I'm with ya.Some of these R\S go up 100-200% within a few days after the split.Whats interesting is the company had a buyout offer already for about 180 million and the current MC is about 45 million.With the current cloud craze one would think any buyout would be at a higher offer than the last one but who really knows if there is a buyout.

Some of these sellers don't understand how fast this stock moves when something causes momentum.Last summer it had a couple days where it went up over 200% on less than 100 million shares traded.I expect no less coming soon.

Now that CUBV is pink current there is nothing keeping them from letting us know the future.They have already said they have applied for a name and cusip change so it really could come at any time now.Anyone who has been in this stock in the past knows how thin it trades.It has always traded like a low floater.Sit on the bid if you wish but good luck when she takes off.

They are not diluting.The T trade was probably a GTC order that took more than one session to complete.

People not familiar with CUBV haven't seen how fast this moves when the volume comes in.

There is no reason this stock should be getting beat down the way it is.With the way this company is moving it is way undervalued at this point.

Think what would happen if they did away with the "or best price rule for MM.Eliminate 4 digit trades over a dollar.When you put in a limit order for 1.50 that is what you should pay.Not 1.4999 and the ask never moves.Their bots trade between the spread with our buys and sells and our lawmakers write the trading rules with the advice of the institutions.

In the conference call the CEO didn't tell people to sell he told one individual to sell if he wasn't happy with the stock.That individual was being rude on the call.I would have done the same thing.
