Thanx for that info, i read it now, i viewed several other articles an nowhere was that mentioned, this article tells a bit more about the merger an share structure, from what i gather verde stock owners will own 95% an nxu only a mere 5%, nxu will be valued much much lower as compared to verde which is a bit scary for anyone owning nxu shares at this time. Reverse splits rarely if ever will rise enough to break even let alone go beyond to make any money, most of time investors are forced to average down on buying into new shares. 95% of the time after a RS, the stock is shorted heavily without any inpending positive news. Other option is to just sell it take your loss wait 30 days an avoid the dreaded wash sale, start over fresh an hope for a huge run once support levels are reached
