lakers17, with this thought...

I think you are an astute investor, but respectfully I will have to disagree with you on that one. There are plenty of rooms that exist to where you can be negative. It just depends on who's in charge of the forum. Yes, there are some forums that are as you have stated I'm sure, but I wouldn't stereotype all of them to be one in the same.

There are forums that have no problem with saying what you have to say that might be negative. But I know of rooms to where if you have something negative to say... say it... then hush and move on. The room is experienced enough to where they don't care about your point as much as you do and likely might not even be in that stock. I've seen forums where two people were arguing back and forth about a point that nobody cared about clogging up the entire forum. I'm not saying this is you, but for most people, when they have something negative to say, they normally hang around until they can make everyone reading what they are saying agree with their negative thoughts. So of course it depends on whether you just make your negative point or do you just belabor your point until everyone in the rooms agrees with you? That's normally what pisses people off.

I tried to explain my thoughts about the negative that exists in a stock earlier in this post below:

I normally don't go into the bad that exists about a stock because the general thought is that people are looking for reasons why to invest. They are not looking for reasons why not to invest. When I go to a stock and it is usually at or near its bottom, I figure that the negative that exists in that stock is already known, which is why the stock was suppressed in price in the first place. Of course it's good to know about the bad and understand why the bad existed, but if the stock is turning around to conquer the bad to begin its journey of true growth, then none of the bad will matter. What the company does going forward is what is going to matter the most for determining if it will succeed or not. Like here with SPZI. What they do going forward with executing what they have laid out for growth is what is going to matter the most and not why it was at its bottom level months ago.

I'm not looking for a stock that is just going to be a trade. I'm looking for a stock that has the potential to be an investment. That's why I'm here in SPZI. I'm looking for the good that is manifesting in a stock that is going to make it move. The bad isn't going to make the stock move. I think it is good to know the bad that exists about a stock, but I think it's more important to know the good. Of course there will be some circumstances when knowing the bad or the "newly" learned bad is important to get out of a stock, but that's not the case for the most part. Me personally, I'm not spending much time about the "old" bad that exists, especially if it is something that has proven to be conquerable within the market.

All people want is a place to come without being attacked to discuss stocks and to share, give, and/or receive information about stocks to help each other. It is sad what IHub has turned into. Any disagreements should be peaceful and respectable. Not hateful and disrespectable. It's actually very simple. For starters, people should treat people how they would want to be treated.
