... ‘cause that’s what honest, hardworking guys do!
You grow business by working hard not lying and playing games with stocks.
It’ll move down, down, down the fairway,
sensitive to the touch.
Penny stocks make me think of Dead Kennedys’ lyrics.
I’m sure it will be too. I. fact, I’m willing to sell my shares at a loss
because of what I so earnestly believe.
We know it’s a pos
Ha ha ha
This is such a scam.
“It’ll be just like Monster.” That’s why I was told. Just an honest company starting pink. I’ll help by investing when times are tough and get rewarded when the stock shoots up.
Shoulda played the lotto instead. At least then I’d have a little colorful paper piece of trash instead of nothing.
I learned already. .026 to now
I read similar posts back in Jan. Probably a bot.
Another 2-5 years and the next pump will come along.
Still. It’s slimy to break even because the next schmuck gets stuck with the bag. Ethics. What an ill-advised hang up to have in the penny market.
Still waiting for Christie’s wine to fly off the shelves.
Gave the company some $$ back in January - and since it’s such a great product with such a great company behind it and such wonderful people running the company (honest, hard working, smart) I’m really looking forward to some returns on my investment.
Too bad there weren’t more zeros after the decimal when I bought.
At .026 I’ll be holding for a LONG time
I wanted to say thanks to those who post here. I decided to limit myself to 1,000.00 to learn about OTC trading/investing.
I read a ton of books, watched a ton of YouTube videos, subscribed to a few websites, newsletters and opened a twitter account figuring I'd take what seemed worthwhile and jettison the dross. I don't claim to understand all of what I read, but I'd bet I understand more than the average shmuck.
The net result of this is that I own stock in four companies:
ICNB (I have a nice letter from the CEO of this company);
HIMR (this was supposed to be a "lotto play");
FLSR (I forget what was supposed to be so great here);
REFR (seemed a legit company with a legit product);
QSIM (also seemed legit).
Of the 900.00 I started with, I have the shares in these companies and $171.06 left. I've spend hours researching companies. I know which ones started as dog grooming companies ... and I actually watched the clip of Danny DeVito, although I could not find his branded limoncello for sale anywhere. I spend a few days glued to the computer watching the little lines go up and down and imagining how happy I'd be when I showed my hubby how much money I'd "made" while watching the grandchildren. I have my alerts set so that I'll get a ping when I can sell and break even, then I'm out of the stinky pinkys.
Our "real" investments are not nearly as time consuming or exciting. Franklin Funds and American Funds. Boring. We make our money like most people do, by working. And if our company ever goes public (not likely) people will be able to decide to invest based on honest financials that are filed on time, which is just NOT that difficult.
You guys on this board were a welcome relief to la-la land. I just wanted you to know that your posts were read by at least one "newbie" who appreciated the reality check. It's easy, even for a smart person to get caught up in the hype of forward looking statements.
Thank you.
PS (Years ago my mother played the lottery for a year and kept records of wins and losses - she determined it was an over all loss and quit playing altogether. I now believe betting on penny stocks is exactly like playing the lottery. I'm done paying my stupid taxes.)
Good to know website will be updated soon.
I also run the family business and my business email reflects that, it's more professional.
Most businesses use their own domain email. For example, Rich@iconicbrands.com
How do you know people there haven't been getting paid?
I hope so.
Market maker paint? What is that? Do you mean signals?
Organic wines can have sulfites.

What is that ask by maxm of 1 for 666? That seems a weird price.
No this app is for cyber bullying and social media problems or potential problems. For example if your kid gets a friend request from someone you don't know, something is posted to his or her Facebook wall, instagram, that kind of thing.
They have an app for parents to use to monitor their children - it's available in android and iOs. There are 2 versions available called RAADR and BullyRAADR. There is a (rather inexpensive) service subscription that comes with the pro/paid version.
If the app works as advertised and the company's blog is truthful, it seems like a good product, imo.
Thanks.
Are SEC filings onerous or expensive for small cap companies? I ask because there are no SEC filings since May of 2015.
And where is this company's corporate website? Anybody can put together a nice website these days for hardly any money. It seems like a legit company wanting investors would do this first!
There is nothing about Iconic Brands or Richard Decicco on Christie Brinkley's website either. She does talk about Bellissima on twitter and listagram, but never Iconic. This seems odd to me because websites are incredibly easy and cheap to update. There are pics of Richard and Christie together, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are friends or business partners.
I get that business goes up and down, people change their minds or lose interest (Devito and limoncello). I like that Christie Brinkley is involved, but I'm dismayed at how her skincare line is sold on a subscription basis. There are lots of complaints from women who have purchased and now feel ripped off (the sales scheme for her products really are deceptive, imo).
I know some savvy people make money on frequent trades of penny stocks, but I'm not savvy (yet). I was looking for a small company that I can invest in that will go up in value. This seems like it might be such a company, but I'm smart enough to know that I'm dumb enough to lose money here.
tl;dr I see some red flags but I am not an experienced investor - am I wrong? Thanks.
Thank you for clearing that up. Should I delete my incorrect info?
