Nothing new CEO cast
iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTCBB: IBZT), a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants and hand-held devices, continues to generate growing interest for its Virtual Keyboard for handheld computing devices. The Keyboard projects the image of a full-size keyboard onto a flat surface, making it easy to input text without a physical keyboard. The company will exhibit at CeBIT, a German convention. The convention is the German equivalent of the consumer electronics show in Las Vegas, where the company generated substantial interest in the Keyboard last month. iBIZ will also showcase its FMpocketRADIO, the industry's first FM Radio for the PDA Market. The stock ended the week at $0.048.
Sara,Nothing about "that".It's what has possibly changed,or what what we failed to understand, regarding IBIZ, IBZT TECH .I can't really take the time right now,and don't have the definitive answer anyway, yet.Trade Safe and Prosper
What changes is that it says clearly that even the limited rights, are for the standalone product, the keyboard.
wccawa, In that case this whole thing has been ,and is continueing to be misrepresented. In every single PR put out, the reference is to how IBZT is going to benefit from this "right"of distribution,on this and other products. It's in the filings. No wonder the sec hasn't approved anything.Trade Safe and Prosper
GRAMPS Again, ptso was bought up in IP today,,on the ""bird flu, gloves thing"",FWIW
BSIO ALso heavily frontrun by IP.
Slocum,You are 100% accurate on that staement.
wccawa, how could that be possible with the same ticker?Ityia
pennymax,Good morning, and thanks for that.I too am long, though I trade it some as well.I'm always looking for the reasons to stay so,as well as the reasons not too.Very exciting, and very confusing,to say the least.Trade Safe and Prosper (did that sound a bit ambiguous?)

IBIZ To Manufacture Flat Panel Displays In US
iBIZ Technology Corporation a manufacturer of "small-footprint" computer systems and peripherals, has announced that they have secured an agreement to produce flat-panel displays in the United States. The agreement with Harsper Company, Ltd, of Seoul, Korea gives iBIZ an exclusive contract to manufacture and assemble their unique line of LCD monitors at the iBIZ facility in the US.
Details of the agreement call for production to begin at 500 units per month, and with Harsper's funding commitments, manufacturing is projected to exceed 25,000 units annually.
The production agreement expands the exclusive US distribution agreement, recently announced by iBIZ and Harsper. The flat-panel monitors, a major component of iBIZ Technology's "small-footprint" specialisation, will be produced for iBIZ customers and expanded US distribution. By managing production, iBIZ will be able to remain highly
competitive by controlling costs, quality, and delivery commitments, and will be able to make custom displays to fulfil specific customer requirements. According to industry analysts, the flat-panel display market is currently over $19 Billion per year, with growth projections exceeding a 350% increase in sales by 2005.
Quoting Ken Schilling, President and CEO of iBIZ Technology, "This agreement with Harsper is significant in that it strengthens our position as a prominent provider of space-efficient computing products. The US market is just now recognising the value and functionality of LCD monitors. With domestic production, iBIZ will be able to meet critical deployment schedules and realise considerable cost efficiencies."
"iBIZ has long been a proponent of "small-footprint" technology, and this endorsement, by a major Korean manufacturer, further reinforces our vision and strategy. Bringing Harsper production to the US gives iBIZ the ability to be a significant provider in the rapidly expanding flat- panel market. We are positioned to secure a substantial share of the LCD monitor market, expected to be over $70 Billion by 2005," concluded Mr. Schilling, speaking at the Harsper display at CeBIT, in Hannover, Germany, a weeklong computer and technology fair that features 7,800 companies from 60 countries.
Young J. Sung, President of Harsper Co., Ltd. commented, "We are very confident in the production and distribution capabilities of iBIZ Technology. It is very important for our growth and position as a multinational technology provider to have a significant production presence in the United States. We welcome iBIZ, with their knowledge of the industry, American markets and technology sector. Harsper will be working with iBIZ in the development of new products, designed to meet the expansive growth of the LCD monitor industry."
Are they going to deliver the keyboards?
Jim Bishop,I'm with you you on this one.Case in point.IVOC set their spinoff for back XXXXXXX, was just approved and done ,and the date is the NEW one ,set by the sec.
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=IVOC&dDate=02/05/2004&sDateType=ex_date
Well I had an 18 line post all set to go,then just said "P^&% on it and decided not to bother.
FWIW, IBZT belongs to the mm's until filings ,imo
Im reading the filings and this is what it says,
THE NEW SUBSIDIARY of IBIZ WILL HOLD PRODUCTS and LICENCES FOR THE SPIN- OFF operation and INTRODUCE to the Programmable Digital Assistant ("PDA") market the VIRTUAL LASER LIGHT KEYBOARD "Light Key". ,,,,,,,The new sibsidiary of IBIZ TECH is IBIZ AG, WHICH IS A WHOLLY OWNED sub of ENDEAVOUR.Just like you guys, trying to figure it out.Trade Safe and Prosper
wccawa,Yes I know.I've read and reread and asked others to read,, and phoned and e-mailed,but alas, still no clear interpretation.Perhaps I'm just thick.Trade Safe and Prosper
After completion of the spin-off as outlined previously, IBIZ intends to do a share exchange with IBIZ AG, a wholly subsidiary of Endeavour Capital AG; this share exchange does not, under Nevada law, require the consent of shareholders). This will be accomplished by the issuance by IBIZ of 11,200,000 shares of common stock TO THE PARENT OF IBIZ AG, ENDEAVOUR CAPITAL AG, in exchange of 100% of the issued and outstanding common stock of this company. The new subsidiary of IBIZ will hold products and licenses for the spin- off operation and introduce to the Programmable Digital Assistant ("PDA") market the virtual laser light keyboard "Light Key".
wccawa That's the way I see it too,as many times as I've looked to see if I was confused.Either poorly worded,or the new IBIZ will be "A whooly owned subsidiary,of the parent Endeavour",,,, as per the 14 whatever
JIM Well,If I were a cynical person, I'd say, perhaps IBIZ can do it,because they have the "right" "connections"? Oh my
Hogs,Agreed again.Although I adore the idea of riding the next SONS or SIRI ,I have no problem trading in and out. There's just so many out there, the point is , why bother at all,if it appears,"all is not as it may seem".Time will tell.
Hogs,So right,on all accounts. Trade Safe and Prosper
Deano361 , Agreed,At least thats the assumption. My concern was the following choice of words.
""" Endeavour, its sub, is involved with a particularly slimy scam-UCSY-and a CD funder....I'm not crazy about IBZT,Endeavour,Scam, and CD's ,all in the same sentence.
