For a non-technical person, the "kitchen recipe" is layman terminology easy for anyone to understand... excellent analogy for the masses. Think Dr. Lebby said his mother's Yorkshire Pudding recipe wasn't working at maximum taste when she moved from Yorshire to London until they discovered it was the change in water ("transferring recipes is not easy").. same here moving from one place/facility to another which has differences may not get absolutely same results so you find out why and remedy it... may take a little time but you focus and get it done. I think they've basically got it down right now as his guidance seemed the same; that is

"you'll see results at the end of this year and in 2023 so the challenge is on us to live up to the guidance that we gave this summer"
