Looks like old share will stay but new shares will be issued thus diluting OS by about 15X. Shares outstanding go from about 2B to 32B after the restructuring from the rehabilitation plan if all is subscribed for debt conversion and shares offered to employees / existing shareholders. So trading again in future if relisted would be like a 15 bagger just to stay at same price as before. Not bad if it happens and we get our money back. Better than having the shares wiped. I believe the business will need to grow further to get any material incremental baggers. The published market value assessment published for the creditors (can be found on investor page of Thai Airways website) is right where they priced the employee/ shareholder 4.5 to 1 shares. Around 4.48 bhat. Creditors are getting shares for about 1/2 this price. The estimated time for relisting assuming all goes well is mid 2025 to relist on SET. Not sure about OTC timing.

LATAM airline relisted earlier this fall roughly flat to when they delisted but now is up $5 to about $30.

I'm thinking Thai may have same market response. What do others think? All the above is my opinion. I am an amateur that is also a current bag holder.

What do we foresee as long term possibilities here in regards to SP? All time high is $1.29 so at the .14 cent buy in we'd be hoping for a 10 bagger if all plays out as planned?

I believe all you need to do is call ETrade and advise you want to exercise your rights for the stock subscription (what I am able to do with Schwab/TD)

Bag holder here from 15cents. Anyone planning to participate in the share offer? Shareholders can buy 4.5 shares for each 1 they own. Have confirmed with Schwab that they will exercise the rights upon request even though they did not send notice of the rights offering. It's available till Dec 12. Prices is around 14 cents per share. According to prospectus online creditors have fully subscribed to what they are entitled to.
