more is coming from the new management. No way would they keep it this clean with no convertibles, virtually no debt, no dilution, and a new CEO that buys 49% of the DKSC OS which equates to nearly 2.1 billion shares. This is on the last page of their recently filed Annual Report under SUBSEQUENT EVENTS:

No way would they keep it this clean with no convertibles, virtually no debt, no dilution, and a new CEO that buys 49% of the DKSC OS which equates to nearly 2.1 billion shares. This is on the last page of their recently filed Annual Report under SUBSEQUENT EVENTS:

I don't have any info to share regarding MONI except what is already existing publicly. I am still confident that things will positively workout. I do believe that we are finally close to hearing some kind of closure on the new direction of the company.

It doesn't get any clearer than what I posted above. I can't believe I come to the forum and see the foolish and silly accusations that are stupid and ignorant at best. Besides, I'm still holding. I can't speak for what anyone else is doing or decides to do because that is their business and is none of my business. I'm holding and hoping that NHMD figure things out to get things turned around. I'm not sure why it bothers some that such is what I am choosing to do.

INTHEKNOW1, here with BDPT...
I took a starter in BDPT based on it seems to have bottomed out here and based on the qualifications of the CEO. I would like to think that he has some plans for growth:

I still like the risk here with TONR and the possible updates that they PR-ed a little while ago to actually happen:

learningthetruth, with your thoughts...
You are so spot on! It's crazy how some sit in their glass houses and throw stones. Heck, some of them are even throwing bricks! One would think they were perfect if one didn't already know better.
What's crazy, is with those attacking me and my character, I don't attack them. Heck, what they are doing is far more wrong and hateful then what "they think" I am doing. I try to teach my children over the years to not fight hate with hate so I try to practice what I preach. Besides, I think I would look just as stupid as they look. These forums are supposed to be about talking about stocks in a peaceful manner and not bashing me.
Hmmm... let's say that John K. Park with SPZI/JP3E get things right and turns this company into a multi-billion dollar company. I do believe it is coming. I wonder what they would be saying then. Stay tuned!

lakers17, with this thought...
I think you are an astute investor, but respectfully I will have to disagree with you on that one. There are plenty of rooms that exist to where you can be negative. It just depends on who's in charge of the forum. Yes, there are some forums that are as you have stated I'm sure, but I wouldn't stereotype all of them to be one in the same.
There are forums that have no problem with saying what you have to say that might be negative. But I know of rooms to where if you have something negative to say... say it... then hush and move on. The room is experienced enough to where they don't care about your point as much as you do and likely might not even be in that stock. I've seen forums where two people were arguing back and forth about a point that nobody cared about clogging up the entire forum. I'm not saying this is you, but for most people, when they have something negative to say, they normally hang around until they can make everyone reading what they are saying agree with their negative thoughts. So of course it depends on whether you just make your negative point or do you just belabor your point until everyone in the rooms agrees with you? That's normally what pisses people off.
I tried to explain my thoughts about the negative that exists in a stock earlier in this post below:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=174009685
I normally don't go into the bad that exists about a stock because the general thought is that people are looking for reasons why to invest. They are not looking for reasons why not to invest. When I go to a stock and it is usually at or near its bottom, I figure that the negative that exists in that stock is already known, which is why the stock was suppressed in price in the first place. Of course it's good to know about the bad and understand why the bad existed, but if the stock is turning around to conquer the bad to begin its journey of true growth, then none of the bad will matter. What the company does going forward is what is going to matter the most for determining if it will succeed or not. Like here with SPZI. What they do going forward with executing what they have laid out for growth is what is going to matter the most and not why it was at its bottom level months ago.
I'm not looking for a stock that is just going to be a trade. I'm looking for a stock that has the potential to be an investment. That's why I'm here in SPZI. I'm looking for the good that is manifesting in a stock that is going to make it move. The bad isn't going to make the stock move. I think it is good to know the bad that exists about a stock, but I think it's more important to know the good. Of course there will be some circumstances when knowing the bad or the "newly" learned bad is important to get out of a stock, but that's not the case for the most part. Me personally, I'm not spending much time about the "old" bad that exists, especially if it is something that has proven to be conquerable within the market.
All people want is a place to come without being attacked to discuss stocks and to share, give, and/or receive information about stocks to help each other. It is sad what IHub has turned into. Any disagreements should be peaceful and respectable. Not hateful and disrespectable. It's actually very simple. For starters, people should treat people how they would want to be treated.
