I've been told that when it's like that or more than the normal four, it's company trading or doing it.... who knows?
Not sure if this was posted today... a summary:

You're right Carl.
Think I read the $50K was only paid to Lightwave or received in December....
Could be Carlin... there are no "Subsequent Events" to tell us what may have happened during the past couple of months since end of year is Dec. 31, 2023.
Here's another interesting area at bottom of page 53 where UBIQUITOUS is used again:
Overview
Lightwave Logic, Inc. is a technology company focused on the development of next generation electro-optic photonic devices made on its P2IC™ technology platform which we have detailed as: 1) Polymer Stack™, 2) Polymer Plus™, and 3) Polymer Slot™. Our unique polymer technology platform uses in-house proprietary high-activity and high-stability organic polymers. Electro-optical devices called modulators convert data from electric signals into optical signals for multiple applications.
Our differentiation at the modulator device level is in higher speed, lower power consumption, simplicity of manufacturing, small footprint (size), and reliability. We have demonstrated higher speed and lower power consumption in packaged devices, and during 2022 and 2023, we continued to make advances in techniques to translate material properties to efficient, reliable modulator devices with commercial foundries. We are currently focused on testing and demonstrating the simplicity of manufacturability and reliability of our devices, including in conjunction with the silicon photonics manufacturing ecosystem. In 2022 we discussed the addition of several silicon-based foundry partners to help scale in volume our polymer modulator devices and we started to receive working modulator chips from the foundries. We have advanced our interactions with our foundries, and we continue to receive working modulator chips for prototyping. Silicon-based foundries are large semiconductor fabrication plants developed for the electronics IC business, that are now engaging with silicon photonics to increase their wafer throughput. Partnering with silicon-based foundries not only demonstrates that our polymer technology can be transferred into standard production lines using standard equipment, it also allows us to efficiently utilize our capital. The foundry partnerships will allow us to scale our high-performance polymer optical engines quickly and efficiently.
Our extremely strong and broad patent portfolio allows us to optimize our business model in three areas: 1) Traditional focus on product development, 2) Patent licensing and 3) Technology transfer to foundries. We are continually looking to strengthen our patent portfolio both by internal inventions and acquisition of intellectual property.
We are initially targeting applications in fiber optic data communications and telecommunications markets and are exploring other applications that include automotive/LIDAR, sensing, displays etc., for our polymer technology platform. Our goal is to have our unique polymer technology platform become ubiquitous.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been integrating deeper within our daily activities with applications to make us more efficient and possibly smarter. The impact on the internet is huge, and the internet is based on an optical network that utilizes data centers to route and switch traffic or information to and from destinations. Data centers are being upgraded today in a fashion that the industry has not seen before. The expected demands of increased traffic, information, and data driven by AI is changing the way the internet is being operated. AI is now creating new and interesting market opportunities to upgrade the internet. Three of these are important today: density, speed, and low power and these are very well aligned with our high performance electro-optic polymers. We are designing high performance polymer modulator optical engines to support the rise and growth of AI as it generates more information that will travel through the internet and optical network.
Still reading... but interestingly 33 employees with plans to hire two more in 2024... use of UBIQUITOUS within filing... plus:
Our Plan to Compete
We believe that as our organic polymer technology gains industry acceptance, we will be poised to obtain a significant portion of the component manufacturing market and have our technology become ubiquitous. Electro-optic polymers demonstrate several advantages over other technologies, such as inorganic-based technologies, due to their reduced manufacturing and processing costs, higher performance, and lower power requirements. Our patented organic polymers and future electro-optic photonic devices have demonstrated significant stability advantages over our known competitor’s materials.
We believe the principal competitive factors in our target markets are:
· The ability to develop and commercialize highly stable optical polymer-based materials and optical devices in commercial quantities.??
· The ability to obtain appropriate patent and proprietary rights protection.
· The ability to create commercial silicon-based PDKs for our electro-optic polymers??
· Lower cost, high production yield for these products.??
· The ability to enable integration and implement advanced technologies.??
· Strong sales and marketing, and distribution channels for access to products.??
We believe that our current business planning will position our Company to compete adequately with respect to these factors. Our future success is difficult to predict because we are an early-stage company with most of products still in development.
Many of our existing and potential competitors have substantially greater research and product development capabilities and financial, scientific, marketing and human resources than we do. As a result, these competitors may:
· Succeed in developing products that are equal to or superior to our products and future products or that achieve greater market acceptance than our products and future products.?
· Devote greater resources to developing, marketing or selling their products.??
· Respond quickly to new or emerging technologies or scientific advances and changes in customer requirements, which could render our technologies or products obsolete.??
· Introduce products that make the continued development of our products and/or future products uneconomical.??
· Obtain patents that block or otherwise inhibit our ability to develop and commercialize our future products.??
· Withstand price competition more successfully than we can.??
· Establish cooperative relationships among themselves or with third parties that enhance their ability to address the needs of our prospective customers.??
· Take advantage of acquisition or other opportunities more readily than we can.?
Employees and Human Capital
We currently have 33 full-time employees, and we retain several independent contractors on an as-needed basis. Based on our current development plan we expect to add 2 additional full-time employees in 2024.
All above around page 34
oh yeah... sorry and thanks for pointing out my bad
Lightwave and Dr. Lebby are getting out there (not sure the following has been posted here; don't think I've seen it):

'k thank you and be well!
Strangely something happening on this board that happened to me back on Jan. 7th and I had to go back and check my postings to confirm: Right now the listing time has posts go from 9:37 to 9:55, and yours is at 9:44 so your post is not within the list on this board and I only got to it as someone responded to you. Of course I do not have you on ignore or anything like that so not sure why this happens sometimes.
Anyway, not looking for anything insider or unusual regarding your information (which is wonderful) but out of curiousity am wondering whether you asked Dr. Lebby if you could post his quote/response to you publicly... tia
Oh, and thank you for your posting/posts!
While I keep reading about Lightwave Logic's involvement with Smart Photonics, is it possible Smart Photonics is utilizing LWLG innovation within a European consortium?
The woman who was second to speak in this presentation represents Smart Photonics:

No I had checked that and didn't as well as don't have you on ignore. Whatever I did or am doing, I can now see your posts within the list. Very best to you!
Not sure why I'm not able to see your post within the listing on this board and can only get to it by reading someone's response to you but in any case, I appreciate your posting!
To summarize:
Lightwave Logic is in the photonics industry with a liquid polymer that has long term reliability and stability, which multitudes of data centers need today because Lightwave's modulators can run 3X faster with 10X less energy.
On top of that:
Lightwave Logic has protected its creations/products with hundreds of patents, has signed customer license and is readying to manufacture and commercialize.
And I'll add:
Lightwave Logic has $30M in the bank, is debt-free and very importantly as a public company uplifted from OTC to the Nasdaq instrinsically or organically without having the dreaded RS so it's very investor-friendly.
WOW!!! Happy 2024 to all and many thanks to those who've contributed valuable information here but most of all I appreciate this public company, its leadership as well as its talented and technologically saavy workforce/team!
Coming up Thursday in Park City, Utah:
https://www.meetmax.com/sched/event_95707/__co-list_cp.html
A company is only as good as its CEO!
Oh, btw, correction please... I'd posted the Nasdaq uplift being just under two years but it's actually just over two years as I believe it got listed and started trading on Nasdaq on 9/1/2021.
I had all but given up on ever finding a solid and honest CEO of a relative start-up to believe in ... but I've always wanted to give the benefit-of-a-doubt to finding one... Dr. Michael Lebby you are a stellar, reputable and man of integrity who believes in his product/company/shareholders... so, thank you thank you thank you!
An amazing short interview yesterday but very telling... wish it could have been longer. Anyway, what a boundlessly exceptional CEO who knows how to speak everyone's language... talking to the industry (experts), businesses, shareholders and explaining this potentially "ubiquitous" tech to the average Joe... he sure looked confident and very excited... and hey why not as he knows what he's got with Lightwave: product, patents, this technology's demand potential, the way he's running the company, supportive investors, potential deals and agreements as well as likely much more "confidential" information.
He sure knows how to select his words:
Could You Afford To Live Without This Polymer Technology?
I haven't used the terms extraordinary or magnificent in quite a while but Lightwave Logic deserves those characterizations because this "start-up" is truly like no other... to me, having uplifted to the Nasdaq less than a couple of years ago and particularly the way it was done is indeed extraordinary and unique in itself (just like the product)... none to my knowledge has done this, and so successfully! Money in the bank and no debt... all so extra-ordinary and can change the world!
It really is all about what you know, your money and whether you believe!
The rareity of an OTC graduating to Nasdaq and the uniqueness of doing so with NO RS is exceptional; even extraordinary. Dr. Lebby has frequently brought up the uplifting likely because of that. There is no way on this earth such a brilliant mind as that of our CEO would allow any "delisting" now or ever.
With mine 38 BRAVO!
So rational, logical, real and well said, thank you! Have to remember there is a valuable and wanted product here that has so far proven itself. And regarding the stock, it continues to amaze me HOW it uplifted to the Nasdaq from the gutter of the OTC. No debt and funds to continue... where has that been seen in basically a start-up... I'm on the ground floor and no one tells me how to spend my money. Always a gamble but here there's a fifty-fifty risk-to-reward... and heck maybe even better!
On Smart Photonics news page, there is a video (usually the company has these videos made themselves) which has Dr. Michael Lebby/Lightwave Logic as part of their presentation. Indeed it appears there is a strong working relationship between the two CEOs/companies.
I believe someone posted this video already on this board... but worth putting up again as it is on Smart Photonics' website (second video down on this "News" item):
https://smartphotonics.nl/smart-photonics-secures-e100-mln-in-additional-funding/
And btw, while they mention receiving $75M in that video, in this above news release they've received an additional $100M more recently.
Just about getting new eyes to discover this gem and what it could and will do... nice and simple for a five-year-old... remember UBIQUITOUS!
I haven't been on these boards for a while and seldom post now but had to add something here of importance and relevance:
If this was a scam, how would it have ever uplifted from the OTC Markets (penny) to a major exchange such as the Nasdaq and especially done so intrinsically or organically without the normally disappointing way of doing so.... and almost two years later has pretty much remained at a good pps (above minimum required).
Thank you for your astute and comprehensive summary... and thanks to all who understand and share what this gem of a company/product is doing.
Have a great weekend!
It's all about what you know, your money and whether you believe...
Any company, even those on exchanges, give guidance... and that's pretty much what to go on when gambling in these markets... until, of course, it's those involved or sometimes third parties that can confirm.
Gambling in the OTC will never make or break anyone who knows what the stakes are or could be... but the amazing thing about a company that has such a product as Leronlimab is it can and indeed has SAVED LIVES... that has been PROVEN (to me) no matter what anyone or entity has to say about it. So I personally continue to take my chances without breaking my bank... no sweat.
Didn't CytoDyn officials once say they could go to monthly subcutaneous injections instead of weekly and even mentioned getting a 'cure' with our precious Leronlimab... hmm, if only those who know better would focus on among the best, if not thee best, therapeutic: LL of course!
The best and greatest things are worth the wait... they end up being "ubiquitous" and lasting forever!
For a non-technical person, the "kitchen recipe" is layman terminology easy for anyone to understand... excellent analogy for the masses. Think Dr. Lebby said his mother's Yorkshire Pudding recipe wasn't working at maximum taste when she moved from Yorshire to London until they discovered it was the change in water ("transferring recipes is not easy").. same here moving from one place/facility to another which has differences may not get absolutely same results so you find out why and remedy it... may take a little time but you focus and get it done. I think they've basically got it down right now as his guidance seemed the same; that is
Ya hit the nail on the head... awesome CytoDynomite day!
Thank you... and that's extraordinary!
Same here Carlin... found it late last year when a friend shared his knowledge of it and I actually began buying high around $18 but have now averaged down exponentially ... as that's the way I see it growing: EXPONENTIALLY... sort of like UBIQUITOUS!
Speaking of foundry agreements didn't our humble CEO already mention some to come in Q4 and Q1??? (anyone please clarify or correct if I only dreamt reading this somewhere). Been in the works for sure I suspect and believe there'll be much more to have a surge of activity to benefit the company and shareholders.
You're awesome putting up these presentations... again and again, they are the BEST promotion for Lightwave Logic... company should pay you for this kind of promotion, coming from the horse's mouth as they say... I love hearing the facts as the CEO sees and understands them about any product (while this one can be relatively complex for laymen to comprehend, Lebby makes it easy for anyone)!
What got me in? Organic uplist to Nasdaq, nothing like it on OTC and now Russell 3000 as of end of June - truly amazing!!

She's got my prayers and best wishes to pull through... always an astute, knowledgeable trooper and staunch supporter of this 'homerun' wonder drug, as we who believe should be... wonder if she'll ask for and get LERONLIMAB should she need it.
C-20 ... preach it baby! The TRUTH will always prevail... what a wonder miracle drug LERONLIMAB is and should have been allowed to save so many more lives... one-million needlessly gone and loved ones left behind to think what if....
Speaking truth especially from personal experience is awesome... thank you!
EXCELLENT post as always misiu and such important eye-opening questions. I sure do hope there would be an investigation(s) to get answers. Such a corrupt system in place unfortunately, and this pandemic has brought it all out in the open. Folks are so complacent which is unacceptable when it involves lives and health... when it involves the future in so many ways including important matters such as life and death, health, happiness, security, economy, etc.
