If the date of record is 1/31 the ex-dividend date is Friday. The SEC rules (not that the CEO cares) dictate that the ex-dividend date is the last business day before the date of record.

Only trying to help someone else from getting burned by The CEO’s Reverse Split train—-I got out after the first one and have watched this ever since.

Look back at the pattern this CEO has established with RNVA. If you think he has the common shareholder’s best interest in mind, you should seriously consider getting out of the investing arena.
