P.. ..I am all up for fun. I am. Always have been.
In our context here I just cannot abide by the one aspect few seldom acknowledge, i.e., the trashing of serious efforts made by people working hard over long period of time to do something good.
As you know, this is a real part of building anything worthwhile. At the end of this workchain is some employee who is trying to put food on his or her table for the family. If the company folds because others despicably trashed the work they were doing in good faith, then society does not get the benefit of the work done. Life stays just alittle bit harder until some future effort is made to carry on. In the meantime, hardship results for many that was otherwise avoidable.
THIS rant is an oversimplification but you get the point. Support people who are trying to do good work. Dont undermine them for greed or entertainment. You have a soul after all. It benefits greatly from trying to evolve ans improve it. Killing good work keeps you stuck in the mud spiritually and only your own efforts can lift you out of that .
thv
I wonder whatever could be your motivation for posting things that are so very easily refutable. Anyone can easily research the company and its work to come to an understanding which is exactly the opposite of what you post.
It almost seems as though one could not care less about the work that has been undertaken to develop this and the huge investments made to properly document everything as required by the SEC and OTCMarkets.
This comes off looking like an effort to keep the market price as low as possible for one's own personal gain, either by producing the perception that all is disreputable here in every way...thereby lowering the value of shares in the eyes of the marketplace...and/ or by short selling. Imagine working hard to produce something useful to others only to have anonymous people work equally hard to disparage and to damage your work only because they can make money for themselves by doing so. NO better way to ruin morale, to discourage discovery and innovation in either the public or the private sector. Is this what is going on here? If yes, how do you support efforts you think are worthwlhile?
At this point I can only offer my opinion that a controlled, measured roll-out is the only smart way to proceed. Beta- testing gets you so far, then it must be set out to function in the real world where hackers and hacker- wanna- be-s can start their usual garbage right along with software bugs.
Regardless, the infra- structure must be ready well ahead of time. If the system is truly robust, their competition will see this straight away. Those interested in damaging te app's functionality will probably set about attacking as soon as they have discovered a perceived vulnerability.
If they start getting serious attention from the marketplace the world- wide intelligence community will start to creat back doors to monitor users in a way the company likely will never discover.
When the company arrives at a certain moment of high confidence, I would expect a rigorour marketing/PR campaign to kick in and PPS should react accordingly. I still feel optimistic about the SuperApp.
The company has put quite alot of effort into it without letting their excitement undermine their plan.
Yes, I do wish they'd communicate more and in an improved way, but they're no fools. Competition is fierce and the stakes for them are pretty high.

For the curious, the HES System is not presented as a perpetual motion device as is sometimes posited here. However one wishes to characterize its functionality, it is a clever adaptation of emf fields and electron orbitals of Iron atoms. It is owhere near as confounding as an MSAART device but easily as useful.
I notice the OS has gone up a bit since early May. Was just over 81M shares, now 87.7M shares. No update to low float since March, 12.15M (source: otcmarkets.com), Bloomberg presently reports about 15M .
Not unreasonable to think increases may come from compensation packages for yet to be disclosed incoming Board members.
They continue to run a very tight ship. My expectation is that 4-6 weeks the ball moves more aggressively and pps heads back to new high. As far as anyone knows, the plan remains to uplist to a major board this year. A small RS (4:1) would not be out of the question, but they dont really need one at this point.
Things are looking up for Trust Stamp. Ive been very willing to pay a much higher PPS for these shares but the market appeared to have lost interest even though internally the company forges ahead building its intellectual property portfolio.
Today we learn there is now an LOI with Qenta. This company is getting it done and management has consistently been transparent with shareholders. This is a good company. But now.
thv
PPS is rising, accumulation rising steadily for a number of consecutive months, independent reviews of the concept and related hardware.
Seems the efforts to educate potential victims would be more fruitful elsewhere, no? Worse, there are a couple of posters who take insulting others to thoroughly pointless (at least from an intellectial point of view) level. Ad naus, no less. Is there any reason said posters...assuming nominal cranial function, might be permitted to carry on? Merely possessing some alleged " right" to do so does not proportionally rationalize/ support a "need" like this.
Cannot wait to learn what response might be in store. Always interested in hearing the point of view of others. Exciting!
Admittedly, there are ways to make money in the otc I know little about, let alone use. I have been " in" BLFR since last year . At times, I have liquidated my entire position only to re-acquire it and then some. It has been nearly impossible for me to lose money with it. I am cautious, yes, but my humble , calculated risks do not disappoint and now, the best appears to be on the way... close at hand.
As long as there are greedy people out to make a quick buck at the expense of others, it would appear an investment strategy built to exploit the crappiest behaviour of investors will not ley me down, even if the company does not meetcits eoy goals.
I live for the day when the very hard work done by selfless, hard-working employees of good companies can once again be rewarded by share values that investors with true integrity would never dare mess with. People who do this hard work of building a company deserve to be able to buy the food they provide their families and community. They deserve to be able to build that college fund for their children. They deserve the philanthropic ability to help uplift others. Why do so many feel if they can retain their anonymity ( thereby not trashing their stockpile of social currency) that treating the best of their fellow men so very badly should be done at all ?
Most of even such creeps of slighy less intelligence understand treating others in this way will always come back to damage themselves, their legacy or their loved ones. There is SO much more good in store whenever a person acts for the benefit of others first, for themselves later. It usually seems more instinctive, does it not, to help others first?
Forgive my rant. It feels like there are so many truly good people here on this board. I just wanted to feel understood for a moment. Keeps me sane...I think. We are lucky to have BLFR in our crosshairs. My best to all here....Saints, sinners, pros, beginners....losers, winners...those who sometimes share their dinners.
thv
Man, I am more bullish on this company than ever. They're continuing to do things right. Some mighty few have been able to drive the price beyond wickedly low and as we have seen in the past, when it does run it does so with power. What seems different lately is that there are more buyers.....longer term.... for their much- needed technology asnd now that the defense industry is starting to take a shine to it, the catalysts will manifest more quickly and vigorously. It is already digging deep roots into a very cash- rich sector of banking. IDAI is on its way.
For the newbies who have been hanging on since Christmas, this ...THIS Is how it gets done. Quality management with no bS, mgmt doing all the hard work quietly behind the scenes and shutting up properly until the ducks are all in line. Look for companies that are run like this one. (Now, bear in mund some profit-taking will come in to play among other things like shorting, optioning, etc., it'll be ok.
Study the chart reactions to key events over the last 18 months. Astute investors will learn much.
To all who applied that preciously rare virtue of patience, congrats to all. I could not check in until well after close of mkt yesterday, but what a moment when i started to learn what BLFR has been up to in the PR. Damn!
There are some great people who post here. its a great group. i thank all of you and I appreciate you.
thv
I' M not interested in doing your homework for you. You just keep being you. it suits you best! Just run with your assumption.
Amazing, simply amazing.
I have zero interest in debating any of this with people who deny facts just because they can post as if they have knowledge on the subject. Huge waste of time. Enjoy the bliss that is absolute denial. (Did someone actually assert that nuclear energy was the last step forward in energy production? Wowsers!!!)
Ah, a reliable source speaks.........lol
I quickly skimmed the otcmarket's list of their filings and do not find evidence of any late filing notices. This is another example of evidence in support of responsible management. FWIW, the accumulation line looks about perfect.
thv
RS21. I say good on you. You do not blindly follow the useless dogma of those who simply drift aimlessly through life nestled warmly inside their own fuzzy heads . Technology has been moving forward for quite some time now at an ever increasing rate. Much that once once deemed impossible (wireless radio, flameless light, over-unity energy, even 24/7 convenience stores) are now reality.
Overunity, for those seeking knowledge, does not mean perpetual energy. Over-unity does not "create" energy from nothing. The energy, the "over" part , still must be harvested and/or transduced from some source. These devices exploit nature in a clever , and sometimes, unexpected way. Even in the deep nothing of the vacuum of space energy abounds in phenomenal amounts.
The science behind the HES system has been known for many decades. Refining the concept to use the energy of nature took much time, much disappointment and setback, but tenacity won the day without violating laws of nature.
It takes a creative mind and a whole lot of experimentation, to break new ground. the technology our grandchildren will enjoy will make ours look like that of the frontier days
Look, people have all kinds of lousy reasons for taking bad actions or for making awful decisions...sometimes even emergencies circumvent priority-driven strategies, eh?
You'll go bonkers trying to acertain the motives of others.
Just stick to your plan as best you know how.
We are all here to learn. Some learn better than others. While others never seem to learn at all. Still others have the crappiest luck one can imagine, eh?
thv
You dont read much on this subject, clearly. You'd be embarased to see how much you have missed in recent times on this subject.
HA ha ha ha ha..
Poor Circus Clowin.
Foiled, er, failed...again.
thv
Why? Because it functions. Saying that it does not does not change the fact that it does, but hey, you knew that long ago. The question then becomes about the motives of some here to deny the fact that it works.
Now, when a fact has been established, why does a person continue to deny it? This is a psychological/behavioral question unrelated to the device being discussed, but to the person(s) with said issues. The generator works and continues to be refined.
GLTA
thv
Sorry, but over unity devices exist and function , and before you ask, I have no interest in debating that fact with anyone, especially thosr who lack sufficient education on the matter.
thv
PC, I'm sorry. Your post makes it painfully clear you do not understand the basic science behind the design. Ballsy of you to post as if you do. We can talk after you have gotten a bit more up to speed on how this works.
best of luck to you
thv
I researched the suit. it appears to ve a bogus suit, never even properly filed, let alone prosecuted.
Curious.. do you know the allegation of the suit?
Also, does the comany actually have any clients? Seems like they are very hard to find.
Of course the system does not generate free energy. No need to even go down that road. What it does do, and this is the very clever aspect of the design is that it harnesses different energy states of an atom, in this case , iron. Excited states of the atom naturally drop from a higher energy state to a lower energy state and in doing so releases some energy. That energy gets exploited in a way that instead of just getting wasted , gets converted to electrical energy and sent out to the user's devices. It is very well done.
No magic, no BS, just another slick use of nature to help use with our needs for better, cleaner, cheaper electricity.
But, I'm not really aayibg anything that y'all didn' already know. Forgive my arrogance.
thv
P.s. The energy y'all waste bickering with each other could easily produce even more energy than the HES system itself. Such a missed opportunity. Prattle on.
I must fully agree with TS here. BLFR has perfectly positioned itself to leverage its present OS Straight to a bigger board at the moment its catalysts engage. i know of very, very few stocks in such a position.
THV
After months of running between.115 and .24, the players looking for a quick buck have left this ticker alone. Generally volumes are low, not much volitility, pretty big spread very often. Adds up to not much of a fun place to be.
This is a great environment to study activity in this otc. As for BLFR, this is one of the good finds. I Review dozens of possible tickers to pursue every month. WHEN i find one that looks to have the goods for a lobngterm position, I still sit and watch it for awhile before I throw money into it. Management understands they are in a very good position to grow the company and they appear to be content to complete proper due diligence before proceeding. A mistake at this point could cost the company dearly...in fact, very dearly. Even half a year later I like the care and caution they apply to decision- making. They dont care much for superficial pr statements. That keeps expectations in a better perspective.Ok, Ive finished prattling on now.
Good day, everyone.
It is my very humble opinion that one or two marketmakers have been working for about five months now to make sure low prices keep showing up on this ( and some other) security.
My " proof", though it hardly deserves such a title is the Accumulation line. Some folks are continuing to acquire large positions at great prices.
This company is run carefully. Its potential has been recognized and people with excellent resources have moved into position to help it stay on course. Keep your basis as low as you can. The profit-taking when it eventually occurs will scare some, but the first major run will guide us to a profittaking strategy which ensures the return of our investment with a great position left over. It's coming.
thv
glta
Well, then, the whole thibg MUST be a huge scam.
I'm still BULLISH!!!
THV
Ive recently become a buyer again. I have low basis and it would take little movement to shove me into the profitability margin. I'm hopeful again and at these prices, this is starting to resemble a possible mover soon. I will continue grabbing additional shares while I assess the catalysts and recent financials.. I healthy turnaround appears to have started here.
Glta
THV
To tell you the truth, I've been biding my time. This company had to let go most of its leadership just a few short months ago and you cannot just call a temp agency when you have to replace those people. The whole mess really can set back company plans and projections. i trust Nick snd I think the company will continue to move forward when things are right to do so.
The volume yesterday was very encouraging and i suspect things are now getting back on their proper footing. Volume was, what, 25 or more times recent average? It bodes well. I remain bullish.
thv
For an otc company, this has a very tight, desireable share structure and it seems like they want very much to keep it that way. Otcmarkets shows a float of just over 12M. This apears to be accurate. Further, the company's debt load is minimal. Again, this appears to be how they ( and I) like it.
Even though they have a huge credit line at their disposal, they're not put there running up huge bills. One good merger would likely put share price in the range of big boards with no need for any dreaded recerse split. Like anyone, I'd love for this to be growing faster, but they clearly choose repeatedly to preserve a sound financial footing no matter what.
I remain long on this one. That know full well that establishing a papertrail of smart, conservative moves will serve them very, very well when the next merger candidate arrives to complete discovery and due diligence.
glta. thv.
That should come after the 1st Qtr.Report gets released. I believe their fiscal year is the calendar year. Those who have been watching boards like these know much, but not all, that has been going on.
thv
I remain onboard with this stock. They take actions that need to be taken in a reasonable way and they report those actions to the shareholders just as they should.
I have stated before pn this board that I see the management of BLFR as competent and responsible.
With the resources they now have in hand I see very, very little that stands in their way of acheiving their objectives.
Next month or so should be very good for this company as they advance their agenda for growth. I am encouraged.
It is obvious that some shrewd investors have well taken advantage of the marketplace factors that influence value to acquire very cheap shares over the past half a year.....as they so often do. These investors will be rewarded handsomely. Some already have.
thv
YET, here you are. Curious, no?
I find it curious.
thv
I don't believe anything has changed. There is simply nothing to see today. When BLFR has something to tell shareholders, they do.
Generally, they do not bog down media with trivial stuff anymore, which is a good thing.
I think , even moreso now than four months ago, that they possess the resources to get the share price up to a national board level rather easily. This is but one of their key objectives ....and at this point and given the SS, no rev split will be necessary.
I'm still in stockpiling mode.
thv
..As do I. I continue to see this as a very smart play. The moves they have made since I first became aware of them have been correct in my view for a public company. When the move upward comes it will be tempered by profit-taking, of course, but I expect the company will remain a quality company well worth holding longterm .
I fully understand the sources for the downward pressure and I will exploit those pressures to my advantage just as I've been doing all along.
Onward!
thv
Mr. Sylvester, ty for the great posts of info that you have provided. The company has made it very clear that they are building brand.
IT is no small task. They take their work seriously and clearly some of the people there were not up to the simple task of keeping their word.....and that will not be tolerated. Very straight forward. Love it!!! Someone here knows how to build and run a business.
thv
I see there is forecast a turnaround for this company in terms of profitabiliy . The target forecast is $4/share.
They're getting their SG&A expenses under control and they are getting customers, mostly banks, to re-up on their service contracts. Good signs.
Float is under 10M shares.
Let's play in this sandbox for awhile.
thv
Thank you, one and all, for words of gratitude and support.
Not content to be treated as I was, I called back Mr. Onyero three times , reaching him in person at about 1:05 pm EDT , driven by my need to understand what was being required of me..especially in light of the fact that no such requirement was expressed at the time of my January call.
In his way he made it clear that they have had to deal with too many people whose motives were not to be trusted. I believe it is possible he has been burned by some people making inquiries. He requested a copy of my passport or driver's license plus any proof that i have any account presently bearing BBUZ stock.
I VERY rarely have ever been asked to do anything like this by a publicly held company, thoygh I have signed numerous NDAs.
I think Mr. Onyero was about to waive his requirements for these proofs as we spoke, but I told him...and this quite true....I want for him to feel comfortable with our relationship, that I am willing to make this effort for him, and that I would now be the one ending our call so I could get my documentation to him. HE needs to feel reasonably certain that I am who I say I am and that I have no interest in his disclosure of sensitive proprietary information.
This call ended on a far more pleasant and friendly tone. I will report back after I have had my follow-up conversation with him.
thv
I contacted the company today at 12 :32 EDT
I identified myself by name and that I am a shareholder.
I was informed that unless I could prove I was a shareholder there would be no further information and the call was terminated on the grounds that any caller could claim to be a shareholder.
When I called back to learn what they would accept as proof, my call went to voicemail . I believe the person who anwered the phone was Mr. Onyero. He was rude, dismissive and I would say somewhat hostile.
